As soon as I walked inside this store, one member of the team ( IDE ) approached me offering me help to resolve the issue I had with my puppy which I could not keep it any longer due to family problems. Excellent and very easy experience, outstanding team and I was very satisfied and I will recommend this store to anyone looking for a new puppy.

We called countless of puppy stores to find our forever puppy and we found her here!! The store was impeccable and clean! They offer a wide variety of puppies! They answer the phone super quick too! Alejandra was the sweetest and made our experience great! The process was relatively fast and easy and we left with our newest member in a matter of minutes!! She is incredibly perfect and she’s ready to be spoiled!! Thank you, thank you and a million more thank you’s! I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a companion!

I found my pefect puppy here, they take care of all their puppies with love. They always have the most perfects puppies, different breeds, colors, sizes... what ever you are looking for they have it there! All the dogs are vaccinated and the prices are very reasonables. My dog is 1 year old now and he keep going back for the hotel service which is amazing, when we are out of town we are 100% sure our dog is happy, playing all day with other dogs, they send me at least one video daily when we travel and that gives me peace of mind. I recommend this place to everyone who asks about my precious dog.

I went to go see a min pin but it wasn’t my price range but Ivonne promised to find me an affordable puppy 🐶 tell you it was worth the wait I got my puppy and I am so thrilled! I went in this store not sure of what breed I was looking for, and seeing so many cute puppies really made it that much harder. Thankfully, the lady Ana who works there helped me narrow it down to 2 puppies and then to just one-- my baby Chloe. It is evident that they treat their puppies extremely well and maintain their store clean unlike many stores I visited that day

I would recommend not to buy your puppy here. I got sold a $4000 puppy that was born with a missing bone in his neck and another set of bones that were not connecting and causing the dog a lot of pain and at one point he could not walk. I would also recommend not to give any business to the vet that they offer for the first check up after you buy the pup. They give you a "free first check up" on your dog to make sure nothing is wrong. Come to find out the vet also lied because they had never mentioned the missing bone or the bones that weren't connecting. I don't know what kind of shady partnership they have but stay away from here and the vet (Best animal care clinic). The surgery my dog needed set me back $22,000 after buying him for $4,000 by the way.

I got 2 two month old puppies from this location. At the beginning everything seemed good. Before I bought them they told me the puppies had a guarantee that if they came with genetic disorder or defect you would get your money back. BOTH PUPPIES CAME WITH GENETIC DEFECTS. They said they would pay for the surgery but it is not fixable with surgery.

I bought a beautiful puppy for $2,5K registered by the breeder as a male, and with 14-day store guarantee in case of any pre-existing disease. The next day, I went to the vet indicated by them, and he found an infection. I paid for the medice/drugs ($ 150) and returned after 2 weeks, but still had infection, so I was unable to vaccinate him. Then I spent more $150 on medication.I decided to consult another veterinarian, and for my surprise, he stated that the dog was a female instead. Really weird!Then I decided to spay and paid more $500. I collected all receipts to claim the refund with Imperial Puppies, but they just ignored my case. Very bad service, terrible customer experience, and they try to push the problem to me, saying that I should know more than the vet, and doubted and questioned about the gender. They sold me as a male. I'm still asking for my rights to have my expenses reimbursed, but no answer so far! Beside that, It was a nigthmare to explain everything that happened to my 2 kids. Infamous! This store is not a serius business! I want my money back!

Walked in and noticed the cages were very clean. It didn't smell much of urine and feces so that gave me a good impression. Being as it may, they didn't have the breed I was looking for but the lady was very helpful. She actually carried conversation with me which was appreciated. They seem like very good people who care about their puppies.

I am very impressed with this pet store. I asked 101 questions and they had answers to them all... you can really tell the experience and knowledge these people have in the puppy world! They are very attentive, even contacted me post-purchase to see how my puppy was doing. Reccomend 100%

I was skeptical to buy a puppy here, however, since they were the only people in Miami who had french bulldogs at the time; I decided to go ahead and purchase my dog. Yes, the whole experience was shady and when I was browsing, I noticed my dog looked like he had not been bathed in a month. However, they did sell me a perfectly healthy puppy (I took him straight to my vet right after I purchased him) they ran blood test and every exam you could think of and everything came back perfect. All in all, I love my puppy, he is energetic, healthy and very social. (Im writing this review because I was skeptical on buying from here, however, Im glad I did)

