Azhar’s is top notch! Everyone considering using their services should watch the video detailing the process. I had 6 Persian’s and one Chinese handwoven rug. They needed cleaning and some required repair work. Communication was always prompt and courteous. Pick up and delivery times were pretty much on time. My experience with them has been super pleasant and excellent. Highly recommended!

My rug was picked up as promised and delivered back when it was convenient for me. Azhar's did a very nice job cleaning my oriental carpet that had dog throw up on it. No smell or staining after the cleaning.

I had been putting off getting my Persian rugs cleaned for some time as I didn't know of a reliable company. I found Azhar's Oriental Rugs online and after reading all the reviews, I decided to get in touch. They came exactly on time as agreed, were very polite and careful in moving furniture and gathering the rugs. I had the same experience when they returned with the rugs. I was ecstatic when I saw the rugs as they look brand new. The colors are brighter and they feel wonderful. I highly recommend Azhar's for cleaning your precious rugs!

It took 5 weeks to wash 2 small rugs and repair one. No communications. The persian rug is showing beautiful colors and has had its fringes nicely repaired but seems a little rough.

Really pleased with my experience using Azhar's. They were on time with pickup and delivery, and the guys were careful with the rugs and furniture. Rugs came back great, and the fringe repairs they made to my 100 year-old Chinese rug were spectacular. The only thing I didn't like was the stickers applied to the backs of the rugs, but at least then in a few years when they need another cleaning, I will remember who cleaned them, so not that big a big deal. Overall I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They do a pretty good job. But they kept my rugs 8 months. A horrible company. Do t send your rugs there. You are lucky if you get them back!! So now. They have been paid over 90% of the total bill. They want paid in full before they deliver the last 8 Rudd worth over 35.000.00. I owe them approximately 1200.00 They are holding my Rudd hostage !! They want paid before I look at the restoration they did on my rugs. I have offered to give them a check or credit card when they bring the rugs to my house and I can inspect them. To see if the job was good. But these idiots want me to pay the balance before I look at them. There is something fishy going on here. No Better Business account. Nothing. They have been paid over 10,000.00. And will not deliver my last 8 rugs without me paying in advance. I have never heard of such a thing. Watch out. Do not trust them. Any company that will not let you see if the work they have done, is satisfactory, before paying , there is something bad going on. I guess we are going the lawyer route. One note. Did you get to look at your new house, before you paid for it in full?? My point exactly. Don't trust them

I engaged Azhar's Oriental Rugs to clean several of my carpets. They were picked up on May 6th and were to be returned on May 13th. I asked them to hold them and return them on Monday the 20th as my husband was having surgery and wasn't sure of my availability. I didn't get the carpets back until May 27th after numerous phone calls requesting their return.When they were returned, I was quite dismayed to see they had shrunk my dining room rug, which was custom made, by 3 inches+ on one side and 3 1/2 inches + at the end, as well as stretching one end several inches out from the other end. When I called about this, Jose's answer was to just cut my rug pad to fit!!I pointed out that my custom $3300 Great room rug had numerous hills and valleys, seeming as if the rug was tied up before it was dry, as the underlayment of the rug clearly has indentations corresponding to the twine it was tied with.I called and sent them detailed pictures of these items and got no response. I called several times and would be put on hold then disconnected. Despite this, I continued to call and politely ask when they were sending someone out to assess the damage. My last contact was to be put on hold again and after 20 minutes I called on another line and was told he was busy.At this point, it is clear they have no intention of addressing this. BEWARE, $900 later I am left with 2 ruined rugs and Azhar's avoiding any responsibility for ruining my rugs!!!

The work in cleaning our silk Persian Oriental rugs was excellent!!! My one concerns was the lack of communication, once the work was completed. The guy I spoke with had told me that the rugs had been finished days earlier, yet nobody contacted us.When I called, to their credit, they were delivered two days later!!!I’d fully recommend Ahzars to anybody who has true quality rugs. The cost was expensive, but that’s common practice in this type of hand cleaning with care and attention to detail.Richard

In addition, my 1 runner rug had stains from “dog vomit” it was noticed and received a phone call if I would like special protection on the rug? It was extra charge BUT I appreciate the thoughtfulness and of course took that. So happy to find Azhar’s Services on internet.

I've had my oriental rugs for over 20 years and have used other services to clean them. Azhar's has been the ONLY company who has done the most fantastic job I've ever seen!! Oh my goodness.....the colors they brought out in my rugs!!! And they are soooooo soft!! The other services left them scratchy feeling. My rugs have never been softer!! Simply amazing. I give the 5 stars a million times over!! I will recommend Azhar's to EVERYONE!!!!! They are hands down the best anywhere!!!!

Great service. Great everything. This sticker they put on the back is a nightmare. They said use heat. Doesn’t work. Sticks to your expensive rug. It’s advertisement. Please stop doing this.

I was thrilled how perfectly they finished the cut edge. I would highly recommend their service. Azhar's did a great job repairing 2 of our 30+ year old braided rugs. The pick-up and delivery was great especially since they are located in Miami and we are in Palm Beach county. The rugs are clearn and repaired and look like new. In addition, I bought 2 rug pads which are far better than what I had been using.Very professional and curteous!

Azhar's was fantastic!!!! We had an emergency situation with our dog on our large wool area rug, nobody was willing to help quickly until I found Azhar's. They were INCREDIBLE, so willing to help us out, they came out to our house to pick up the rug, cleaned it (beautifully) and delivered and placed it back under the table for us. OMG iT LOOKS LIKE IT DID WHEN i PURCHASED IT. i HAVE HAD IT IN THE SAME PLACE SINCE THE DAY i BOUGHT IT 30 YEARS AGO. iT NEVER DID GET A WHOLE LOT OF TRAFFIC BUT IT MUST HAVE BEEN QUITE DIRTY BECAUSE THE COLORS ARE SO MUCH MORE VIVID NOW. THERE WERE A FEW SPOTS WHERE MY DOGS HAD ACCIDENTS BUT THEY ARE BARELY VISIBLE. THE YOUNG MEN THAT WORK FOR YOU ARE COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT.i GAVE THEM ANOTHER RUG THAT I SPOKE TO YOU ABBOUT. YOUR WORKERS TOLD ME THAT THIS RUG IS A PERSIAN RUG AS WELL. This is an excellent rug cleaning service. Our condo is located on the beach so we accumulate lots of sand that does not get completely picked up by the vacuum. The service picking up and delivering the rugs is helpful, and the delivery guys even put our rugs in place for us. The rugs look like new. I would recommend this service to anyone with large rugs or carpets to clean.

Really really great experience! I ordered a huge rug online at an auction and it showed up so filthy and dusty I didn’t even know what to do. I called Azhars and they picked it up immediately, cleaned it and even let me know it’s value was way more than I paid! Yay! Once it was ready, their team took out my old rug and replaced it with the new one which wasn’t an easy job (it was under our really heavy bed). From start to finish this was such a seamless great experience - I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Their website does a great job of showing the process your rug goes through - very impressive. I entrusted a very high-value 100% silk Persian rug to Azhar’s to remove a huge coffee (and milk) stain as well as clean the overall rug. They also repaired the silk fringe and the long edges which had some damage strong suction vacuuming. Lastly, my rug had some sun damage/fading which they also restored. It was a lot of work and they did a really beautiful job. I recommend them highly and would entrust them to take care of my high-value Persian rugs.
