Worse experience of my life. Went to get my car checked who was not feeling well. The customer service is slow, then they allowed several pets before telling us they could not check out the cats condition as they were not capable of doing so. I wasted 30 minutes and cancelled an appointment with a different veterinarian due to this bad customer service. They promised no wait when the pet arrived when I called over the phone. These people need to get better at their customer service.

Killed my kitten. He was a happy vibrant kitten. Took him in because he hadn’t pooped. They gave him a dewormer & god knows what else! Because they don’t allow you to see what they are doing. Which should have been the first red flag!!! Immediately after the vet visit he stopped eating and then his breathing became labored he died in my arms!! Have fun @ rainbow bridge buddy.. The ABSOLUTE BEST. My grandfuries (Minnie and Mickey) have been going to this Animal Clinic for yearsssssss. We have tried all their services.....newest and .most recently was their boarding.....THE BOMB!!!! Definitely would take them back. I will NEVER change them. The staff are genuine, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. Keep shining Pet Parade. Love you all to pieces ❤️💯‼️

It’s been roughly 3 years that I have been frequenting this lovely clinic and can’t say enough amazing words about the staff members. They are top tier when it comes to customer service, showing compassion and being extremely educated and knowledgeable with how diagnose and treat your pet. Every time I have walked into this clinic, I am immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the two men at the front desk. The vet techs are calming, patient and loving with all of the animals.Their kindness is always appreciated, the doctor has a passion for what she does and it shows with the care she provides for my dog. If you are looking for a friendly and professional vet clinic, I suggest you start going to Pet Parade. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys and gals for all that you do!

The front and every other employee is very nice, friendly, warm, professional and willing to explain. But the vet is rude, and even micro chipped my dog with out putting the microchip in the needle so she had to do it twice ( and she does not tell you what she is doing other wise I would have let her know i did not want the microchip in the first place). Just a terrible people person.

I took my pet here because she was sick, she was to be put to sleep. Now my father had a conversation about the price and cost cost prior to me coming and I knew a little but not much. I brought my dog in, sign and did the whole procedure. And before leaving me and the person helping me assured me I would be getting a call about the ashes, that day or next Monday being a weekend. About a week and a half pass by and I took notice no one had call me, I call inquiring and I’m told that I did some kind of “mass” cremation and a private service would be ADDITIONAL 200$ out of 165$ I already paid for. Would never recommend, step foot in that store. Be aware.

I have been taking my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy. The staff is always so nice and they get excited every time they see my dog! They always play with him and groom him very well. When it comes to his health the vet is the BEST!!!! They know exactly what fabio (my dog) needs and it's so convenient to be able to get everything done in one place to him getting his meds, vitamins, groomed, a toy and treat!!! They make sure he has a treat and a scarf around his neck because they know how much he loves those scarfs. They are extremely personable even over the phone and ALWAYS willing to help!!!! I would totally recommend taking your pet here!!! 😀

I had the worst experience at this location. The owner of the business (which is not the vet) was rude, dismissive and condescending. I visited this location to have a new pet examination on June 6, 2014 and was advised by the vet that my pet was in good health, only to find out a week later that she was infected with worms.After sharing with him (The owner, Cliff) my puppy's history and lack of understanding how she'd gotten worms considering she'd hadn't been around other dogs since I've had her, nor did she have fleas (which the vet checked for during her initial exam), he became argumentative and dismissed me. He further went on to tell me that I should do research on my dog to educate myself if I wanted to know what's going on (which I indicated that I had and continue to do). After I questioned his attitude and advised him that I wouldn't tolerate his rudeness he said, "I'll be however I want to be towards you. I'm only trying to educate you (again he's not the vet) So, do you want the deworming or not." I ended up leaving and taking my puppy to another clinic (Kind Animal Hospital) to be dewormed.I've never received such poor quality customer service from an establishment in my life. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THEIR PET TO THIS PLACE. There are plenty of well qualified and customer-oriented establishments located in Miami, BUT this isn't one - unless you're looking to be disappointed.

where do I start ? We are so thankful with Pet Parade and staff, it felt like home and family. From the moment we walked in to every step we had to take they always had a smile and were happy to help and advice what was best for our little "Guccie". When we brought in "Guccie" the first day she wasn't feeling well at all and didn't look good either my heart was in pain just to see her like that but when we arrived to pet parade relief came and they just took control, The Dr. while doing her check up was so sweet and broke down everything and was so happy and patient to answer every question, and the love she would give our pet while examining her was just amazing.When we stepped out Guccie was already cheered up and looked 100%different from when we walked in.If there's one thing I can say so confident is that they care for our pets and all they want to see is see them feel better.THANKYOU PET PARADE YOU ARE FAMILY !!
