Nice place Family dollar in and out shop......................................... today customer services was excellent for 2 employees in the building ................................. missing organization but is great store for the neighbors........ . . ............. keeping going for better............. ........ cashier was very helpful and have a big line of customers... she was great 👍

This store is being run straight into the ground! The lines are ALWAYS super long, having ONE lane open, and the customer service is horrific!! No one in management wants to actually be a manager and the level of professionalism is a ZERO!!! Spent close to $100 in the store and when l realized several items were missing, I called the store to speak to the manager. I was told by the clerk that rang me up SEVERAL times that the Assistant Manager in charge refused to get on the phone or give their name. NO ONE in the store wears a name badge, which I know is part of your uniform. This store needs an entire new staff with better attitudes and knowledge of what quality customer care values should look like. Cause ***Newsflash*** THIS ain't it!!!

After purchase I counted my change and it 2 pennies short. Call it petty but I work for money even if it is 2 pennies I worked for them. I brought to the attention of the cashier at 10:30 A.M. she said we don't never have any pennies. Called the store no answer. How many people are y'all going to short and think it's ok? If you didn't have any pennies put a sign or Inform people so they can determine their payment methods or if they want to shop somewhere else and be respected. The demeanor was is if I was being brushed off for their lack of money management. What are they doing with the extra change?

I am a regular my neighborhood store, for months now this location has NO shopping carts on wheels! The staff shared that customers have rolled them off property so now the store has no carts on wheels. Only in "our" neighborhoods!🤦🏽🤦🏽 I guess Family Dollar has to become the bad guy and attach the extended pole so that the carts don't go outside the door. 🤦🏽🤦🏽Great staff always!

Leave us students at the door like we’re prisoners. We’re regular customers too that come in every day and spend money to support your store but you treat us like trash. The ones stealing from your store is grown men as you obviously post up so have them wait by the door as you do us. But no y’all don’t do that and family dollar is going to keep losing customers> money > business.
