I am a loyal Walgreens customer. I will literally go out of my way to go to a Walgreens over their competitors as I am an investor in WBA. That being said this is by a wide margin the worst Walgreens I have had the displeasure of going to ever. One or two times I figured perhaps a fluke but indeed after numerous visits to this location I can assure you the standard here is so sub par I will drive farther away and still make it home quicker than coming here. The lines are pretty much always between 7-15 people deep no matter what time of day. The people that work there are all glazed over and the look of defeat permeates straight to management. It is almost always just this one little poor old lady working the counter and bless her soul but she is clearly burnt out and pretty slow. Just recently I was in there and of course it's just the little old lady behind the counter and a line of around 12 people. While we are waiting on line I am looking around to see if any help is coming or what. I see what appears to be the manager having a super involved conversation with a couple that needed passport photos. This conversation was about where to get a passport, what they need to bring to get a passport where they can travel with the passport, what's the best way to expedite the passport and then I kid you not started talking about travel plans and where they intended to go. All of this while there is a ever growing line of people and just our blessed little old lady ringing up people at her own pace. When I reached the front of the line after at least 15-20 minutes the manager is finally ready to start taking their passport photos. Seems like some sort of light went off in her head and she decides to pause and walk up to the counter... Not to help with check out but to inform the older lady that she is super busy and so sorry for keeping her alone up front and she will be back as soon as she is done. The entire line of people were staring daggers at the manager and the employee had a look same as us like are you serious. Sincerely hope corporate reads this and does some inquiries as to the incompetence of management here. Wildly disappointing and highly frustrating. Walgreens has not lost a customer but this location has lost me. Do better and perhaps just a smidgen of awareness.

If I could give less I ABSOLUTELY would. We live very close and come to the liquor store very often and just now the man working the counter refused my boyfriend and I alcohol understandably due to one of us not having our ID. Upon coming back with BOTH OF OUR ID’s ready we checked out the man slammed the receipt in our bag and after that my boyfriend says “It’s not that serious” the guy follows us outside screaming and cussing at us saying he is not from America and that we show ID and let’s see what happens next time. And that we look like losers. ABSOLUTELY SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING. There was a lady outside walking her dog and stopped and watched him screaming because of how erratic he was being. We called the manager and he said he would just talk to him about it. The man’s name was Ernesto. Has been working there for a year and only works the morning shifts normally. This has never happened to us here and even though we live so close and tend to buy from here frequently that will no longer be the case. Just because of how unprofessional this man was to follow us outside due to us actually coming back with our ID’s and buying alcohol after he was very refusing and rude. WHAT TYPE OF STANDARD AND PEOPLE DO WALGREENS HIRE NOWADAYS???!!!! Be careful people.

Pharmacist Mr. Luis treated me so kind and was so helpful.Last time I was there I was treated like a peasant.Lady raising her voice very disrespectful.The manager was just as bad as her.At least they have one excellent humanitarian and professional Pharmacist.District manager do you ever read the reviews?WOW! Pharmacy reviewThis pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and rude. The pharmacy of (woman) is always late, I tend to pick up at opening. She is not only unfriendly but rude and a mute. She will completely ignore questions and acts irritated and tired. She honestly acts like she’s on drugs. I don’t feel safe getting my families medications from her so we’ve taken our business elsewhere.

The manager is a real as***l - he was standing outside threatening to tow my car because i use the parking lot since there are not so much parking available in the area. i have been a customer at this Wallgreen until now, buying there almost 3 times a week or more, we will never use the store or the parking lot again.This is not a way to treat the people living in the neighborhood!!!

Understaffed, overpriced, unprofessional rude staff. They tried to cop an attitude with me for paying for the one item I had at the only available register. Two of them told me I'm not next in line at the long line building up at the front. Do you think I'm blind or just stupid? I'm just trying to pay for my soda and wanted to get in line where there is a cashier, I don't need your attitude problem. Left without the soda, which was warm and overpriced to start. Brought my business to a local store instead. Last time I went here they were just standing in my way talking to each other like I didn't exist. What's the point of a convenience store if you're going to waste my time and be rude on top?

