I go to this store because it's close and the prices are, well, it's Walmart so the prices are good. However the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. The store ridiculously changed the snake line type of line going to the self-serve registers to individual aisle lines. It definitely takes longer to get to registers and the lines extend into shopping causing a lot of congestion in the aisles. Last week, several of the self-serve lanes were closed while the other ailes had long lines. There are no signs indicating if the self-serve aisles take cash until you get up to the checkout register. If you want to pay cash it may only take credit and you have to start over on another aisle.. Pretty sure a lot of this is corporate but not all of it. Who the heck makes these decisions? Certainly not anyone who shops at this store. Also, I've been waiting for a call back from corporate customer service for over two weeks which was supposed to take three business days. I guess the poor customer service is trickle down.

This Walmart is by far the most poorly managed Walmart in south Florida. Imagine standing in line at the battery and tire center for almost 20 minutes with no acknowledgment only to see this older lady leisurely walk back to her register and have the audacity to come at me with an attitude and being very rude. And then telling me I will have a 3 hour wait before I can have one tire installed. Will definitely be making a complaint to corporate/hr. Nb. If this lady doesn’t like her job I’m sure there’s a lot of people that would be more than happy for the position.

Terrible service department .I spent half an hour in line to return the battery only to find out that I had to go to another department for a check. Moreover, when replacing, they do not ask for any checks.A new line of a dozen people had already lined up behind us. I explained to the young man- manager that I didn't have much time, but he just looked at me.Also, the quality of Ever Start batteries is getting worse and worse... before they worked for almost two years, now they worked for months, the last one is less than a month.

Great customer service at Walmart Rx in Sunrise, FL (University Drive and Oakland). Fabricio was the clerk at the register and he assisted in getting my mother the best discount for her prescription since she did not have insurance. Thank you.

This was a nice trip to Walmart. Associates were helpful, it was neat, and there were actual cashiers along with the self checkouts. We found a lot of things in the clearance areas plus everything we came for.

Every time I go for drive up orders it takes forever. Tonight I waited for an hour to get my stuff. The guy said he went in lunch, but there was someone bringing everyone else’s items out. I went inside for help and the manager was gone/no one was available to help. I called the number on the sign and kept getting a busy tone. I called every department in the store and received no answer. I couldn’t even just cancel my order, I could only say I was finished the items were received. I cannot believe this. Don’t do it to yourselves. I hate Walmart so much. Staff is always rude, rarely helpful. This place is the worst.

Recently installed about 40 self checkouts just to open 5. There’s never a managers to speak to. Only workers you see are the ones shopping for the online orders. Got to do better.

I’m originally from Sarasota so this is weird for me to say but I loved this Walmart.Local Walmarts are nasty and small. Staff is rude and disrespectful towards anyone. But this Walmart out of time made me change the whole perspective I had because of the other Walmarts I happened to have around while I was living there.Store is huge. Have several options of shopping that I didn’t even know Walmart was cool enough to have them. They had items that has been discontinued by the smaller chains.I found everything I needed- and I also needed to have assistance a couple of times and everybody was really respectful and kind towards me.I wish every Walmart was like this one store.

Was ok inside was little warm people were nice had masks on and practiced soc distancing shelfs were empty need supplies. Last time I wisited store was 2 years ago now I'm ordering delivery because do tu health broblem I'm not driving I have spend in less than 2 weeks 400.00 dollars on food. I could not believe what they send me I posted the pictures of the corn that was supposed to go in garbage not sending to my house I don't know who is shopping for food this is going to be my last time giving my money to Walmart and mistake I received baby carots instead regular carots some Asian grinery instead of celery it just to much and they lack in merchandise people just be on lookout

I try to avoid Walmart like a plague. But sometimes they are the best source. Waited like 40 minutes to pick up an item ordered from their. They do their pickups outside where you wait for their associates unlike other stores with a line like target and every other store in america your at the mercy of their answering a phone or responding to digital cue that you are outside and waiting. It's bananas

I'm disappointed with this Walmart. The last time, I visied (after 8:30pm), they had all the registers closed and only had the 2 self-check out lines open. #TheNERVE!! I stood in line for an hour to scan my own items, bag them and pay for them! I'm not an employee of Walmart! The most disgusting part about this visit is they had elderly customers standing in those same long lines. Some were on canes, and two or three in wherlchairs. This was unbelievable and unacceptable!!!!! I inquired "Why these registers were closed?" The response was "we do this every night" #TheNERVE! Employees were stocking selves, while ederly customers and others were standing in long lines and doing the job of an employee.I called and made an official complaint but the manager has NOT returned my call. Please DO NOT support this Walmart, until they show some respect for those that keep them employed!!! I give them two THUMBS DOWN for this awful customer services!There are other stores that shows better customer service than this!!!!!

It's Walmart, 20 registers with 5 cashier's and the long line at self checkout. Other than that good location, close to I 95 and 826 and parking is there. Walmart also has nails and eyeglasses center.

Very bad service in the workshop, the people who serve the customers always have a very rude face and treat them in bad way, as if they did not want to work, I had a very bad experience when going to buy 4 tires, in the end I could not buy them, they treated me poorly I hope the workers improve or change for ones who provide good service and want to work

The cheapest place in Florida. I only give it 1 star for their dishonesty & fake reviews. Good place to check random made in china poor products, but please do your self a favor and do not but any food/drink products & do not by bikes from there! Basically nothing that affect you health &/or life. Even if u wanna save money 💰 then save your medical bills & go buy food from a decent place! Unless u r ready to sue them for all kind of damages! I personally did a huge mistake and bought a bike from there, now i am useless; can't work or move be cause of accident i did the first time riding their defective bike. FYI no cars or anybody was in the street to cause the accident.
