Rafael is an extremely disrespectful employee. I was treated with disgusting disrespect simply because I did not clear out the screen of a previous customer before I swiped my first item on the self-checkout monitor. He was aggressive, rude, offensive with his words towards me, and could not even clear the screen himself. Another employee stepped in to assist him. I hope this message is considered, as this type of behavior is concerning and this individual should not be working in customer service at all.

The company don’t want to hire more employees. As a result, a big line at the cashier to pay. Even the employees are working stressed and are grumpy 😡 because of the high demand of customers and they can’t help all of the customers. Customers get unhappy and employees get frustrated. This is happening almost everywhere in Miami, so sad 😭. God bless America 🇺🇸

It’s crazy how in Miami we can be surprised by people who are friendly and eager to help! I was surprised at this CVS when I was wondering around lost and an employee stopped and asked to help me find what I was looking for and took me directly to the right spot. And then again when going to check out, there was self check out, but a different employee offered to help check me out anyway. It was refreshing to be in a business where customer service is valued. They both did way more than I mentioned to make the experience great! Thanks for a great visit! I will be back!

I waited for 20mts and no one ever came to assist me at the pharmacy drive thru. The pharmacist paraded herself in front of the window several times, made eye contact and never helped. The girl at the register didn’t acknowledge me at all. She was only had one person when I got there, to assist.I then call the manager and was told he was gone.WORST service ever! I do not recommend this pharmacy or CVS to anyone.

Very Hard workers. They always give me amazing service I’ll gladly come back to this pharmacy. People complain about the waiting without even putting themselves in the employees shoes, they are very understaffed without choice. Yet they still get their job done.

Very nice staff. Especially one called Jennifer Hoadley helped me alot, was very patient with me and helpful. 5 stars in my opinion she should get a raise. Also helped me out alot with some personal issues I was having. I will be returning just for her kind and remarkable customer service.

The pharmacy service is terrible. My meds were sent directly from baptist to the pharmacy at 9:30am, i called before i went to pick up meds, 35min in hold no answer. I arrived at 11am to pick up and meds were not ready, to come back 1hr. Showed up at 1:45 and still not ready., they said to wait for a few minutes. I finally got my meds 40min later.

Person on the drop off counter was attentive but busy. The pharmacyst Dr Olmo came to help. Called me to the counter then Left me without any explanation. I was hearing a lot of conversation about a medication package picked by the mail without being checked by her. She then called other person (that arrived after me) for a flu shot. Then went back to other tasks and continued a constant conversation with other members of satff. Never returned. I was waiting more than 45 minutes. No apoligies. It looks very disorganized and unprofessional and that is worse when coming from the person that should be leading.(notice that medication had been electronically filled)

They have some discounts around the food section.But I went to try if my daughter's insurance worked​ at this pharmacy. Even though they didn't take it, the lady in charge was very nice to me and told me to try somewhere else.Clean store and with a ​good parking lot.They also have the option of drive trough which is very convenient.

the pharmacy service is terrible. the waiting time in the drive trough is for a long time and also they ignore you, I must clarify that in the morning shift it is better, but in the afternoon and at night horrible. I have to mention in the way they answer you later without education or professionalism, they don't even apologize for the long delay. Very disappointed ☹️

Called this place trying to discuss something since I work in a doctors office, pharmacist hangs up rather rudely without so much as a departure greeting. No wonder patients can't stand this pharmacy, entirely rude. And that's just the pharmacy part of it all, I'm sure the rest of the staff in the building are quite lovely compared to that lady

The worst drive through pharmacy service. Big mistake having your prescriptions filled there if you expect to drive thru and pick up your medicine without having to wait 20 minutes and not deal with a pharmacist that gives an attitude and tells you it’s not her problem you had to wait.

I enjoy going to this store the environment is good and if you need any help the staff is more than welcome to help, pharmacy sections helps out really fast, and the doctor is the pharmacy is nice. Overall i enjoy going here.

The pharmacy does not pick up the phone at all...I was on hold for about 30 min. Without anyone acknowledging my call. Its It's terrible. They may need more staff due to the volume of people that apparently go there for their medications.

the drive tru pharmacy personal is unprofessional an slow moving, you could spent easy more than an hour at the drive tru, and then they could say they do not have the medication, not an efficient service, management does not seem to care, go and experience your self

Asunto: Queja sobre el servicio en la farmaciaEstimados responsables,Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con el servicio que he recibido en su establecimiento en el último año. Desde que comencé a utilizar esta farmacia, he experimentado continuos problemas con la dispensación de mis medicamentos recetados. Actualmente, me encuentro sin aspirinas y he enfrentado retrasos en la entrega de mi medicamento Hydrochlorothiazide.El pasado 21/10/23 me informaron que mi medicamento estaría disponible para su retiro, sin embargo, al presentarme el 23/10/23, fui informado de que no tenían mi receta registrada. Esta situación no solo es frustrante, sino que también ha generado inconvenientes al punto de tener que solicitar a mi médico que elija otra farmacia para la dispensación de mis medicamentos, excluyendo a CVS.Adicionalmente, en la tienda, el cajero automático ha estado fuera de servicio por más de una semana, lo cual es un inconveniente considerable. ¿Qué está sucediendo con el servicio al cliente? La falta de disponibilidad de efectivo en el cajero automático y los problemas en la farmacia me hacen cuestionar si me encuentro en Miami o en La Habana.Espero que esta situación se atienda con la urgencia que merece, y que se implementen medidas para mejorar la calidad del servicio que se brinda a los clientes.Quedo a la espera de una pronta solución a estos problemas.Atentamente,José Patricio Figueroa Bello

El servicio en la farmacia es Fatal no es posible que las preinscripciones se tarden tanto y que dejen esperar al cliente por mas de 20 min. Su servicio es incompetente las tres mujeres que alli trabajan se la pasan es hablando de su vida personal mientras los clientes esperan por ellas hasta que les da la gana de atender. Creo que ha sido el servicio peor prestado por la farmacia de CVS Que se han caracterizado por un buen servicio, lamentablemente en esta apertura de esta nueva tienda no escogieron bien a su personal y si siguen de esa manera van a perder a sus clientes. Deberian revisar a su departamento de Recursos Humanos a la hora de elegir a sus empleados. Y por esta razon por tener la farmacia en la esquina de mi casa tengo que irme a otra farmacia ya que cuando no es el mal servicio prestado es que les hacen falta los medicamentos. Es lamentable el tener que cambiarme debido a todos estos inconvenientes.
