I really love these chains to, but this one has definitely lost my patron.I come to get great deals and food & drinks that I need . Well once Again I come to get the great deals on soda and With ( sign from shelf ) Sign in hand , I show the Very Un knowledge staff woman / cashier that takes Great attitude to me because she doesn’t know how to work the register and then admonish me for daring to question why my sale price disappeared .

Came here on my break and guess what there were hardly any tampons and the young lady with the dreads and gold teeth ,was so rude and cursing at a customer as she asked why prices weren't changed. I will never come here I mean that . Save your money and go to the one further south on 7 Ave were they actually welcome you and help you

The clerk was rude and told me I couldn't use my tax exempt account number to make a purchase because she "had never heard of that before" (though there's a sticker on the front window regarding online registration for tax exempt purchases.)To make matters worse she FaceTime'd the store manager who was lying in bed who also told me i couldnt make a tax exempt purchase unless I have my DR-13 Resale Certificate from the State with me (which completely defeats the purpose of registering online with Family Dollar)At the end of everything I was so angry with the terrible customer service that my hands were shaking. I didnt feel like trying to explain my tax situation as the line grew longer behind me so I just left without making a purchase.Needless to say, I will not ever return to this particular store. There are plenty others within close proximity that have educated, polite, and helpful associates.

It was a very pleasant I asked questions about products and I received very accurate information very nice person they're as cashier. I received a farewell greedy she was very professional and very courteous I will shop here again it's always not very crowded and I like that and they always seem to have everything I need when I go so that's a plus for me as well I recommend any friend or family

This family dollar runs on their own time. I was waiting at the door for ten minutes before someone can acknowledge me. I thought you all open at 8:00 a.m. not 8:10 a.m. Then when I was getting ready to check out, the cashier told me to wait a second because she was texting someone. You all need to teach these teenagers that you all hire some work ethics and professionalism.

North Miami store on NW 7th Ave. & 151st St. is really good. They are always working to keep shelves stocked every time I go in, no matter if it's 8 am or 8 pm, and the crew is always nice. Folks here have a good attitude and appear to enjoy their jobs. I am not affiliated with Family Dollar in any way. I'm a regular who lives in the area.

Outstanding!!! The dread at the register has an "AWSOME" attitude. He shows the exact opposite of what people would like to think of African Americans. The ladies were pleasant and aware of the store and products. Thank you! You are my new family dollar.

The employees are nice and helpful but that is one dirty store. It's always a mess and the police are always called because of some homeless person harassing the customers. I go there for convenience only...that place needs help!

Young lady at check out counter was horrible. She did not greet me upon arriving. She continued to ignore me while paying as she talked with another co worker. I had to ask her if she was done. No customer service at all.....will not return to that store!!!

Good store, nice variety, competitive prices... employees need training and be more attentive to customers. Needs a bit more social distancing measures and sanitizer upon entry

I've been shopping there for a while now. There hasn't been any long line when I go. The price are great. Plenty of interesting items. I'm gonna miss it when I move.

Went there for chicken stock on Thanksgiving day of all days🤦🏾...no luck...got my pans for mac-n-cheese and corn bread though...I am so last minute🙄....any who...the service was fine...I was in and out

Missing lots of items the day I went however the staff is great and the clearance items were too of the line. I was able to pay .20¢ on a $7 item.

The cashiers are sweet but the manager with the weird eyebrows is very rude and has terrible customer service.Some nights she closes the store before the closing time.

They need to get some more lysol in the brown bottle they don't have any more at all and I use it on my floor

How they gonna say they open at 8 AM but there doors are still locked when it’s 8:20 if they open past 8 AM they should change the time online because it’s false information and misleading the customer.
