It is very useful and convince store. We buy here sunburn protect and extra large bundes. And here you can buy some food in small cafe near the enter. Sushi was very delicious. I relly recommend this nice place.

There are several Walgreens locations along Collins Avenue. This one on a corner of 17th and Collins. It has genetic set of goods ( skin care, sunblock, grocery & wine sections, beauty and so on). Clean, bright, with pretty fast service. Does have a security and all precautions against COVID-19. Please note that wine section open until 8PM (October 2020).

I feel that I was being profiled in this store, which was embarrassing in front of my children. I proceeded to purchase some snacks for my children and wine. 2 cashiers (one identified herself as a manager) didn’t seem eager to speak up and assert themselves to ask for the next in line. As a matter of fact, I waited nicely with heavy items because they were chatting. After ringing the items she sees me with 3 minors, one was my nanny. The cashier insisted on carding both me and my nanny, who clearly wasn’t making any purchases. I made it clear that I was the only adult and responsible party. The clerk continued to point to the sign I’m providing and refused to read it herself. I don’t think that she could read and she definitely doesn’t understand what was written. At this point, the line is long and she is was refusing to ring my items. She began to get the women that said she was a manager involved. Eventually , they decided to let it go. Stores need to start addressing these matters and apologizing to patrons when necessary . The staff has to be better trained to handle matters of this sort. Please be careful in this store, if this continues they will have a very serious legal problem on their hands.

If you are looking for a supermarket or to buy some souvenirs, this is a great place to shop. Prices for souvenirs here are cheaper than the souvenir shops nearby. On the corner, Walgreens was pretty empty. There were automatic doors and wider aisles. They seel almost all essentials here.

Take your business elsewhere! The associates and management team are completely incompetent, unprofessional and have no sense of customer service. They have absolutely no ability to communicate effectively and the store manager, Guillermo, should ultimately be responsible for his lack of management and involvement in the store issues.We used their photo machine to produce an instant photo magnet, and after paying for the item, was informed it would be delivered to the store a week later. What's worst is that an associate assisted us with the process and soon after, joked with another associate in Spanish that she had no idea how to use the machine. Sadly for her, we understood and listened to the whole conversation. They told us they didn't have the capacity to produce these items, even though they do nothing to warn customers PRIOR to their purchase.We waited the week as informed and upon following up with the store, was told by another manager that the photo could take up to a month to be completed and delivered. After detailing to him our previous experience, he reassured us he would follow up with us when the item arrived.Three weeks passed, and we finally get a phone call from the store manager, Guillermo. He asked for us to return his call, and the following day, when we called to speak with him, we were informed by a female manager in the afternoon that he was gone for the day but to contact him the following morning.We called the following morning and to our surprise, was informed by another manager, Omar, that he was in fact out of town.Needless to say, the entire experience was handled terribly and never was an effort made to rectify the situation. The lack of care exhibited by the management team and associates at this store was enough for me to NEVER return to this store until change is made. Mind you, I've been a resident across the street for decades!I strongly encourage any potential customers to take your business down the road!!! There is a CVS just a one-minute walk west of this store, on the same road, which should suffice for all your needs.Should you ever need assistance or expect anything positive to result from speaking with a manager, I will tell you now, you should set your standard very LOW as they obviously do not care about their jobs nor customers.

Perfect place to buy some souvenirs that aren’t overpriced. Might be 2-3 times cheaper than any other souvenir shops on Collins Avenue. Worth visiting

Excellent passport photo and customer service. I went to several stores in that area including a nearby CVS store as I urgently needed a photo for a visa application. While CVS utterly disappointed me (slow service, impolite and inflexible to adjust the size of the photo I required), Melany A. at this Walgreens store went above and beyond to make it happen. Well done.

I love this pharmacy, its on great location in South beach and I go often to their liquor store. They have an amazing variety of liquor and their employee Dillon is always very helpful and kind. Great customer service!