Oh well..... Where should I start... My husband and I went to this puppy store just to look at the puppies for a potential consideration of getting one. We saw this cute little puppy that we just could not resist so we end up taking him home with us. Seems as they have three stores and the owner was present at this specific store and did the payment transaction for us. I have never purchased a dog before so I have little to none knowledge of what needs to be asked or checked upon a pet purchase. Now I absolutely regret the fact that we made a decision of buying a puppy without educating yourself on the process. We were just too excited when we saw that precious little baby. The store owner told us that we have 3 days to examine the puppy at the vet, the vet that is approved by them which is Miami Animal Clinic as only then they guarantee to cover the expense of the vet visit. This is very suspicious, there is no way I will go to a vet that works in partnership with this puppy store, there is 0% of trust to this vet automatically. I bet you once you see that vet they will say that everything is FINE with your new pet. Once we came home from the store we have noticed that the puppy is coughing and sneezing from time to time so I took him to a vet near my house a day after purchasing him. As a result of my TWO visits to the vet, our new family member has respiratory infection as well as Giardia, Giardiais a protozoan parasite that can infect the gastrointestinal tract of dogs/puppies. In addition to all these my husband Googled the name of the breeder where this store got the puppy from and guess what... this breeder has numerous violations. Quoting one of the found pieces of information: "Deborah Warren, Misty Dew Kennels, Pierce City, Mo. One puppy found motionless and one deceased; received official warning from USDA for lack of adequate veterinary care". After all of these facts we are beyond terrified of our experience and are very concerned about the health of our new friend. I did not even run a blood work yet for this puppy and I am scared to, because I am afraid to find out something else. The puppy was $1800 at the store. Now I have all these bills for his vet visits and medications. This is a total nightmare!!!! I will never purchase a puppy from any pet stores nor from a breeder that breeds dogs for pure financial profit. STORE OWNER if you are doing this business do it right!!!! I now have to be on a look out for any signs of Giardia in my kids, my husband and myself as it is zoonotic--meaning it can be transferred to humans. Good Luck with your new friend from this store!

I shall start with the positive experience. Angel the person in charge at the store. He was polite and extremely helpful. He has been very supported through my experience so far.I bought an Australian Sheperd after my French puddle was kill in an accident a few weeks ago.I was so heart broken, I needed "Truffles" as my new companion. So I bought him..2 says later after I got him home he started having heavy diarrea and vomiting, making story short he stayed at the clinic for 3 days..they said he needed lots of test. Wanted to charge me $670.00..what??? Crazy no? Any way he stay as a transfer but Still today I don't think they made the proper tests..because store owner did not allow the doctor($$$)?When I when to pick him up..they gave me some" suggestions"..that cost me another $$$$...and the owner of the store refuses to pay. He was dirty and lost weight.I wonder after only 7 days after buying a $2000.00 puppy..3 days at a clinic..still not totally healthy, and not even sure what the problem is...paying a doctors bill and the one I will have to pay next week..DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GO TO THEM? THEY DON'T CARE..ALL KIND OF EXCUSES..to pay the bills...and be responsible for the problem.I BOUGHT A HEALTHY PUPPY..I THOUGHT AT LEAST..NOT MY CASE...Today I am scary worry something will happen to him while my heart is still broken and on top of that I have to keep paying the bills..today only a week after I bought him..I will keep you posted.😢

Went to a few other stores, but Angel had the best selection, great service and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Angel gave us great tips for care, training and health care provider recommendations. By far, this was the best option. We left with a baby Morkie, his name is “Bear”. We would highly recomment Imperial Puppies!! Ask for Angel.

Although the puppies were super cute, the place itself just smelled like straight poop. We got there right when they opened and the guy was still cleaning. Very small location. On the plus side, the puppies seemed to love the guy.

Just called them right now to ask them a question and the lady who picked up was the most rude and disgusting human being EVER. I hope that wasn't one for the owners I hope it was an employee and if the manager or owner is reading this, fire her. She was so rude when I was just asking an innocent question for something I didn't know I had to put a stop to her and tell her she was being rude and then she hung up on me. Please consider better customer service. If that's how she treets human beings I can't even imagine how they are treating the puppies

They get their dogs from puppy mills, most likely from South America, where dogs are basically confined to small cages and females give birth an insane amount of times a year. Find a reputable breeder if you want pure breed, if not, just adopt.

I bought 2 pugs a year and half ago they are both microchiped maria was awesome.both my pugs are healthy and fit .chunky i bought him first and hes a healthy 18 lbs and punchy is 15lbs. Very nice colombia people .thanks guys
