I absolutely love this place. My best friend recommended I take Bosco my pup here and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It is so easy to make an appointment, Arnie and his staff and beyond friendly and will always help accommodate you. The grooming, bath and the attention goes beyond 5 stars.We couldn’t be happier with them.Another plus and a favorite of mine is that they take a nice pic of your pup with a cute background and shared with you via text and on Instagram .I recommend anyone with a dog to take them to D’LUXE DOG PET CONCIERGE & BOUTIQUE 🐶❤️

Took Linda my baby girl Maltese here for her first grooming and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience! I was really worried about getting our baby girl groomed for the first time as we have never left our 5 month baby Linda with strangers before. everyone in D’LUXE DOG Pet Concierge & Boutique was just amazing from beginning to end. the whole spa looks great and is really clean – what I really loved was when the staff came out into the reception area to bond with Linda, it was a really cute touch – we will be coming back and recommending you to all our friends & family. If I could leave a 100 star review I would, this place is the best grooming place I’ve ever sent my dogs too.One of my dogs is 16 and Arnie the owner is the MOST caring person I can’t say enough about how much he care for Ozzy and have so much patience for him!Dogs will never be left in cages like a lot of other groomers and the pictures you get after every visit are just amazing! Like you’re getting a professional photos of you pets after every visit.You should definitely check their instagram account to understand.I highly highly recommends.Thank you Arnie and the team!

Arnie and his team are phenomenal !! From communication and the actually hair cut, everything was amazing. The place is so cute and clean too and then treated my dog so awesome! Usually he comes home and he hides from us but this is the first time he comes home happy! And I really like that they told me he was gonna finish ahead of time so I could be there around the time he was actually finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I absolutely love this place! My Nala looks picture perfect every time I pick her up! I’ve never felt comfortable leaving her at a groomer due to past experiences but D’Luxe has been so welcoming & the owner is so kind, you can tell he has a lot of passion for what he does, down to his doggie couture!

Today was my first time at this groomer, and I felt nothing but love and kindness. Arnie walked me through the process, and treated Estella as one of his own. She’s super shy and nervous at times, so I was super anxious, so I waited a bit before I walked away. Prior to her cut, he would go in and check in on her periodically and talk to her. When I got the call she was ready, I sped over, and was super happy with what I found. Her fur was beautiful, she was happy, and she was super comfortable around staff. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this location. Thank you again. :)

My dog Lucky and I love this place. The service is amazing. They take time to explain you everything and more important they listen to you and what you want or not for your dog. You can tell that they really love all the kids and take a good care of them.Highly recommended!

D’luxe did such an amazing job with our Yorkie! He gets nervous in new places but they made him feel right at home. His haircut looks exactly like what we asked for and they finished his style in half the time estimated. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Regretting it a lot despite the recommendations, my puppy's haircut was a disaster. All we asked for was a bath, detangling and a trim and what they did was shave it by removing all the beauty from his hair, without my authorization. They had called me to charge me more because the detangling process was taking longer than expected and they just ended up shaving it but still charging extra for the detaingling. Who gives me back his hair???? As a puppy???

Booked grooming for my 4 month Mini Schnauzer at DLuxe and was not disappointed. They’re warm and welcoming and loved my little guy. He looks amazing. One of the best schnauzer cuts I’ve seen. They worked with me when I couldn’t get to the salon by 2pm to pick up my doggo too. D’LUXE is our permanent grooming home in Miami.

Highly recommended!!! I found D’Luxe Dog Pet Concierge after some extensive research. Their reviews speak for themselves, and they’re one of the few whose groomer is a member of the NDGAA, which speaks to their expertise and professionalism. My fur baby can be difficult to groom, but their experienced staff knew exactly how to handle him and his new style is exactly what we wanted! Arnie was so friendly and kind, and made it a point to create a bond with my pup from the get go so as to get him acclimated to the new environment right away. There were other dogs present, and he made sure the interactions were playful and fun. Sharon was incredible!!! The location is adorable, clean and feels like a chic boutique.You will be required to provide vaccination records, a plus in my book. I got a text when my the grooming was finished, and I picked up an even more adorable and very happy pup, cute new tie included! You have new, four- and two-legged happy customers, and we will be retuning for future grooming needs!

Best dog groomer I’ve tried! First of all, you can tell when people truly are dog lovers: trust me, everyone here absolutely is. My little Pomsky, Po, loves coming! He leaves smelling so good and always looking adorable! He’s had trims done here, along with baths, nail trimmings, expressions etc...always amazing. This is the only place that Po comes to be pampered!