Lovely staff. I was in line today and a woman working in the beauty area pulled me and took me to a payment till seeing I had only hair products and some candy. She was very nice and friendly. It always makes a difference when you find people like that, specially in places that get very crowded. I appreciate it. Sadly I don’t remember her name.

Very good convenient store close to hotels. You can buy any beverage and snacks at low cost vs paying in the surrounding hotels. Friendly staff and 24 hours open

Cashier was the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with. She forcefully dumped our items out onto the counter to scan. She did not answer my questions about payment. She had to cancel our transaction because she forgot to scan an item, without telling me. So again, did not answer my question about it charging my card twice .

The store was fine but the public restroom was one of the nastiest I've seen in awhile. You'd think a drugstore could stock a bathroom with soap or sanitizer or paper towles, but none of those existed. Definitely didn't smell good either. Took my impression of the store way down. Gross. 😮

I couldn’t buy anything because I don’t wear mask. There is no place anywhere around that sells mask including this store. Amazing new policy! The chain that rejects the service in the tough times like this deserves nothing but to be lifetime ignored

I want to highlight an employee who was working as a cashier a few nights ago. Her name is Klinique (I’m sorry if I misspelled), and she was outstanding and professional. Overall, employees at this branch are great but Klinique was awesome. She help me a lot with my card, my rewards and other details. This is the kind of employee we need: people with real service attitude, nice approach and friendly contact. Thank you Klinique!!

This particular Walgreens is my favorite. It has very friendly and knowledgeable associates. The pharmacy staff go out of their way to help and treat you with respect and concern. Its ailes are organized and filled with great items. Bonus- it has organic cafe and the best👍💯 sushi counter stocked by chef Sue. ENJOY

We needed a passport picture for our baby and stopped by Walgreens at 14th which was ideal as we were close by the post office but we were told by the manager that they did not do passport pictures even though my husband did his there a couple weeks before. We honestly felt it was just pure laziness on their part so we then walked with our baby up to this Walgreens on Lincoln road and we could have not asked for a better service. Evelin took care of us right away and was so nice and patient with our baby. It took several tries to get the pic but she was so gracious and took her time to get the right one.Thank you Evelin!!!! Walgreens is very lucky to have you.

I live across the street and frequently bought wine and beer from their liquor store. NEVER again; I am 53 years old, besides being a frequent customer, and was asked for ID when picking up a 6-pack. Management should really figure out their 'rules' and the cost in lost revenue. There are 2 liquor stores around the corner, which will get my business from now on! Pity.

The manager Joe is rude and doesn't understand how to understand customers. After spending 30.00 not including alot of monthly prescriptions. I asked to use the bathroom at the Lincoln ave Miami beach location and was told the bathroom was closed because they were short staffed. When I challenged there reasons I was told to go next store to the liquor store and the cashier would call and then the clerk know that I needed to use the bathroom. When I arrived next store I was told no and then the store manager was called and Joe told me I could not go back in the store to use the restroom even after I told him I don't want to go back in the store i just want to use the bathroom in the main store. His response again was I can't let you use the bathroom. If I spending money in a public place i should be able to use the public restroom. I'm a loyal customer and I'm so disappointed in the Walgreens service I received today.

Cashiers aren't friendly, not helpful answering simple questions. For instant where to locate a certain item in their store. This Walgreens seems to be more expensive than most. Peharps because of the South Beach Area.

My boyfriend and I are young working professionals who were enjoying a birthday celebration in Miami. When my boyfriend went into the liquor section he was immediately followed by the unprofessional, rude and despicable clerk. He ignored her but when he took his items to the register to pay, she became increasingly afraid as if my boyfriend was going to hurt her. It is so sad that no matter how hard you work or what you have achieved in life, that just because of the color of your skin, you will still be treated in such a racist and biased fashion. Miami is one of our favorite cities but we will not be returning to this walgreens. There are so many other places to purchase things. Simply sickening
