So I show up and I had to wait 10 minutes to finally get attended I showed up on time for my dog’s grooming appointment I was finally attended by a girl she took one look at my dog and said “omg so much work idk how I’m going to do this” went to the backroom and back and forward and kept implying that I don’t take care of my dog and I should brush her everyday. Horrible customer service skills I know huskies are more work but at that point I was completely turned off and took my dog out of there. They must hire anyone there because she was definitely missing a screw or 2 if that’s how she treats potential clients.

Worse grooming service. They nicked my dog completely and traumatized it. It now has to be completely sedated to be groomed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
