Today was only first and only bad I had there today. I frequent my neighborhood Family Dollar at least 3 to 4 times in a two week span. Today in was actually 7 customers in line. The male cashier near the door was checking people out the line the female employee was leaning on the counter near the second register filling out some paper. Finally after 10 or more minutes she started to help not sure but the male cashier may of called attention to a line that was right in front of her. It happened today 10/9/21 after 2 pm.

The cashier girl was extremely rude. She profiled me. She gave me a hard time at the register in the checkout line. She suspected me of having a stolen credit card. I felt so embarrassed. All I could do was remain calm because there aren’t any scenes happening here. I don’t recommend this establishment until that girl is gone for good.. Her customer service was the worst.

I never leave reviews but im so outraged. I arrived a few minutes before closing time and they wouldn't allow myself and another shopper in. Do not put the hours of operation on your store windows and phone directory revealing closing time at 10:00pm and you close your doors like 20 minutes before. False advertising and horrible experience I won't be returning.

A sales associate can’t do a refunds because she doesn’t know how to do a return for a refunds unbelievable, so you have to come back the next day, but on the policy it doesn’t say that!! Store 1700 NW 183rd St Miami Gardens

Store is a good place for convenience shopping.. love the festive items that come in year round.. always have what you need in stock.. and staff are helpful in locating items in store.

Today I’m shopping and after my purchase they say the receipt does not work! Why don’t you put a sign or warn your customers. I bought a hair product and motrin say I want to return it then what now. Unacceptable

Absolutely horrific . bad service.. They were serving us with trash bags to put our grocery in.. They didn't have any carts.. What type of place is this..if I could put no stars I would..