As a customer of Walgreens for more than a decade, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience at this location. I had seen a buy one get one free on the Walgreens app so when I went in the store they only had one of the items typically the regular manager just discounts it by 50%. Unfortunately he wasn’t there and another assistant stated that discounts were at his discretion and he was not gonna extend that discount. I explained what the regular manager would do, and begrudgingly he said that I could find something else for less price and would give me that off. The discount would’ve been $31 so I found an item about half of the amount of the discount. At that time the assistant manager Ray said I can give you that amount off approximately $15 when I got to the register I had one other item that was only a couple of dollars and because Ray had such a difficult time explaining to the cashier his process and many people were in the line behind I didn’t realize that they never gave me the discount as he stated it was for the far less expensive item. At this point I am moving my prescriptions and business to either CVS or Publix pharmacy. Disappointing experience to a long-term customer

Expensive prices and terrible beer selection. They have around 6 different beers but in every sort of arrangement possible. It’s really weird.also asking people with gray hair for ID’s is nonsense.Update - I got a prescription here once. They call me every day with an automated system telling me to get a refill which I don't want. You can't call them to remove it etc. Updated again - I spoke to a pharmacist and she was outstanding she fixed the spam autodialer. She gets a 12/10 the rest of this place gets a -1.

Really bad service and staff in general with out any interest to help customers. I had a really bad experience with pharmacy staff. I don't know if he was the manager but after I was waiting for 15 minutes and this young guy was walking around the store and then he is going inside pharmacy to make conversation with the cashier. When i ask if he can help me he said NO, with his face , he didn't look at me and he was continuing chattering with cashier. I was very upset and he knew , but he didn't ask , he didn't care. It is sad when people working for the people and in this important position don't care about their job, don't care about other people needs. What ever is your name, if you don't like your job, please go to another please but don't ruin peoples life.

Online order with pick up in store is a Walgreens process that is completely screwed. When it goes wrong no one at store or corporate is willing to take responsibility to assist the customer. This was my experience. I went to pick up my prepaid order at the store and the item was given to me by the cashier. Just as I was about to leave the store the cashier asked me to hand her the item and I did. Then she states that walgreens computer had cancelled my order due to failure to pick up within 3 days even though I was standing there with the item in my hand within 3 days of placing the order. The store manager on duty stated it’s totally controlled by their computer. Nothing any human can do except wait for a refund to be issued in next 5-7 days. It’s more than 30 days and no refund received. Calls to corporate and they blame the store. Calls to store manager unanswered not available to take calls. Latest: an assistant store manager told me I have to physically be present in the store now in order to obtain a refund. Wow. Crazy!!!

I wanted to put down no stars for customer service. Poor selection of beer. They wanted ID for all people in the group (40+ ages) for buying beer, rather than just the purchaser's ID. Ignorance at it's best. This store is running itself to the ground by management while giving customers a miserable experience. Never going to this Walgreens again.

The assistant manager was so desperate to prove me wrong.Walgreens is my first choice to print photos, posters and customized albums.I made a special image to give to a special someone in a photo frame. I arrived to get the photo after the "estimated" ready time because I never got an email stating that my order was ready to be picked up. I went straight to the photo counter. I pressed the help button and it went off for a while, so I decided to walk around and see if I could find a staff member. I found a very friendly lady that went to get my photos with me. When I got the photos I noticed the size was off. I pointed that out and she went to ask someone about it. She came back and said that that was the way they came out and that was the size I had ordered. She asked if I wanted to get the white part off. I said to her yes, but that it was weird that they had come out that way.I knew that the image I had sent to print was 5"x7"The assistant manager came to tell me the same thing "they came out is the size you ordered."I said to him that they looked longer than 7", he then went with me to show me how the size was right by measuring it. The photo was 5" x 8" and then he just did a nervous laugh and said but if you had ordered 5"x7" it would fit this frame, he started touching the photos and he was going to put it inside the frame. It is like he was so desperate to prove me wrong. I told him to stop because he was damaging the photos and to just let me pay.Then, I went around to get more things that I wanted to purchase. By the time I went to checkout, there was a lady that was taking very long to checkout people. The lady that had originally helped me with the photos opened up another line and things went faster, she is a great staff member.I took the photos home and cut them myself, which wasn't a big deal, but the way the assistant manager treated me was so bad.

