For my son’s 6th Birthday he wanted a fish tank so we spotted this little local pet shop spot and took a chance. The owner Dago helped us every step of the way! They sell feed, fish, all kinds of birds! We are happy with the new additions to our family!

I can confirm I've seen the gentleman in the store be extremely disrespectful and cold towards his customers. I usually just get my birds food and go but I will no longer support an establishment that treats most of their customers in such a negative matter.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to visit, but the store is so close to where I am staying right now. I thought I would try- so I called and spoke to Dagoberto.(said he was the owner) Not sure if he really understands that shopping for pets should not be a negative experience. He has no clue how to run a business. He was rude and condescending to me on the phone, and would not give any product or pricing information. I do not understand how a guy like this can stay in business. I promise to never visit this store. I found a small pet store online that shares product and pricing information got what needed picked up curb side. Done and Done.....

I called to inquire about a particular bird and the owner basically brushed me off. When I told him I was looking for an African grey parrot he then replied people in Miami usually don’t want to pay the price for them so we ship them up north. Then rudely hung up, why be in the bird business and you can not answer any questions regarding birds to your customers. Just saying if you are expecting a nice owner this is not the place.

Started asking him prices on birds and he told me he was to busy and I was waisting his time and left to the back of store. I was the only one in the store. I am a business owner and would never treat anyone the way he treated me. I will never step foot in that store again. The one star I gave him is because google didn’t give me the option of zero stars. By the way this is the first review I have ever made. Terrible owner!!! The sad thing is I’ve purchased from him in the past.

Worst customer services ever! just went to buy some koi fish and i basically wasted my time! He had dead fishes inside the tanks dirty water could not even see the fishes clear! I asked him to help me get fishes to go up and see them! And he just said he was way too busy! There was basically no body else inside the store! If you can just go somewhere else this guys just made me loose my time plus bad attitude!! 🤡

My dad went here to buy some koi fish, when he took them home I noticed that the fish had scales missing and look in bad condition.Wish they have a phone number to call to see what I could do but nope they don’t have any active number. And to top it off they don’t take any cards. Only cash!But I will be going back Monday to see what they can do for me since I got 2 koi’s and I will not be mixing them with the healthy koiSave your time and go to the fish farm!

The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He will file your birds nails and clip their wings for free. Prices are very good and he has a wide selection of birds fish amd other animals.

My husband found this place while driving home from work. My daughter had been wanting a bird for the longest time. We ended up buying a baby Cockatiel and a baby Love bird! The prices are VERY reasonable - we even bought two cages. Bird food is $1.37 a lb.

i was waiting outside for 15 minutes while knocking and the owner was right in front of my face inside not opening the door, mind you this was 2 hours before closing time. he didn't even have the decency to open the door to say he decided to close early. no matter how low the prices are i would never give my money to people who are that disrespectful towards their customers.

This pet shop is a disappearing breed – it’s a small business - a “mom and pops”!! Dago, the owner, is very knowledge and just an all-round nice guy. I visit to see what tropical fish he has brought in. However, his specialty are birds – hand raise most of the time. When you walk in you will be song to by canaries – beautiful little birds with beautiful songs.If he doesn’t have it, he will order it for you – fish to birds and seeds to pallets he got it.Look, no more and come and visit this wonderful little treasure on Bird Road – you can’t miss it. Very bad customer service. Did not honor coupon because it was on my phone and not on a paper. Went to the back of the store to help an elderly couple and started talking bad about my situation with the other clients. Then ignored me and started helping clients that were in line behind me. Would not recommend him to anyone, will never buy turtles or fish from him again. Do not go to him.

I was in a hurry and i only wanted one thing I wasn’t there to look around or take his time the shop was opened but no one was around. I was about to leave and I go to the café that’s next door and his there emailing and talking to one of the workers there and I told him sir I need you so I can purchase an item. Without looking he just tells me come back later cause I’m at lunch and I was there for more then 45 minutes wasted for no reason his not fit to be a sales men. Especially in the animal industry.

I love his shop, very friendly easy to talk to, great price and is a great help on when I can't find a specific item he'll go out of his way to help me out. Come visit his store he's got everything you'd need if he doesn't then he can make an order for you!!!

This is my go to Pet Shop. It's a mom and pop type of store but the owner is very knowledgeable about animals. He has a wide variety of birds and small animals. Animal food is sold by the pound which is usually very fresh. I highly recommend this pet shop if you don't mind a crowded store.

The owner is Suuuper nice, and the prices are great! I have bought a lot of my pets there and they are super healthy. Check this place out before going to other pet shops to get your stuff. He has great prices and quality. 😊

Called this place to ask for care instructions on a red footed tortoise. Not only did he answer the phone unprofessionally but also told me to call the breeder I got them from and said bye and just hung up on me. Real professional place guys!

Terrible place to buy animals, smells horrible and depending on how you look is the price, if you ask for a receipt the owner gave to you but doesn’t say anything.owner is realyyyy rude.never ever go back
