WE’RE NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!! This company sent us molded treats and got offended when we told them we wanted to send our entire order back out of fear that other treats may not be as fresh as we thought and hoping they would make it right by sending us a fresher order. We were simply told to find another vendor after we received our refund. Not to mention we’ve done business with them for many years and this is how we’re treated. We’ll gladly find someone else….

Very good customer service. I called inquiring about picking up a cake since it was down the street Very helpful staff. The treat I did expect to be a little bigger but none the less my pup loved it and it was gone within seconds. Owner was so sweet and gave JJ a Christmas cookie as well . This will def be a new go to spot for me and my dog

We’ve been doing business with the this company for quite sometime now! The way we were treated after letting them know after they sent us molded treats that supposedly had a longer shelf life was unacceptable and disgusting! Honestly they treat you like you’re nothing and that’s no way of doing business. I hate I spent alot of money with this company! Never Again!!!

My little Fritz just turned 1. They had a pool party for his birthday at his daycare. For party favors, I ordered individually wrapped snow cones and palm trees. They were a huge hit. Everyone told me how cute they were and the dogs loved them. Getting ready to order individually wrapped pineapples and flamingos for my Heidi's half birthday. Thank you Bubba Rose.

My dog, Heidi, had a flamingo and pineapple birthday party at her daycare. I ordered pineapple and flamingo treats for all of Heidi's friends. They were a huge hit and so cute.

I was told by bubba rose through faire that I would get a sample pack of cookies to try in my salon to see if I wanted to purchase the cookies with bakery display. I received a shipping confirnatiin in my email. After waiting several weeks I tried contacting the company several times and didn't get a response despite the messages showing that they were read. I contacted faire about this and they told me that after 30 days the orders were automatically cancelled and there was nothing they could do. I was super disappointed as I was looking forward to offering the cookies to my clients. I have since placed a large order from bourbon city barkery. The cookies were a huge hit. They looked exactly as shown in photos, were packaged beautifully, and the communication is excellent. If you are looking for awesome cookies skip bubba rose and go straight to bourbon city barkery.

I received an order with bugs in my dog treats. I called and left two messages and emailed for someone to get back with me and no response. I was a faithful customer who ordered almost monthly for numerous years. I will never buy from this business again. The bugs freaked me out and the fact they couldn’t respond tells me a lot about this company.

Ordered cupcakes for my puppy, just a couple months old, after they were recommended, and I did not regret at all. Soft enough for my 2 month old puppy, and gone within a few minutes. I will definitely be ordering again. Also, so very cute.

BUYER BEWARE PERISHABLE ITEMS SHIPPED WITHOT ICE - my wife and I ordered decorated cake, cupcake and treats. The items were extremely delayed. The items showed up in a hot box without any ice. Items are marked perishable and icing was all melted and off items. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

I bought a cake from this company at a local dog bakery shop. It looks beautiful, but it was so hard I could barely cut it, and when I did the whole outside was burnt looking. Couldn’t give it to my dog, waste of money as this was expensive for a small cake.
