I bought a baby cockatiel took it home setup the cage 5 days later the bird died called the pet shop to see if they have can give us another bird for our loss no guarantee don’t buy from this pet shop

We went today and purchased 2 cockatiels for my kiddos. The lady working there was beyond helpful and amazing. She even helped to set up the bird cage. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. The prices are also great! 😊

I have bought my son his little pets at this store. 2 turtle and 2 baby bunnies. I don't find them expensive, and every time we go they are super nice.

Horrible customer service! It is Monday December 27 2:00pm My husband just called and got hung up on several times! I tried calling myself thereafter and no one answered. The lady that picked up apparently did not understand English and hung up on my husband and then wouldn’t answer the phone. The owner of this shop should be aware of this to better train staff, you are losing clients over this bad customer service! What a shame!!!

I called for a price quote wing palace shrimp lady that picked up and did not proper clearance just hung up on me the whole time when I tried to ask questions I called again many times afterwards she did not not happy very bad customer service.
