After 2 days use the zip from the bag destroyed. After I go there to get my money back or to become a new bag back the won’t cooperate . The only thing is that they say to me the bring it to the manufacturer I spend more then 150 dollar for Uber for pick it up again from the shop they don’t come to me with a discount or a present for wasting my time and book my fly to another day but at the end they changed the zipper in the manufacture under a week . And make a good job to with change but it feels like you must bring it to the manufacture and have no rights to become your money back . The owners was friendly after a few days but all the drama for a bag . It feels weird.

So delighted with this shop! Many unique and well crafted things for puppies. I purchased a gift for a friend with a new puppy & a coat for the winter for my dog as well. The owners are wonderful, wishing them much success!!

I love this store so much! Came in and was greeted by two sweet young ladies. I was looking for beds because I have totally given up on Amazon beds due to tearing apart after washing , and these beds at this store are definitely worth the money! Already washed the bed 8 times and still intact and no flaws at all! Plus I know they’re super comfy because my two frenchies have not left that bed! The fabric is so soft and is dryer approved! Not to mention they have a amazing selection of pet toys! Worth every penny ;) will definitely be returning

This place should get zero star. The owner has a bad attitude to customers. Bad business model and bad return policy. Items are overpriced, break easily and non-durable. Think carefully before buying from this store.

Adorable store with a great selection and very helpful, kind employee at the register. Great if you need a last minute gift or immediate purchase for your favorite four legged friend.However, very overpriced. 3 toys were $54 and identical ones sold on Amazon for $21-$23 total.

Wow! What a beautiful little boutique! I’ve never seen anything like this.. everything is so authentic! My little chihuahua and I were walking the mall when we suddenly saw the cutest puppy store ever! They have everything here for my little pup and I got cute gifts for my best friends dog as well! Great quality and I love how all the shirts are there own designs! A young girl helped me get everything sized right and went above and beyond! I will be back very soon! Thank you guys😇

I recently got two french bulldog puppies. They are absolutely adorable. I wanted to purchase some nice outfits for them but I wanted a good quality item. I found Aventura Pups in the Aventura Mall. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the staff/owners were. I did not have the dogs with me so I showed them pics. They knew what size and also gave me some great tips on dog behavior. It turned out that they also had frenchies. I took the items home and of course washed them. Amazingly, unlike cheaper items I have bought for my other dogs, the quality showed through the washing. They still fit, looked beautiful and felt great. I was also so pleased at the great variety of styles and items they carry. It was worth the trip and they have made a lifelong customer and dog friend.

I love this puppy boutique and their offerings. I bought a high end travel bag/backpack and Italian harness and leash for my Pekingese. There are definitely items for every budget though. Lots of locally made products (beds, dog bows, etc). The owners are wonderful people. I spoke with Matt at length about my dog and he really took the time to offer me advice. I love the shop and I love supporting local businesses.

I was there last Friday to purchase a gift for a friend and the young lady working there was super helpful and so sweet!!! She suggested i get a blingy collar with a couple charms. She also gave me her business cards to give my friend for her next purchase. I love their inventory, everything was super cute!

Great products at very reasonable prices. The owners have been in this industry for many years and really know their merchandise. The store is immaculate and has a great touch of class. The staff is always helpful when I have questions. I have been going to this place for a number of years and plan on doing so for many more. They also have edible treats for my dog which he loves. First time I purchased at aventura pups was back in 2016 and I just keep coming back. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owners at the store and I have no complains, such nice, welcoming people.The boutique is filled with unique pieces😍 and during this pandemic i was able to purchase some toys for my dog through their website.If you want to support a family owned business i defitnetly recommend checking them out

The cutest novelty items for smaller sized dogs. There are some things for bigger dogs, but it seems more to cater to the small breeds. I bought my 2 little ones a few things, I couldn't help it, everything is so darn cute! (Little pricey though, so be prepared to pamper your pooch.)

Aventura pups is our favorite and only shop for apparel and collars. My 3 yr old cavapoo. Bella has multiple collars and leashes from here. We love the bling name collars. With customized charms and colors.We also have a leather Swarovski collar.Bella also sports several dresses . We love the variety and holiday special dresses. Always super friendly. Helpful staff. The owner is available to ship and order whatever we want!!!

All the products were super cute! I highly recommend going there if you have a French bulldog or any type of small pup. But you can even get treats for a big dog like a lab!

I am SO horrified and disappointed with the service at this booth!! Was looking around with my girlfriend and the woman working here made me feel unbearably uncomfortable. She circles her booth like a hawk like making it her mission to accuse someone of stealing. What an unpleasant experience! If you like people breathing down your neck as u shop and being harassed then this is the place for you. Me being younger than the rest of the families buying stuff there, she kept paying special attention to my girlfriend and I. Sorry but I would've bought more of your product than any family that was there! DISCRIMINATION! Do not recommend if you don't have a stroller and five thousand kids, cuz then she'll think you're stealing.