Over 50 years going to Walgreens.I'll try my best to never go again.Walgreens on Normandy Pharmacy and Manager were rude dismissive and could not answer one simple question.Just had surgery and living with a ostomy bag.Doctor prescribes Imodium and Metamucil.I can't use Walgreens Simple Care discount because the pharmacy doesn't carry it or disburse those meds because they're sold over the counter.According to them I can't use Simple Care Walgreens at the regular register.So why does Walgreens and Simple Care have this code and Walgreens is offering it?Why?

Everything is wrong with these folks. They were always difficult but after a minor operation they were "too busy" to fill the pain prescription and told my wife to come back the next day. Transferred everything to Publix on Harding. Much better.

Too bad I can’t give a 0 for customer service. The Latin male attending the liquor store is an arrogant ignorant with no education. His attitude is always nasty. I hope one day Walgreens realizes that people like this guy is bad for business. No class. ✅👎👎

I was there to drop off a package for FedEx at 8 am the manager was living the store at that time.I return an hour later at 9 am I went back to pick up my package because it had the wrong address level and they did not want return the package back to me i was looking for the manager and had no yet return to the store so I had to. Take my package by force after arguing with a very rude Brazilian employee who constantly threatened me.I left quickly and bent my ankle so I am going to the doctor and see my lawyer,, terrible store

Trying to understand why, as a provider, I’m on hold for 15+mins. Patients shouldn’t be mad at us if we can’t call in their prescriptions on time. It’s pretty much the fault of the pharmacy for picking up and then putting us back on hold and then hanging up on us

Been insulted by a cuban cashier at the liquor store, complained over 4 times with management (David) and begged them to look at Cameras but they just won't.This place keeps getting worse and worseCan it get any lower? I wont be the one finding out next time.

The review is only for the pharmacy staff at the cvs! The pharmacist Luis Ramos is unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. He clearly doesn’t like what he’s doing and shouldn’t be interacting with any patients or clients, he should be just working behind a computer and preparing the orders or change a career. He clearly can’t interact with anyone with that horrible attitude and unprofessionalism. I can’t believe that in pharmacy school you only learn about medication and nothing about compassion, empathy and how to interact with patients and people who need ur assistance especially im their hardest times when essential medications are needed for whatever reason.

Most incompetent Walgreens. Expect a ridiculously long line at all times. They said they couldn’t return an item because I didn’t buy it at THAT Walgreens, even though I certainly did and they were super rude to me about it. Even made puffing noises.

I'm glad I have this Walgreens close to home, it's extremely convenient, and the staff is friendly, especially Jean, the manager, who's sincerely committed with the customers and community. Pharmacy is the worst ever been. Several times they treat me very poorely they treat you that they are doing you a favor. The orders placed they always have delays sometimes more than 7 days and nobody follows up. Also indtead of giving me the prescription ordered they gave only one of the drugs that mybdoctor prescribed in other ocation.

NO MASK !!! Manager on duty at night on Monday May 25th did not have a mask on, when I challenged her to wear her mask, she said she can’t breathe with the mask and she didn’t want to die, I asked for the manager and she said “ Am the Manager and can Do What I Want. Then walked away, she came back a second time to repeat the same statement, I snapped a picture of her and she ran to the office. 9pm check the câmaras.

Very nice Walgreens better be bi lingual here it helps. Open to midnight and typical store prices,stock and services. But the coolest thing is the rooftop parking and elebator into the store from the roof!!! Brought the kid out in me! Made my day

I love the employee there .. we talk about makeup eyebrows ... What's on sale... They let me know when it's a good deal or sell if I miss it ... And the red light skin manager is cute 😉😉😉😉......
