Your regular Walgreens, was super happy though that this place was with in walking distance to Fontainebleau because there really isn't that much around and I needed a few things. The service was alright but pretty slow because it really wasn't busy during my visit but did take me a while to get out of the store... They did have what I was looking for thankfully though. 😅

This Walgreen's lost my medication, and they refuse to take responsibility and replace it. They said they talked to the driver, and he said that he delivered it, but he did not. They then insisted I have my building review our camera footage, which they did, and it showed the medicine was not delivered, and the manager who was on duty when they said it was delivered also confirmed that it was never received. Instead of making me go on this wild goose chase and investigate that the driver was lying, and it was never delivered, or he stole it, they should just replace the medication for me. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Medications should be handled better than this,

This location believes lying to customers and being nasty to them is customer service. Such incompetent human beings should have absolutely no involvement and dispensing medication. I’ve been waiting for my medication for three days from these people.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Been trying to get the same prescription for over two weeks now. They keep canceling it and re-ordering and then having me get it rewritten. Definitely the last time I’ll ever deal with this pharmacy.

👎🏼 BAD SERVICE from the employees. They sell photo service when you attend the establishment, the employees don't know about the service, they ask you to download the app that they don't know how to use either. You lost time and mistreatment by this employee. I'm going to another establishment.

Gave them my Rx four days ago. They tell me each day that it will be ready in the afternoon and each day they say it’s not ready, try later in the day. I will never use them again!

Too much clutter in the aisles. Aside from the fact that aisles were a lot smaller than the other Walgreens stores I have been to, lots of empty stocking carts were left abandoned along the aisles. A lot of the aisles were labeled wrong making it more difficult to find the items I needed to buy.

The store itself is great, the pharmacy on the other hand, is completely unprofessional and just blatantly rude. I recently moved to Miami for medical school and live within walking distance to this location. I’ve had the same prescription filled by the same doctor for years, I’ve been taking said prescription my whole life and have never had an issue getting it filled. The managing pharmacist told me a made up new law was made the week prior, and refused to fill my prescription and then put a block on my file to not fill it. I checked with law enforcement and they informed me that there was no said law. She discriminated against me, not sure if it was my tattoos or my age, she wouldn’t tell me why she was refusing to fill it besides the made up law, but I’ll never use this pharmacy again or give them a dime of my money. I normally wouldn’t put in a complaint but I explained to her there was no way to correct the issue she said I had (the made up law) before my health insurance expired, and was willing to provide proof of everything. Another Walgreens will be filling my prescription now at full price. I hope she sees and reads this, she’ll know exactly who I am, and knows that she made my experience a lot more difficult and costly for no reason other than her own biases. As a doctor, she should have more compassion and grace, and a better sense of ethical judgement.

Walgreens staff are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy has become slow, and a bit stand offish, they don't seem to enjoy their jobs. Interior is neat and clean. However, I truly disappointed with the cleanliness at the entrance. Needs to be power washed and garbage container clean extensively, it's disgusting to say the least. Bad impression as you enter, very dirty. Parking lot smells of urine most of the time, landscaping bordering the other property is unkept and overgrown. Obviously management doesn't look past the interior of the store.

All Walgreens in Miami are terrible but this one is particularly bad. Needed to print a photo on a Saturday. No one was at the photo center and the machines were turned off, so I rang the bell. After awhile a man who looked like a manager came over and said "What do you want?" Then he told me (with a straight face) that I'd have to download the Walgreens app, send my photo through the app, request a print and then come back later to pick it up. Then he added, "And it won't be ready today". So I went to the CVS around the corner where I was assisted immediately by a friendly employee and walked out with my print in under 5 minutes.

Police should be called on all of the staff. Whoever owns this place should fire all the current staff and hire all new people. I had a lady from the staff literally harassing my husband at the store because he parked in the entrance and she wanted that parking spot. She yelled at my husband “sucio” and all kinds of bad words. This lady continued yelling at him in front the manager and was following my husband throughout the store. What kind of show is this? They can even hire decent people? Third world Walgreens. Places like this contribute to the already terrible standards of customer service that we experience nowadays. Don’t spend your hard earned money in a place that that can’t even meet regular standards of service. Manager getting paid for doing nothing but hating the job. Terrible!

The manager at This store is the nicest person I have encounter. However the cashier is the rudest person I have ever since he stated that he has been 20 years working at the location. His customer service skills are pathetic and he has no common sense. He stated that he was in the military I ask him a few questions like what your MOS which is a normal question for any Army soldier. He brag about special missions. A real soldier does not brag about because soldier know how difficult it is. I ask him if he knew what article AR-601-1 is which is army regulations. He did not know what it was. I was embarrassed by this guy

Terrible pharmacy service, slow, difficult to work with, and not friendly. While standing in line (which there almost always is) there is a terrible stench of mold. If you have the option, choose a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy is the worst. I moved from Kendall to Miami Beach a few months ago and started coming to this Walgreens. Every time I come to pick up a prescription called in by a doctor, it’s never ready. They claim the doctor never sent it. I suppose they don’t process the prescriptions when they are sent. Pharmacy staff has no desire to work or help you.

