Propane refill here is always an issue. They either tell you they're out or the employee that can help you is doing something else. They give you attitude too. Ridiculous. Not worth the $8-$9 difference from getting an exchange elsewhere. 02/13/24 6:30 p.m.

So far, one of my favorite Bj's locations. They are located near main highways and avenues which facilitates the access. The store has plenty of parking spots and is always clean and organized. The line may seem long, however it only takes minutes. They offer self-pay and also assistance with cashiers. The freshness, variety of the products, and affordability of prices make them a very special option nowadays.

Conveniently located on the NE corner of Sunset Drive (SW 72 Street) & SW 117 Ave. The parking lot is made for compact cars, so pick your spot carefully. The are many wagon corrals so they seem to have enough shopping carts, unlike the BJs in Cutler Ridge.Prices are going up all over, so try to bring the coupons to reduce your bill. Don't count on the digital coupons to work.Take caution ⚠️ when buying meat or poultry, check carefully on the dates. The side of the chicken package had a sell by date of 10-5-2021, but their printed label showed a sell by date of November 30, 2021. 😱 They also have a limit on chicken wings.The self check out is easy, and if you can go there early, do yourself a favor and get there early during the week if you can, avoid the crowds + long lines at check out.Unless you take advantage of all the perks they have to offer, the cost of membership can be a bit much. Unless you have a very large family to feed or are buying supplies for your business, you're forced to buy in such large quantities so some items go stale before you can finish it. Plus, there's usually just 2 brands to choose from, theirs- Berkley and Jensen plus a name brand, which is costly (like Bounty). At times, it's cheaper to get the same item when it's on sale or as a BOGO @ Publix. You've got to figure out your usage and your spoilage. They have great corn muffins, that are usually found by the BBQ chicken. This is a great place to stock up on non-perishables such as water, cat/dog food, cat litter, Gatorade, pasta, coffee, Etc. Plus, their gasoline and propane gas prices are generally lower must of the time. but to take advantage of the gasoline, you've got to live close by or it's not worth it. Again, try not to go on the weekend. We've went to get propane only to find they were sold out.

BJs has the convenience of buy online, curbside pick up, great!..Except when buying fresh produce. I've had multiple issues with fruits and veggies not being up to par with "freshness". As well as fruit cups having mold in them. It is rather upsetting and disappointing. And not to mention a whole trip back to the store, to return something they did not do a well inspection on whilst shopping for their customers order.

Very appreciative of the BJ's team that brings your online grocery order to the curbside pick-up area. After surgery, this service has been a real life saver! They are very polite, helpful, attentive to the selection of items and place everything in your car in an organized way at this location. Thank you so much for this service - I am truly grateful :)

Had been going there for years. I canceled my account today because an employee was upset because I didn’t speak Spanish to her. There is always some issue in there when I walk in there and it stems from ignorance.

I bought a coffee maker. When I got home and took it out of the box I realized that it was used and had coffee residue inside, dirty. I immediately went back to the store and asked for a manager and was told there was none. so I should go to customer service. They changed it for me without apologizing. I recommend that when you buy something from this place you check it before paying for it. I had to waste my time and gas for that reason. In my opinion, when someone sells me something used as new, they are deceiving me.

Avoid buying the Doritos 2 x $8.98The bags now are less 1/3 full. They used to be 1/2 full. It was shocking when I opened the bag today. Total rip off scam.

Awful, awful, awful!!!! Lousy phone service, lousy employees, manager, BJ's, at least this one, probably all stores in South Florida do not care two figs about us customers!!One person at front desk, line huge. Filthy carts, filthy. Tried to rejoin but the rudeness in the joint is palpable. After waiting a good deal for service i walked out for GOOD.Ps told the manager of the open top freezer where shrimp and seafood are kept does not freeze the products hard, Shrimp soft, thawed out, a formula for bacterial growth. This was four years ago. Still not fixed. Eat at your own risk.I'm through with them. Too bad as its a handy store to have nearby. Now it's on plane Pluto to this nothingness of a person.

been going here for 4 years it’s crazy to only have 4 handicap carts charging there’s another 4 ready to use but they said they didn’t work when in reality they just never put it to charge it freaking sucks that i couldn’t do my shopping today and have to wait for my foot to heal DO BETTER

I went to pump gas. After waiting in line I realized that the gas pumps cannot read your bj card on your phone.I went to ask NICK for help and he tells me you need your physical card in a rude manner. I had told them in the past they had helped me. He responded you can go inside the store and get another one.Obviously he didn’t want to help me after waiting 15 minutes in line. He wanted me to wait another 15-30 minutes inside to get a card because he refused to walk 15 seconds to the pump.I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but eventually he came out to help. Management needs to coach him how to talk and help customers instead of pushing them away. This experience has made me think twice about renewing my membership.

