I went in today and the produce looked...so good.. so good that while I looked for a bag, people kept asking about the kale in my hand!!The produce was very nicely priced. That section is very well organized. They always have nice prices in the weekly ad. If you need vegetables at a good price this is a good place to go.

Great place to shop and they are very good at taking precautions against Covid-19. The manager very politely asked if we had mask and offered us some because we did forget to get them out the car. All staff had on mask the correct way covering the nose this is one of the friendliest places I have visited since coming to Miami.

The employees in the seafood/meat are more pleasant than customer service. The customer service staff is very unprofessional. I went into the store to return something, they gave me a hard time and tried brushing me off. I then requested to speak with the Store Manager, they claim he was on break. The young lady Cheyan (however you spell her name) went in to see him and asked for the product I was trying to return. ***The fish I purchased was spoiled not even 3 days after purchasing it.*** Instead of the store manager coming out to meet with me (the customer) he sends the customer service representative out with a message for me. The customer service at this store is very poor and I don’t see myself shopping here in the near future. I called soon after and Cheyan told me the manager is on break and is unable to talk at the moment, that I can speak with the front end manager which is over customer service. I refused. I asked her what time the store manager would be available and she wouldn’t give me a time to speak with him. This store needs to be shut down because we can have a better food market that deserve our money in our neighborhood!

Low prices on some things, I think they can do better with their selection and who they cater to and what they offer. But if there is one thing that speaks about the type of store this is if you make a purchase over a certain amount at the fish and or meat section you have to pay for it first before they will clean or cut anything.and I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars worth of stuff just like 30 bucks and once you pay the manager will walk back with your receipt to the fish and or meat counter and then they will begin processing your order

Very good sales and weekly specials. Lots of Caribbean and Spanish products. Deli and hot food department. Customer service center for all your needs, lotto, money orders, cigarettes, pay a bill, send and receive money etc. Atm is on site. Huge seafood and meat department. Also Produce and freezer section. Plenty of free parking is available but you can't really see the store sign from the street because a big tree is blocking the sign. Very friendly and honest staff.

This place has good prices and a great selection of Caribbean items. If your looking for Authentic Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Peppers they usually have them at a very decent price. The fish section carrys fresh fish as well. The employees are friendly.

Had a horrible experience. The staff was very unpleasant after I tried to help another customer who was having problems paying for his groceries. The manager Sandy was not much better making the statement “he should be happy I didn’t call the police” to me after the customer left.

Idk what it is about these lesser known grocery stores, but I don't like it. Its very old looking on the inside compared to Walmart and Publix... I've shopped here a few times but it's not my preference. If they remodel it and keep the food updated then I'd be more inclined to come here. It's just to old school on the inside for me. Low budget. I don't like buying rice and pasta with freaking weevils in it. 🙄

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP. The manager and security guard attacked me over what I paid for. I will never spend money here again. I had to call the cops. I wish I could give no stars at all. This dirty store does not deserve to be open in our community. The only people that they actually acknowledge are Hispanics but yet the very people whose neighborhood you're in you barely say hello to when they walk on the store.

I was visiting. Miami Garden Florida and I stopped in this store. To purchase some avocados and plantains the price is was good. In fact, I got the avocados for a dollar. And at the time the Panthers was four for a dollar. So I thought that was a great deal. I'm from, Georgia. So it's kind of hard to get. Avocados So huge. And plantains at that price

Just go to Winn Dixie this place looks clean but on more then 3 occasion's I have given this place a chance and every time I go Its because the fruit and vegetables are cheaper that's all I go there for but There fruits are always old & spolied not fresh ...below are a bag of oranges i just brought only 2 orange's Where not spoil... I threw the whole bag away can't trust them I'm sorry I will not go here again

Cashiers constantly talked which prolonged the task of taking care of the customers. Then their store policy to siphon more money from customers is that you must spend $10 in order to use cash back services. I will not be doing any more business with this grocery store. My money has power and it will be respected.

The food court service was inviting. But as i went thru the cashier lane, you can hear upset customers complaining about no service at the meat department. In order for goods to be sold you have to have at least an employee servicing you. That should be business001 before the actual credible class.

How is it possible a supermarket that have "fresh" produce that are going rotten, the price gouging on the produce and other items. Some items look dusty, I'm guessing from sitting on the shelves for too long. It's just horrible and people actually shop there. I refuse to go back.

I usually only shop here for produce. I don't trust their meat. It can get pretty crowded too, depends on the time of day. Pretty clean and organized from what I've seen the hand full of times I've been there.

It’s not the first time this happens to me. This is like the third time that’s why I’m reporting this supermarket to the health department, food inspectors, senior health authorities and consumer court. This is unacceptable that you are selling food over a year and a half expired. I have proof of receipts and items. If you can’t keep the food updates then close and don’t do business.
