Don’t go here, go to cvs across the street. Only advantage is that this location is 24/7.Half the aisles are empty and the refrigerators with drinks at the back are those with displays that don’t show you stock levels but rather obtrusive ads that waste your time.

It's okay; it's a supermarket, with a bit of dedicated parking out back. Till staff were helpful, and asked if we're Australian?(We're English btw!) Walgreens do a good range of products, and have good opening hours.

The pharmacy is the worst. The lines are always long and they are inefficient. I had a scheduled vaccination yesterday. I showed up waited 30 mins in line then was told they were too busy to give me the shot even with an appointment. Meanwhile they didn't take down the vaccination appointments for the day

I wanted to buy the vitamins I needed. The pharmacy employee did not help me do this. I’m a tourist, I don’t know English well, I showed a photo of a vitamin, the employee’s answer was “look for it yourself”

Extra rude, employee told me to F off when I was going out off store on exit door and she was trying to go in on a same exit door, when I asked her does she know what she is doing she told me that she works there and I need to move. That prices go in from oposite direction. Will attache picture from back and will contact walgreens costumer service for this matter.

It has been a while since the last time I stopped by this location and I was saddened to see the declining of this place. It looked dirty, no employees available to assist. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to pick up some pictures. It has seen better days…

Pack your patience at the checkout. Best time for shopping is early in the day, mornings. Employees working the late shift are rude, impolite and have major attitude. Long lines at checkout during late afternoon and evening shift. Most employees don't speak a lick of English so all kinds of confusion will delay the sales transaction. This is Miami reality.

if i could give zero stars i could for my experience today. 03/15/2023 around 7:50 pm. there was nobody in the apple products department so i go to the only cashier in the store. i politely ask him if he could help me and he immediately rolls his eyes and says “there’s three buttons right there obviously”. i go back , there’s no buttons. i go back to him. ask him for help. he completely ignores me. he looks like he’s having his bad day so i ask NICELY again if he could help me. he mutters something foul under his breath and i’m forced to snap at him. the manager didn’t seem to care either. i work retail, i get it. but don’t unleash your problems on paying customers because of YOUR stress and poor management. no wonder this place gets such bad reviews

I don't even want to give one star, This experience was horrible, Absolutely horrible. I order this item, the location said it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. This was at 12pm, at 7pm it still had not been process and ready for pickup. I ended up calling the customer service to cancel the order at 8pm since the store also doesn't answer the phone. I ended up going to the store later that night to just go and buy the fan. The associate working said they have been out of stock. This upset me because it allowed me to order it based on the inventory at the location. When I asked the associate to please check the back, she refused and said its not in stock. I questioned her why the website would say it's stocked at the location and she said that the website is mostly wrong and inaccurate. The other two employees spoke no english very rude and looked like they rolled out of bed. The customer service at this location is like going to the DMV. The location is also not clean and looks sloppy which is sad because it's in a historic art deco building. I went to CVS next door and found the Item instead.

Everything you could want in a drugstore but they can be short staffed at times and cashiers can be slow, hence long lines.They seem to have improved on this on my last visit and hopefully it wasn't a one-off.

I only review bad and awesome experiences. Walgreens should be fateful to have a pharmacist named Boris after searching at 10 stores who ignored me and said they were out of a controlled substance he reviewed my records and explained clearly and directly that I can call him. He can’t imagine searching around. God bless people that go out of their way. #blessings. Walgreens is lucky to have some stand out employees that should be recognized.

Dirty, high prices (probably due to tvs instead of doors for the fridges) rude staff, Long lines. Old man didn't thank me, they were hustling everyone for "sick kids.." if I want to get panhandled I can go outside and talk to the bums. Should fire everyone and get self serve lanes. I'll just go to publix from now on

To call the staff slow is an understatement. One person at the customer contact point, she doesn’t look too healthy, checking her phone every few minutes doesn’t help either. One other lady was super rude and spoke zero English.More time wasted in making me fill out forms i already had filled out online when scheduling the appointment. A mess in dire need of a manager

Horrible experience there. I went to return shoes I purchased for my husband that he could not fit, 3 hours after purchasing them. The manager there refused to give me the full price for the shoes that I purchased. First my husband went into the store she gave him a gift card and only have of what I paid. I went in the store after he received a gift card for $9.99 for shoes that where $19.99 the manager informed me that when "people comes in there she goes by how people look this is how she knows how to handle them he looked like good people so she gave him 1/2 back but if he would have looked different she would not have gave him anything. " after I gave her the receipt she still wouldn't give me what I paid for the shoes.