Stay away from this Walgreens. Homeless people are begging for $5 or $10 for lunch while they're spitting all over in the air. The store does not maintain 6' distance. One girl is at the pharmacy to get a vaccine and ten family members are all crowded around customers are the pharmacy just to be with her!! What kind of nonsense is that? At the pharmacy I asked them to ask people to maintain their distance; they said no because when they do, the people just won't do it, no matter what they ask. I explained to them that it was their job to make sure customers maintain distance and they refused. I will never go to another Walgreens as long as I live.

Literally awful pharmacy workersYesterday my wife had a surgery done and doctor said to start medication asap after it, soon after leaving the hospital I stop at this location, wife was crying on the rear seat waiting for the pain medicine, I run inside and the lady on the desk at the pharmacy said te pharmacist was on lunch break and her was going be back in 30 minutes and they was going have the medication done in 10 minutes after she back, I waited on the car for a hour, walked again inside they were sitting on they phone talking about they new year, I asked if the medication was ready, she said” oh I’m sorry I will make sure the pharmacist do it do give us 20 minutes, (with the wife still crying on pain on the rear of the car, she had a tummy tuck and lipo 360, bbl and her anesthesia was gone, I wait sitting on front of the desk for the 20 minutes and they just walking around talking about the boat one of them got on New Year’s party, I got some Tylenol on this mid time, walked back on the pharmacy after the 20 minutes and asked for the pharmacist and she oh she don’t sent me the order, and said the order was stuck in the system, I start getting so upset and se said I will get it done now, 5 minutes later she had the medication done, they took over 2 hours to do a 5 minutes prescription filling, definitely Walgreens pharmacy will be my last option after now.

Limo guys always leave their escalades in the parking lot which is annoying for anyone else trying to park. Some drunk shenanigans in and outside of the store but thats to be expected. Cashiers have been super nice each time Ive been here.

It’s a Walgreens and has what you expect at one. Just shopped as close to our hotel although construction makes the walk more difficult than it should be. Picked up some ground coffee from a small selection but price was reasonable unlike other places nearby. Store has usual sundries and wine, etc..A big parking lot. I have no idea about the pharmacy. Just rated as average because my experience was neutral.

They are always understaffed usually with just 2 registers open during very busy hours. There aren't any self-checkout lanes which only exacerbates the congestion issues at this store. To add, the checkout people are very slow and sometimes uncourteous.Better to avoid this Walgreens at all cost unless you don't mind waiting 20 mins to checkout.

This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at Walgreens. The design of the new counters makes it very confusing to know where the line begins. Because of that, two lines were formed, the lady behind us skipped us and the guy in front of the other line supported it. What got us really fed up was how the cashier didn’t refuse the transaction until after she helped us, and the other cashier didn’t say a word either, basically making us feel worthless and invisible. Shame on the staff at Walgreens at Pine Tree!

I’d give it zero if I could. I DoorDashed some stuff and one of the items was a pain reliever for a headache. When it arrived, the tamper seal was broken, 2 of the pills were missing and so I called to ask if I could be refunded cause you know, who wants tampered meds. They said I’d have to come In and buy something to get the refund. After trying to explain that it wasn’t purchased on my card, because I DoorDashed, they said they still can’t refund me. I don’t know why I’d have to buy something to get a refund or why the manager himself was not surprised that his merchandise was tampered with. Skip this place unless you’re checking each item in person and even then, from previous reviews, I’d just skip it in general.

During the time of the Covid-19 crisis & businesses wanting to reopen..the store was still allowing customers to enter their store without masks & without keeping social distancing while knowing the risks.I know the virus is real, but a lot of ppl & businesses just don't care & I thought it was about public safety..im shocked to have seen that. So sad.I was happy to find the store open late to try to get the essentials I needed. This shopping experience made me very uncomfortable. I may not be coming back to this location & I live a few blocks away.For my safety of health I will shop in the City where the rules are being followed.

So a couple friends and I wanted to go buy some drinks and decided to go to this Walgreens, as soon as we entered the Manager gave us a nasty look but we shrugged it off. Once we were on our way to the drinks section he came up t us and said, “I know exactly what you guys are up to” when we did absolutely nothing at all, he also said that he didn’t want our business and to go else where. Once we got the drinks he followed us all the way to the counter up until the point when we left, definitely don’t recommend coming to this Walgreens

Pharmacy is horrible do not go here. Pharmacist is lazy and the tech is a liar. My medication never got filled and when my doctor tried to call to clarify they said the pharmacist was on another call, she was not. I could clearly see her.
