I live in the area for over 25 years I have seen the decrease on customer service thru out the years either in person or over the phone the pharmacy area they look unhappy CVS needs better incentives and let’s not even talk about the floor or cashiers they seemed to be over worked need to pour out to your first line workers so it can trickle down to your customers. I honestly go to CVS because it’s in my local area but I think about it twice when going CVS make changes so customer would want to go and shop so re-train your employees or add more happy employees so we can be satisfy with your service.

This is my closest pharmacy for years and it has been a roller coaster experience. For some reason the turnover is high here and the customers suffer. We mostly use this place for pharmacy needs but they come with headaches. It has gotten better but still not running smoothly.If you try to call them, set aside a half hour waiting time. It's not just me but my doctor also. She would leave the refill list on their voice mail because she couldn't hold on that long. But it took CVS staff 5 days to retrieve it!. Sometimes my RXes would get misplaced in the wrong bin. Sometimes it takes 4-5 days before the RX is ready. Sometimes they are out of the RX for a couple of days. I never wait to the last minute to refill because I will be without RX for several days. If you forget and ask fir a couple pills until they gave it ready, it is grudgingly done.Now let's talk about the long waits at the Drive Up...set aside a half hour for your wait time. Bring your cell phone or a book. Catch up on calls. Also, living in hot Miami you must leave your car running but then you have your A/C running up your gas bill so you can't win. Then finally, it is your turn to wait at the window for the tech to find your RX because they are not ready yet even though your text says they are ready. Why don't I change pharmacies you say? Because when I was with Walgreens, they did the same thing. I gave up.Remember that they close for lunch from 1:30-2:00 which I think is fair.

Worst CVS pharmacy! I came in for a flu and Covid vaccine after they had me waiting she said we don’t have anymore.They keep people waiting with no information and they certainly don’t care about providing a good or decent customer service.

Watch out at the pharmacy! I do not recommend this location at all, unsanitary the way they prepared the medication for their clients. I went today to get my prescription and saw one of the pharmacist preparing medication WITH NO GLOVES, she proceeds to pick on her ear with her long nails and as is nothing happened she kept touching medication with her bare hands.

If I could give negative points, I'd give it a MINUS 10 - being the worst CVS I've ever visited. The manager JOANNA refused to do an exchange arguing that she was out of give cards, however I was just exchanging for an item of higher price. Then refused to ring up the item I was buying without the exchange because I complained about the poor customer service. CVS needs to revaluate the people they hire. The place looks trashed, it looks like they are under construction, but they aren't. They don't have a starting point for a line. And there is NO associates on the floor to answer any questions.The bathrooms apparently are both "out of service" (???)Save yourself a headache and go to another store

I literally went to 6 pharmacies and none of them could fill Percocet 5’s except for this one. They answered the phone right away and thank God they had them because I was starting to worry! You’d think I needed the cocktail to lethally inject someone how all the other pharmacies were acting about Perc FIVES, like.. Come on it’s not that serious. So glad they could fill my scripts. AND they were open later than any other pharmacies in the area.

A monk and even a nun would lose their mind in this place.You can wait a week for your prescription.You can call to check your prescription status and be told to call back because the FedEx truck hasn't arrived.You can walk into this place while on hold for 30 minutes and see the "techs" on their personal phones.You can witness how toddlers organize their workplace.You can wait in the line for 45 minutes, then have the slick pharmacist tell you that your prescription hasn't arrived. However, after being pressed, he makes a phone call to a colleague saying that you're complaining and suddenly he finds your prescription.You can also see once again that the "techs" should have been security guards.

This is the closest pharmacy to me and I still try to avoid it at all costs. But now and then I decide to give it a chance and then remember why I hate it so much. Like right now… as I wait on hold for more than 20 mins while I write this review. The pharmacists are generally unprofessional, rude and move slow. The pharmacy itself often doesn’t have items in stock so a few times I’ve had to get partial prescriptions filled. OH AND my call just ended on it’s own after waiting on hold all this time. 1 star is generous. 😡

came for flu vaccine during hours posted online , was told person had left and to come back tomorrow (even though appointments weee available at that time) , came back the next day as instructed and told only done in some hours and to come back later -_-

I was trying to buy a few things but the cashier DAYLORE refused to charge us. First she made us go get the same product to scan it (since the one we brought had the tag missing), and then she screamed "NO" and refused to charge us so we left it. Rudest experience in my life. TheMost horrible customer service ever. I see why this CVS has such bad reviews.

