I had the worst experience at this location21329 NW 2nd Ave Miami Gardens, Fl 33169 - The cashier was extremely rude, I tried to buy some leave in conditioner and use the coupon ATTACHED to the bottle and she after she scanned it she informed me the coupon was not acceptable, I told her it was on the bottle and that I did not bring it in ; she stated it could not be used very rudely so I told her fine just take it off and I let her know there was several other bottles on the shelf with coupons and it should be removed so no one else try to purchase the conditioner and use the coupon; why did I say that? the cashier got mad and tried to lecture me about why the coupon could not be used ( i told her a lecture was not necessary and just remove the conditioner from my purchases) she got loud and then I copied her energy and got loud back; so she tells me to go to other register, I said no I want to purchase my items and because you mad has no barring on me;; she grabs the other cashier and tell her to ring me up because she was not!!!! The cashier was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional all at the same time. I will never go back to that location. On top of that the store was dirty and very unorganized.

If I can give this store no star I would they are very nasty they work had covid n still was work and now I have covid my self… they need to get that store cleaned and sanitized I went there last week Friday and tested positive for Covid Monday due to me not feeling well they need to get tested at this store

Staff rude and unprofessional after spending 20 minutes buying things for kids they wouldn't accept my $50 bill because its too old. The manager the skinny girl that works night her attitude straight up tell you not welcome to shop there and best believe i will never ever step my foot there.To make it clearly i went to Walgreens they accept the money without no problem...stay away from family dollar on miami gardens 33169 on 441.inccident 10.29@8.28pm.

Store was supposed to close at 10pm according to google. I just went to the store and the only employee that was already in front of the store waiting to be picked up, told me they were closed. It is only 9:30pm so I assumed that they closed doors probably at 9pm or earlier. This is the second time this happened.
