Extremely disappointing. I have taken all of my dogs to ABBA for years. Recently I got a mini goldendoodle and have taken him 3 times. Today was awful. They up charged me $40, and told me they could not take my dog anymore because he is “too big” on top of that the cut was not at all what I asked and it is super choppy and uneven. If they could not handle the job they should not have take it.

I had been trying "famous" (and, expensive) grooming places for years. A friend recommended Abba and I started taking my dear and old Kenny to them. What a difference! I highly recommend them!!

I've been going to them for quite some time now and I've never had a complaint. I have two dogs, a shitzu and a terrier mix and they are amazing with my dogs. My dogs come back relaxed vs stressed like in other places I've taken them. They are also very inexpensive for what they do. Best place I've been to and even though I moved far away from them, I continue to go to them because they truly treat my dogs well and that makes me feel safe leaving them there. Hope this helps!

They are excellent with my Yorkie. I have been taking my dog, Buttercup, there for 5 years. They taught me how to comb my dog's hair so that it can grow long. I also leave my dog there every time we go on vacation. She loves them! I tried other places, but I prefer Abba. They are very gentle and I love how she looks when I pick her up. They have the most adorable little bows!

This place should be shut down for animal abuse and the owner should never work with animals or people again. I don't know where people that give 5 star review get their positive experience from. Im just curious. We brought out pet for first time, a King Charles Cavalier with beautiful hair and got a shaved dog that I even didn't recognize when I went to get her. My heart sinked when I saw her. When expressed my disappointment to the owner I was yelled at and maltreated, and then he yelled how awful my dog was. She is the most sweet and mellow Cavalier, couldn't believe what he was talking about.I rarely write reviews but the experience was so horrible that I wish this post can help someone. Don't follow all the 5 star reviews, its deceiving. Really bad place and awful owner!

I rescued my dog from a shelter at the age of 10, and I shared that with the owner. The two times I have left him I've asked them to please call as soon as he is done so that I may pick him up and limit the time he is in the cage. Well, I'm glad to say they have been extremely considerate and compassionate and they have done just that! There service, price and customer service are amazing!

Worst place ever! I gave 1 star but doesn't deserve even that. Brought my dog here and they cut all the hair up to the skin EVEN when I specifically told them NOT TO. When I asked the owner why they did it, he started yelling at me and being extremely rude. I had to leave because almost got assaulted. This person really needs help, there is no way to have that poor anger management skills if you are a business owner and messed up. I talked to other people and had the same experience. Do yourself a favor and DONT bring your puppy here!

This is an amazing place as soon as you enter you are greeted I have been taking my yorkie (Tito) since i got him he’s 3 now and he always has an amazing hair cut and smell also they give him a cute little bandana or bow tie he always leaves with a smile on his face I highly recommend taking your puppy here

I'm not one to write reviews, whether positive or negative, unless the service has been exceptional or unacceptable. The first time my daughter dropped off our Maltese at this shop she wasn't very convinced, she thought she noticed him a bit different afterwards. We didn't think too much of it since my parents are customers. This morning I dropped him off for the second time, and five hours later when my daughter picked him up she noticed they had cut his ear...it was so deep that when she got home it was still bleeding. I called the owner, Ivan, to see what had happened, and instead of accepting responsibility, providing a reasonable explanation and/or apologizing, he blamed the "many horrible knots on his head [translation]" (fyi, I brushed him out this morning and he had NO knots). My issues are, #1 that they didn't call us about the injury when it occurred, and #2 that when I call to discuss it he tried to wash his hands of it and turn the blame on us (even after I told him that Thor was not acting right, and that I was going to have a Vet take a look at the cut). Both Ivan and Alex's attitudes both disappointed me and turned me off completely. I will never take Thor to them again. One's genuine love for an animal comes through at all times...unfortunately this groomer showed no type of love or compassion when we spoke. I don't care how inexpensive they are, I'm not subjecting Thor to any type of maltreatment.

If there was an option for no stars they would get it. I have a chihuahua that on two occasions has developed rashes and balding after going here and they just completely shaved my golden retriever (shaved to the skin).After complaining about it the owner himself hung up on me. Their work is awful and they have no respect for clients nor animals. Never again.

Never again! I took my dog to this groomer because it was closer to the house I moved too. They left my dog with a huge gash on her belly. When I confronted the owner and the staff no one said anything. The owner then went on to tell me it was because of the condition I brought the dog in. Not sure what that meant. The owner proceeded to tell me “it’s just a dog” Lucy has been a member of my family for 10 years. I am completely disgusted with these people and how they treated my fur baby.

I hated the service provided.I asked for a hair cut for my golden retriever and they shaved her.I have never seen such poor customer service when asking for a refund. They kept saying sorry and just hung up on me.

Very bad service the owner was very rude when we went back to tell him that my dog still had fleas on him we paid for the DIP!!! And he still had a whole bunch of fleas!!! I was going to bring my other dog but not any more!!