Horrible experience. I went to get a PCR test for COVID 19 and the lady simple said the system was down to come back after lunch. I had an appointment at 10:30am. How the system could be down if you just need to insert something inside your noise and give it back? I drove 20 min in horrible conditions to get the test done for no reason. If the system was actually down why not sending a notification by email or text? Why could they let you schedule an appointment? I scheduled this appointment an hour ago. Makes no sense. If anybody needs a COVID test don’t go to this pharmacy. Your attempt to get a test will be pointless.

This CVS isn’t that old but man is it run down!! Dirty carpet, dirty fixtures, air vents have black all around them. Prices don’t always match the pricing on the shelves.I’ve been harassed by people in the parking lot for money multiple times and don’t feel safe walking in at night.The pharmacy is always a mess. There’s no privacy when picking up, everyone can hear your personal information. They text you that your Rx is ready and then you arrive and have to wait 30-40+ min.I truly dread every time I have to come here.

My office has been calling this CVS to try to clarify an issue with a patient's prescription and we have all been on hold for over 20 minutes only to have the line disconnect. This is deplorable! Do not use this CVS

I avoid this CVS whenever possible. Unfortunately, Paxlovid (for a friend, not for me) isn't available everywhere. I have had one friendly pharmacist in about 4 years. Tonight's was certainly the worst, but within the normal range of horrific. First, even if you are from a physician office asking to speak with an employee, it is impossible to do so. My physician was forced to leave a voicemail early this afternoon. When I got there this evening after being unable to get anyone on the phone after at least a dozen attempts, they had no record of the voicemail. They claim to have cleared out all of their voicemails (despite my hearing multiple "voicemail box is full" during my attempts to call them), but did not have the prescription for me. Pharmacist seemed annoyed it wasn't electronically sent, but their system allows voicemails. I got the doctor on the phone at 9 pm. Despite this, they told me it couldn't be ready in the next hour, because they had so many other prescriptions "ahead" of me to fill, but there were maybe two other people waiting in the pharmacy. Didn't care that this is a time sensitive prescription. Pharmacist, a woman with long white hair, was apparently so overwhelmed she basically couldn't function. Make her life easier and get your prescriptions filled anywhere else.

Long lines for Pharmacy. Pharmacy workers constantly chainging .Texts tell you prescription ready and it isn’t…. Recently spring of 2023 pharmacy operations have substantially improved. As of June 2023, this pharmacy has miraculously turned around and it is now very efficient.

Other than the long long lines at check out is it okay---as long as you avoid the pharmacy. My insurance requires me to use them, but I do not feel safe. Too many mistakes. To many entitled excuses from staff for their errors.Often a simple apology is all that is needed. But the policy seems to be to rile up the customers.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy in the entire United States. They ALWAYS take forever. The lines are long and slow and they don't seem to care. They see the lines and they continue with their slow service and chit chat among themselves.

I've been trying to get in contact with this pharmacy for over a week. Every time I call, I press 0 to connect to the pharmacy, get put on hold, and whoever picks up the phone in the pharmacy immediately hangs up. Writing this as I am on hold again, after them hanging up 4 times already (just today!!!). Seriously, I hear them pick up and immediately put the phone back down. Don't waste your time sending a prescription here.

Hands down most disrespectful customer service representative and management not only are these cvs employees unprofessional they have no regard for standards. I have been calling for days my doctor called in 2 prescriptions 10 days ago. I was told after waiting 45 minutes that the 2nd prescription wasn't called in. Even though I get a confirmation from rxinform.org when my doctor calls in prescription. Both prescriptions were on there. I then called my doctors office & was told indeed their records showed it was called in. I asked my doctors office to please call it in again because this is actually a medication I have to take daily. He called me back said he waited 25 minutes with no answer so he left a message to fill prescription. It has now been days & I've waited 45 minutes to an hour to still be told no prescription. Explain situation & that my doctors office has left a message to fill prescription. Told twice now by 2 different people one a man yesterday. Today Jennifer to hold while they talk to pharmacist only to be hung up on or disconnected:/ call back again I have literally spent 3hrs on hold because I need this medication! And over a year ago same thing only they said I picked it up when I didn't. Go in store & tell them I didn't pick it up. Sit for an hour before finally the young lady working looks through a basket with prescriptions & is like oh sorry I found it. Must have been a mistake. This CVS is 79th & Biscayne Miami Florida. Save yourself the trouble & go to Walgreens. As soon as I figure out how to get this last prescription I'm done with CVS! Telling my doctor to send my future prescriptions elsewhere!

Worst CVS I have ever been to. Countless times they never have the prescription ready even if sent in the morning and I go pick up at night. Always have to wait for my prescription. Gave this location a 4 year shot but will be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away unless you have all the time in the world to waste.

Pharmacy staff terrible it seems they can’t find people who want to work. Bad attitude, and when you ask for customer service, they make little remarks under their breath.