They never answer the phone and when they do, they say “ hold please” without letting the person on the the other side of the line to even say anything. That is really frustrating.After 40min on hold, they took my call, asked what I need, I told them, then they put me on hold for another 40 min and never came back to my call again, and the call dropped.I had to drive to the store to be take care of. Their excuse was that hat they are a busy store. That is not an excuse to their lack of communication when putting on hold or their incompetence and rudeness. If they are genuinely busy, they should communicate that to the customers and ask to call at a later time, or go to the store in person. That is called respect for the other person.I wish these horrible reviews are read at their corporate office.

I have ordered photos twice from here and the 1st time their computers were not working and only one of my photos were printed, had me there for an hour trying to stall and figure out what to do about the second one until I spoke up and they charged me any price for the other. And today, they have the same issue, I had to call out of curiosity and all they told me was that I had to send my order to another walgreens. Why isn't there a way to not allow photos to be sent if they do not have access to print them. This place is horrible. Nothing ever gets done correctly. Please have your photos printed elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would the pharmacist says they don’t have a manager and lead you on saying they will have your medication when they have no Boss or anyone in charge so they do as they please. When it comes to peoples medication it should be taken a bit more seriously.

The Prices are Perpetually Wrong. One price at the shelf, a higher price at the register. The cashiers hav a bad attitude about fixing the stores incompetence (or dishonesty). Both these make this store a continual threat for an extremely unpleasant shopping experience. Happens all the time. Poor Management. Terrible.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only did I wait on hold for 40 minutes, I drove there while on hold to find the pharmacy tech just sitting on the stool while the phone rang (on low) of course. Then she lied to me and said she couldn’t call my pharmacy to get my medicine. Take the walk right next door to CVS!! They were amazing!

Great store and great staff!BUT CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT OF CIGARETTES!! Not only me but other customers and employees saying they don’t know what’s going on with cigarettes , every time they get an order they run out within 2 days of the most popular brands , I asked to ask the manager to place bigger orders but never happened .

Getting through to the pharmacy is a nightmare. It takes in average 7 minutes to get the call answered and more then once I got automatically disconnected.The rest is ok.

Horrible service. Online, on the phone, Google: all day 24hours and when i get there, they have the doors locked and didn't let anyone in. This place has gotten worse in the last 3 years. So sad because i would frequent this store.

Worst Walgreens ever. 15 min waiting for someone at photo service for pick up an order, Employee does not have any sense of customer services. I had to make a phone call to the store while I was in the store to know about my order and they still put me in wait line on phone , they told me (give me 1 second ) and put me in wait for 10 min. Until one employee realize that I have been waiting , so I ask him about the photo pick up and finally I had it.Very bad customer service senseNo sense of urgency or priority

I don’t understand how they can just have milk sitting in the “fridge” at room temperature. I’m tired of purchasing spoiled milk from this place. I mentioned it to an employee and he just started at me. They probably just leave the milk there until the fridge works since the dates aren’t expired. They should be shut down, this is dangerous!

They have horrible phone etiquette. I had to call 7 different times because the cashier kept hanging up on me. When she would answers tell me to hold & wouldn’t even put me ON HOLD. I just needed someone to help me with an online order but I had to sit there awkwardly listening to someone continuously coughing & making unprofessional side comments. Again thats if I even managed to get someone. Only person to speak to me like a human being & actually help me was an “Andy”. Big thank you to him because I wouldve driven over & fought that someone, SMH.

Very rude young lady, now, friday 12th 5:30pm at cashier, she yelled at me. I m 51 years old, latino,. She sent me to spoke with the next person in line, cause I forgot to buy cigarrettes when bought a wine, and realized while going out, came back... 20 seconds later at most... so, the next person didn't mind and she interrupted from the desk and yelled: "Sir, you have to go the end of the line then." Felt so bad that I left "cause I felt ashamed. Almost cry...and that person

Slow service. Like super slow. Only a couple of customers yet waiting in line took aprox. 15 minutes. The next day the same. This is a retail shop but lot of products available only in bulk.
