Great place. Found our new Chihuahua puppy there, who we love. They have a lot of cute puppies. Very relaxed, nice environment to get to know the pup and to feel good about our choice. We felt more comfortable there versus other places, which is why we chose Epic Puppies.

Overpriced made up “breeds” and mixes. They probably get their puppies from a “Puppy Mill”, google that, from South America. If you want a beautiful dog and don’t care about it being pure breed, adopt. If not, go to AKC and find reputable breeders that breed humanely and with standards.

I bought a puppy from here for a hefty price, with an expectation that the puppy is of high quality and no issues. The puppy had pneumonia and had to take her to the emergency room. When the situation was brought to their attention, they took forever to get back and no follow up or updates were provided and I had to constantly reach out. The ignored my requests and ended up not providing me with a refund for the vet bill. Yet they have the audacity to advertise me with a “promo” for another puppy.The place is extremely unprofessional, please stay away from here at all costs if possible. Staff did not know what’s going on and little to no support when it comes to communications. At the minimum, please have staff that can accommodate non Spanish speaking customers. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect professionalism

Just purchased this adorable toy poodle from Roberto. He was very nice and extremely helpful in picking our new family member. Prices here are very fair and they are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend buying a puppy from them.

Honestly a really good place to get a puppy. You get more options of payment than ANY other place around here. The prices are low and sometimes surprising. The puppies are always healthy and they do not sell the puppies unhealthy like in another store I went to. EXTREMELY friendly employees that the puppies are really attached to. The employees are ALWAYS on schedule with feeding and cleaning the cages. They even sell you some puppy necessities at a low price as well! Employees are always happy to show the puppies outside of their cage unlike Nessy’s. The only problem I would have is the parking and location but that’s not their fault 😁 Employees will also give you the tie-breaker to help you choose with a tough decision between puppies, giving you the best option with your living situations and types of families/family members. They are ONLY interested in having the puppy be in a right environment. Employees also offer you to call them if there’s any questions, concerns, or just to check up on the new puppy.

Beautiful puppies, very healthy and happy. Cozy environment. From the beginning of the process until finalizing the paperwork, everything went smooth. The staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. I am very happy with my puppy, a Shih Tzu , he is beautiful. I am will definitely be coming back. Thank you Epic Puppies! :)

Fantastic place to get a puppy because the owner and employees are friendly, I feel welcome every time I went here, great prices (cheaper than anywhere), easy payments on the place if you don’t have a good or nonexistent credit, and I like this place because I listened them recommend to customers which of the all dogs is better for a singular family. Also they give a good advice when people need it. I honestly highly recommend this place and I am glad to found it.

I bought a puppy from Epic Puppies about 2 weeks ago, a mini goldendoodle. I have never owned a dog before her and it was really scary the first night with a brand new puppy. I made the employee aware of my concerns and she gave me her personal phone number and she has answered all my texts with a positive attitude. This place has gone above and beyond what I would've thought any puppy store would have done. I recommend this place 100%

This has been the best puppy store I’ve been to in Miami. They make you feel like family and not just a money sign to their eyes. The difference between this pet shop and many others is that you can tell the owners care about the puppies and not just to sell them to make profit.I saw how the owners cancelled an on going sale because the customers were not being very nice with the puppy. Besides being polite about the cancellation they said something that will always stay in my head “these puppies are our babies and it is our duty to make sure they will be happy.”That is only one of many reasons I purchased my Frenchie from them. Her name is Koko and it is a healthy and very playful 2 1/2 months blue/tan French Bulldog.Thank you guys for showing me that pet shops are not as bad as I always thought they could be.Also, thank you again for the cafecito!Bye now.

In love with this place, not like your average puppy shop. When you walk in you can automatically feel the love! The owners truly love every puppy they have and will be there for you throughout the purchasing process. They helped find a payment plan that would suit me so that I can take my now bestfriend home! Even after I got my beautiful baby girl malshi (maltese & shih-tzu) if I had any questions they would respond to my texts so quickly and would help me with anything I needed! Beyond happy with making the choice of getting my furry friend from this loving shop! Thank You EPIC Puppies :)