I visit BJs far more than competitors because it’s convenient and close by. I frequent this store about 2-3 times a week and always run into the same issue. 20 express lines open however only 1 lane for large purchases. It’s insane that you can have reps offering you cable service, impact windows, food samples but will not allocate efforts for additional checkout lanes, specially on a Friday.

Absolutely terrible customer service as I waited on line 15 minutes for gas to have the line close at my car with no notice or posted closing time!!!! I am furious at their lack of consideration for customers. I will not renew my membership Costco here I come.

Coupon system is horrible, the registers don’t work properly, the items are not as good as COSTCO’s. This is like a low quality Supermarket like President with Publix prices.We switched to Costco. Will never come back to BJ’s

I have been coming here over a decade. Great parking in the BJs, but then again most of them are in large centers. The place itself is good. They did a great job during early pandemic keeping people socially distanced. I’ve bought new tires at the tire center with no complaints and the gas prices are great too. The only area where I think they are horribly lacking is in the deli. Seriously, the (mostly) ladies are very nice however they take F O R E V E R to serve you. I usually go first thing in the morning to avoid crowds and even then, it takes me over half hour to get a couple of items.

On several occasions over the last 3 weeks, I've called for information about tires. The tire department doesn't answer because they are severely understaffed (not the employee's fault) Member services doesn't answer either; it rings indefinitely. Then the music changes--you think someone is about to answer only to find out you continue to hold indefinitely there, too. Very disappointing to learn that even with a paid annual membership, this is what consumers get.I've also encountered floor employees who do not speak English and don't even try to help. They either answer in Spanish or just keep walking. No effort whatsoever to help or find someone to help the customer.I will reconsider my membership renewal when it comes around again.This is big, in contrast with Costco's management and employees, always pleasant and eager to help.

I place an order online for the first time. That same day, I received a notification that the order would be ready between 9 and 10 pm. Then, I received a text to go pick it up. My husband went to the store on Coral Way. They couldn’t find it and told him to go back the next day. The next day, at around 7 in the morning, I received another text stating that my order was ready and if I didn’t pick it up before the store closed that day, it would be returned. I arrived to the store at around 1045 and waited 45 minutes while the poor employees ran around and never found it. So, they ended up returning the payment to the card, and I left without my order.

This review is in reference to the tire department not BJ’s as a whole. I bought four brand new tires and paid for the installation of them which includes the balancing of the tires which was not done or was done so horribly that it might as will not have been done. My car was shaking horribly as soon as I reached 60 mph. After getting the tires installed I went to get an alignment from the dealership where I was told that my tires needed to be balanced which was when I told them that my tires are brand new from BJs and were supposed to be balanced when the tires were installed and they made it clear that my tires were in fact not balanced or done so poorly that it might as well not have been balanced. I find this to be a careless mistake and irresponsible and dangerous. I am a mother of four children and to put in my children in a car that is not even balanced correctly is not safe or humane. I am very disgusted in the choosing of personnel that BJ’s has done. There were two very very young men being trained and were told to balance my tires and supposedly they were being supervised by an older gentleman Omar if I’m correct but obviously that was not done and they allowed two trainees that are not experienced to balance my car. And then my car was unnecessarily not even being tended to in the garage and it sat there for 20 minutes with nothing being done until the supervisor there at the time Alexandro said he would take care of it and was in the back in the garage where my car was at but obviously he never even got it done either because my car tires were never balanced or never balanced correctly. I had to return the next morning where a very very very courteous and helpful gentleman named Mauricio who had much experience took it upon himself to tend to me immediately and resolve my issue and immediately balanced my tires. He saved The day and fixed the problem that should have been fixed when I had my new tires installed. He literally had to start from scratch and install my tires the way it should have been done from the beginning. I give Mauricio 5 stars and my gratitude. He is a valuable employee unlike the others there who have shown irresponsibility and negligence and endangerment to peoples vehicles and the people inside them.

I have been BJ’s member for a long time and I can tell you tires center is the worst you can go probably in Miami and maybe nationwide,only one person working doing everything and making inappropriate comments and with no respect and unprofessional way to provide service
