Updated again I wish I can give this family dollar 0 stars…. You hear me?? All the Spanish ladies do is talk and talk and talk and then got the nerve to talk some more!! They can’t help or assist with anything cause of the heavy talkingThis family dollar is convenient on 135 but it’s so unprofessional!!! The door is broke and has been broke!! The handle it gone. They don’t have family dollars bags so they send you out in trash bag!!!! The Spanish Lady are extremely slow and always on their phone!!!!!!

I always come here, March 11 I came to buy two items and one those were some apparel. To my surprise the lock was still on it the next day when getting ready to put it on. I went the same day and showed them my proof I purchased from their store just yesterday and I was told no receipt no removal. Everything now is Oh corporate won't allow us to do it , cameras are watching. The Hispanic ladies do nothing but talk, gossip and eat all day there. Katia does not like her job clearly cause she has an attitude with almost every customer, why be a cashier. My last time ever coming to this location. I'd just drive to the one on 119th. Lazy bunch. The other dudes there are the best they really helpful and the young ladies there are always sweet but the the other set nawwww

Went there to purchase a fabric softener and gain dish detergent. Like I always do I always double check the prices on the shelves, so when I get to the register and I finish pay I realize the gain dish soap was more than it says on the shelves. So I took a picture of the price on the shelves with a whole bunch of other gain soaps on there also. So the manager(HE SAID HIS NAME IS TOM) goes to the back to check the price as if I’m lying and he comes back to say oh it’s for the small ones meanwhile there’s a whole bunch of big bottle of gain soap under the $3.85 and he has the audacity to say I’ll honor it today and I’m like sir you had to honor it regardless and you have to speak with your stocker not me. Throughout out the whole process he has an attitude and I’m like if you didn’t want to come to work today you shouldn’t have. I won’t be coming back to this family dollar store anymore. Customer service is horrible. Go spend your hard earned money at Dollar Tree first.

Cashier was too busy on her cell phone face timing about fashion with her friend. Did not acknowledge me didn't look at me once just said amount and then she tapped the credit card machine. Unprofessional. Nasty attitude.

Times are different and you would think people would be sympathetic during these times. At this location, one person in particular was completely opposite of sympathetic. To be specific she was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. The store closed at 8pm and I arrived rushing to find a store open to buy milk for my baby and she locked the door and said they were closed. It was 7:56pm. I told her she couldn’t close early and she responded with attitude, “Yea I can”. I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time and money at this location. I will find out this cashiers name and when I do she’s done. I’m contacting all of her supervisors and corporate to share my dreadful experience. I won’t ever shop here again.Respect goes a long way.

This store has been reported to cooperate in hopes they will do something about the employees here.Daphne is a very rude young lady,it's a common thing to close the store not once but twice and it's not like they are counting the register. They close whenever they feel like and not obeying policy time as displayed of opening and closing times . Spoke to a Mgr. by the name of Ricardo who said he would handle the unprofessionalism displayed by Ms. DAPHNE but I doubt it and expect a follow up.However I will wait and see. She is despicable,rude,no customer service skills at all. She is in other terms rachette&ghetto!Ms Daphne doesnt like her job as if I forced her to sign the application. She escalates matters that could but herself in danger and others. Her mouth has no filter and uses the N word freely in a derogatory manner. She should not be at anyone's business what a disgrace representation of Family Dollar.I have video proof of her being an embarrassment !

This is a new store in the community and based on the neighborhood it was a welcome site. However, on the first visit to the store today it was found that certain items were ringing up for more than the sticker shelf price. For instance, a $2 item, rang up for $2.25. When it was brought to the attention of the cashier, the response was that the register automatically calculated the taxes, and there would not be a tax amount applied at the end of the sale. The cashier was informed that the amount of tax applied was incorrect and the item should be $2.14. That again was not the only item that rang up incorrectly. Hopefully, the management that was called by the cashier, resolves this issue. My warning is this, know your math and watch the cash register as your items are being rung up. According to the clerk, their would be no double taxing, however the items were taxed initially, and again at the end of sale. I hate to think of how much Family Dollar has made off of every customer who didn't pay attention to what was happening.

This place does not accept manufacturer coupons, I went to this store on Monday 04/25/22 and was told this by their manager. Now, if you read the "Coupon Policy" for "Family Dollar" it states that you do accept manufacturer coupons, I believe that all the employees from all the Family Dollar stores should read up on the policies from where they work at.

Total disappointment.... Brand spanking new building plaza and store and guess what multiple item OUT OF STOCK. Store unorganized and messy .. I could say more but I'm going to give it a month and go back...and I'm going to take pictures and do a detailed review and see what's going on then
