The only decent pet service we found in Miami so far. Don’t waste your time - just go there - they are the best vet in Miami. Great people and they really care about pets - we went to VCA hospital and Brickell animal hospital before and those doctors just prescribed us unnecessary treatments. I’m happy we found The Pet vet - they also updated our vaccines. And the best thing I liked - you can be with your pet

This Vet clinic has been the best animal clinic in Normandy Shores!I have a Maltese that 13 years old and I have a Morkie that is 3 years old.Dr. Michael Fleck is a great Vet ,he operated on both my dogs and I haven’t had any issues with my dogs , both operations were successful,.Dr Fleck knowns what’s best for your pets and he’s very experienced . Geo the girl that works there is very polite and soft-spoken. She helps you accommodate appointments and tells you exactly what your pet needs are. Grateful for the care my 10 year old Bally received. He had a cough that would not go away and the doctor said he had a murmur. Referred him for x-rays which confirmed enlarged heart and murmur. He's on medication and we will use this place for both pets as my longterm vet has relocated too far. And the service we received was outstanding and affordable.

I absolutely love this place. They offer extremely reasonably priced routine, non-emergency veg services, vaccines, flea/tick and heart worm prevention. They also have a great line of shampoo and pet spray for pets with sensitive skin! Also- they are just extremely nice and understanding and super helpful! Can’t recommend enough! Pet Vet is an excellent way to save on routine veterinary care!!!!

I went there after a recommendation from a friend. I found a receptionist that spelled my name wrong and kept me waiting to assist someone after me, the whole time there were 3 other randos lounging around and not doing anything. The doctor didn’t know anything I asked him. The only thing I remembered was then pushing me for a combo vaccine when my dog only needed the lepto, and trying to get me to buy the 1 year heartguard prevention pills. When I told them no, they added it as a recommended to the receipt which they insisted I took anyway. I wouldn’t trust my dog with them with even a mild cold. The extra star is for the affordability. Even with the combo shot and the examination (which did nothing) the bill only came up to $43. Still would rather pay $10 more and go to vetco though for future shots and definitely need to look for another vet.

MAGICIANS I don't know how they manage to give you incredible quality, service, and care, at scary cheap prices - but they do!I've never walked out of a vet without a minimum $300 bill. It makes going to the vet a dread... But this place is NOT that. It's AMAZING and I've referred everyone from all my classes hoping they keep this place in business! Please raise your prices a little if you have to! I don't know how you guys do it, but we want you around for the long run!Thanks for everything, Dr. Michael Fleck, Giomary, Mark and the rest of his great staff.

Great location the prices are wonderful and so is the doctor, the only reason this is 4 stars is because the vet tech was way too hard handed with my 5 month old cat, who has a calm demeanor (aside from regular cat anti-water feelings) and takes vet visits relatively easily. The doctor had to tell him to let up on her because she “didn’t need to be held that hard”. I think the vet tech (who looks like a young version of Kramer from Seinfeld) needs a vacation or some type of reprieve if his personal issues were affecting his ability to be a wise/compassionate animal handler.

I took a neighbor to The Pet Vet today to seek care for her cat. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, they allowed us to walk in with very little wait time. The entire stuff was incredibly friendly and helpful; I rarely see this level of service in Miami, especially did not expect it from a vet clinic!The vet is amazing and so knowledgeable. I was blown away by the service and expertise at this little shop in Miami Beach. Please get your pets checked, and get them checked out here for a good experience!

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad comment this gentleman veterinarian called Michael ,when I get to the office to vaccinate my cat who is a super sweet cat , but he was stressed because there were many animals in the office. being in his bag obviously scared and the doctor told me to take my cat and he told YOU DO IT! I was impressed, because never in my life a veterinarian was so rude like that . First .. I don’t have to do your job , you as a doctor has to know how handle a pet , not me , I paid for it .There was two stronger man enough to take care of my cat .I close the bag and I said I leave , he said OK ! I got out at the office so disappointed. I will never come back again … not professional at all!
