My dog loved staying here! We got pics of her daily and a eat/poop/pee log! Whenever I went in to pick-up/drop off for overnight or daycare I was always greeted so happily, and you can truly tell the employees love all the dogs there. They pet and kiss and get on the floor with them!! I knew leaving my baby there for 7 days was no issue and she was in great hands!!

Dogtown did such a great job grooming our dog. I appreciate that they always stick to their groom time and give me a 30 minute window when Zuse is almost ready.I would recommend Dogtown.

We always leave our Floki at Dogtown for daycare, bath and/or boarding (mostly in the Grove) and he always has a great time. The team is attentive, transparent, supportive and always keeps us up to date. Highly recommend!

I switched to Dog Town because of the location and pick up hours. It has not disappointed! I really feel good about dropping off my pup when the front desk already knows his name after the first day. I feel so comfortable taking my pup here. I will continue to use Dog Town as my day care provider!

Absolutely love this place to board my dog when we go on family vacations! Our poodle is high energy and always leaves there happy and tuckered out!!! The facility is clean, staff always remembers Yuzu’s name which is so sweet! We also love the photo check-ins they send!!! Also a hug plus that we can have him bathed before we pick him up!!!

UPDATE- update Obi gave the doggy daycare another chance and this time he was much happier. He was exhausted by the end of the day. I do wish they had water play, or sent you a quick photo of your dog enjoying playtime or a chrwzilla to know they got it, but I’m much happier now.updated from 2 stars to 4Obi had a great grooming with Stella.. Not too sure about the back area for doggy daycare. He was there for daycare trial and grooming. I couldn’t go see area. Which I understand for safety reasons, but it seemed like just partitioned off areas. I could hear him barking when I went in to pick him up. We were told we would get pictures which never came. I don’t think he had a good time .

5 star hotel experience! Loving, safe and fun stay! He loved their treats and walks thru the Grove! We loved receiving the diary with pictures and updates every evening! Thank you Dog Town!

I love this place and so do my dogs! We have boarded our dogs here several times, when we come to Miami to visit family. The online booking is so easy, the space is clean!! Happy dogs, mean Happy dog parents :-)

Not crazy about the new location. I had to bang on the window when I arrived and picked up my dog for grooming. No one was at the front desk and all of these dogs were up front alone - front door unlocked. When I came to pick up my dog in the afternoon, I had to let them know the water bowl was empty. I definitely won't be going back. Horrible location.

I will 1000,000,000,000.00 PERCENT return to DogTown for future spa days for my puppy and perhaps puppy camp when the need arises. My most favorite part about being introduced to DogTown was when I walked in. No less than 10 big, small, skinny, bigger-boned (as we over 100-pound-girls refer to ourselves,) long hair, short hair, lots of hair, no hair, big huge smiles of dogs all popped up from behind the counter to welcome me and the love-of-my-life, my 18-month-year-old puppy, LucyBelle. That greeting changed what started out as a very NOT-GOOD day into one in which I laughed out loud, like some crazy lunatic, on the my way back to the car. The second part of visiting DogTown that ensured I will be a repeat visitor was the groomer. She greeted me less than 5 minutes after I walked in. She answered my questions and without a hint of trying to upsell me, answered every question I had, in detail, about services I read advertised on their huge blackboard. When she noticed LucyBelle was a little nervous, she immediately got down, meeting her eye to eye, plied her with compliments, which LucyBelle loves (she really is a real little girl wearing dog ears and paws without thumbs-with frustrates both of us) and picked her up for snuggles and kisses. Now that’s the way to not only my trust and confidence, but to my heart. And darn-it shoot me between my toes for not being able to call to mind this very instant that groomer’s name. But if you’re reading this, ask at the front desk who was LucyBelle’s spa specialist at 11 am Tuesday, July 5.

A great place for my pup! My dog had a wonderful first time boarding experience and didn’t want to leave. The staff is above and beyond helpful and accommodating. They even go out of there to ensure there are so surprise fees. 10/10 would recommend

Dogtown is by far the best place in Miami to board your furry little loved ones! They show my dog so much love and I can tell he loves being there because of how excited he gets as soon as he enters the facility. It's super clean and I love the thoughtful daily updates with pictures!! Highly recommend!

My pup and I are new to Dogtown. Their staff is very easy going and helpful. My pup is shy but seemed to warm up to the staff quite well. I've also heard great comments about their grooming services but have yet to use them myself . Based on the pricing and client friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend their doggy daycare services.

Our pup stay with Dogtown in Coconut Grove overnight during our wedding weekend and had a blast, we love the open concept they have for their play area where they can also go hangout with the humans working the front desk. All the pups look happy to be there and it is really nice that they include three walks a day as a part of their services, other daycares we have used don’t have that included. Lastly the daily journals that they send at the end of the day so you can see how your dog is doing, really put us at ease and the cute pictures they sent of him playing were the best! Thank you Dogtown we will definitely be using your services again in the future.

I love this place and so does my dog!!!! I was having my golden doodle groomed somewhere else and although they did a good job, they became too expensive. A friend recommended the grooming at Dogtown and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (and the pricing!!!) I’ve gone 4 times now and always very happy with the cut and my doodle always is happy when I go to pick her up. The staff is nice and the groomers always listen to my requests and oblige. Highly recommend!!!!

Dogtown took great care of my 16-year-old, blind Chihuahua for 4 nights this month. I got daily journal emails with photos of my little monkey which helped relieve any anxiety my wife and I had leaving him with new, unfamiliar people. Thank you, Dogtown! :-)

Great experience at Dogtown Coconut Grove. We left our little staffy for the first time ever at their daycare and then for a night stay. He loved it! He went right away to the other dogs and came back with a full belly, happy and exhausted from playing with the other dogs. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. For the night stay, they updated us whenever he ate, went for a walk as well as uploading pictures in the customer portal to see how he was doing and interacting with the other dogs. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to any one who needs a doggy day care.

We love Dogtown -Coconut Grove! Everyone is super friendly, communicative and I love how all of the dogs are out of cages just roaming around. The best part for our family are the Daily Dog Diaries with their pictures and details of our dogs day!! Makes us feel better while we're away! I highly recommend Dogtown in the Grove!

Dogtown Coconut Grove:We trust our dog to no one else, dogtown has been taking care of our beloved pet for 3 years, once for 3 weeks and my dog was very well taken care of. This last stay for a weekend, the team forgot to detach the dog’s profile from the food bag and it called my attention that they figured out ways to make her eat that we didn’t know!BTW, they send clients daily photos and status of the pet and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate last minute requests.Thanks to the team!

My Lars loves to go for his monthly grooms at Dogtown. They do a beautiful job and he is always happy to go back! Also, their booking process is so streamlined and functional. Staff is friendly. 10/10 all around.

My wife and I have been taking our pup, Lobo, here since we moved to the Grove in August 2018 for grooming, daycare and teeth cleaning. We have been more than extremely happy with the care and service they provide Lobo. The staff is extremely attentive and do not hesitate to call to let you know if they came across something unusual such as a dry skin patch, the beginning of a possible hotspot and things of that nature.
