The store itself is excellent as well as the cashiers however there is one manager working on the evening on Wednesday, December 20th was the most I sent I’ve and rude individual. I asked her 3x to have someone unlock the restroom, she turned away and kept on walking away. I had to go and partially yell at her to ask to open the bathroom. Not at any moment did she give me eye contact just pointed for me to ask the cashier who was busy with a client to open the door. Only when I lost it and told her she should stop playing deaf did she the threatened to call the police. I am a customer service manager and his early believe this is a lack of empathy for people. She should not work with in customer service or a manager. He cashiers were much more friendlier than her.

Lots & lots of fabulous finds...save a lot of $ ✔️ it out❣️Cashier could have been a bit more patient & let me put all my purchases in my own reusable bag 🛍️ before "cashing out" next customer. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

It’s almost like … the other lanes are never open! Wait times to pay are always longer than your time actually shopping. It sucks! Nice selection of items, but I rather go farther to a location that I won’t spend double or maybe triple the time …

This store is stocked almost all the time with most items. One empolyee who works at this location is horrible. Laura the older caucasian cashier is almost always rude to black or Hispanic customers. I witnessed her on three separate occasions belittle & speak disrespectfully to customers who are not white. Dollar store needs to fire her right now!!

Very clean environment. Staff are friendly and professional helpful in helping you find what you're looking for. Isles are all fully stocked and well organized. No long waiting in line cashier was fast with checking out each customer while keeping herself friendly as well as maintaining professional attributes. Highly recommend visiting this store has been open only for about 2 to 3 weeks great shopping experience highly recommend all to go and enjoy space free friendly shopping all shelf's are fully stocked with great items and name brand items all for $1 you can't beat that. Stop on by for a worth while shopping experience. You want be disappointed.

I love going to Dollar Tree...but like everything in life not all are run the same way...at this particular store on Biscayne Blvd & 108...the store was pretty busy and at checkout time with 2 registers open & a line of people that reached halfway down isle the manager decided she was closing out the register she was in & left the one register with a new employee that was doing the best he could under the circumstances.Dollar Tree....you need to update your registers to make it quicker for your staff to ring up itms in quantity instead of one by one if they are buying a certain amount of the same item.... please....update your system....its really horrible. I 💗 the store but your system is running back in time.

This Dollar tree is one of the best ones . Clean and organized. Pallets are not blocking the shelves and isles. They just have to work on opening more cash registras.If you love to read they have in stock a nice selection of novels for only $1.25.

This is pretty much the only Dollar Tree that I go. The variety is amazing. Not all Dollar Tree stores have frozen food, but this one has all kinds of things from treats to vegetables.

I always enjoy this store. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and they have more items than most dollar tree. Had a lovely young lady take care of on Thursday (9/30) around 11 am. Very nice young girl!

I love dollar tree because you can’t beat the prices but they need to fix their machines. I paid with Apple Pay and it keeps getting declined. They keep assuring me that they accept Apple Pay but I literally paid WITH THE SAME CARD on my Apple Pay. It’s already been twice when I’ve had to pay in the 2nd register. Normally it would not bug me but the lady at the register went and started making fun of me with the customers behind me, laughing and all; and I definitely do not appreciate that. Especially considering that I was not at fault. It was just unprofessional. The sales associate on my receipt says her name is Brenda. Not sure if it was her or the other cashier because they switched at last minute.

A true Dollar Store. When everything is a dollar, you can make your own evaluation and go from there. Dollar Tree is great for certain things. Example: the frozen ravioli. It's very nice to always have on hand and in 7 minutes you have dinner for two.

This is one of the best dollar tree stores I've seen. It was clean, organized and even smelled nice. The store was fully stocked with great $1 items and the cashier was nice.

The cashier Dalia as is written in my receipt wasn't helpful , I bought some balloons,and I asked her very nicely to inflate them for me she said no rudely. And when I want to have have birthday balloons the one were hanging she said she doesn't have the one I want. I took another and it popped in the door, I went back to tell her what happened then she looked for the one I wanted before. She is too lazy.

I love Dollar Tree and I was over the moon to find out they were opening one right down the street from me. I've been there several times now and I love it. In my years of shopping at Dollar Tree, I have learned that sometimes one store has items that the other stores don't have. I used to go to one that had Tiramisu which I've never seen in any other Dollar Tree. This one has Snickers and Twix ice cream.

Its a very large establishment with many things made in the US available, including sanitizing cleaning products. It is also very clean and organized.. Absolutely worth the time and trip

Dollar Tree, despite the price increase, is still worth the visit. This location, on Biscayne Blvd at 108th Street, is always a nice place to shop.
