FINN products are the best!I first try skin and coat for my German shepherd then I order the multivitamin!I noticed changes in my dog fur after couple of days!I would definitely recommend getting them and can’t wait to try different products from FINN as well!

GROOMING PRICES ON WEB SITE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED.The grooming prices listed on Petco's website during booking do not reflect the actual costs. It's disappointing because I'm generally very happy with the store staff and the pet bathing service. Katherine has always been wonderful at all the appointments. However, today was a letdown. After waking up at 6:30 AM to feed my dog early, take him out, and tire him before his first grooming appointment, I had to return home with him, utterly disappointed and having wasted my time, especially after waiting over a week for this appointment. As you can see in the photos, I input all my dog's details on the online booking—his breed, weight, fur type—and the quoted price is $88. I understand that this price will increase with taxes, fees, and then a tip, and I was prepared for a service costing maybe around $130.00 at most ( over $40 more) .Yet, incredibly, once there, the stylist Nicole quoted me a base price of $189.00 without tax, fee, or tip, which would ultimately be over $200. I fully respect that as a stylist, you set your prices for your work.My complaint, and the reason for this review, is because the website shows a price that is less than half of what it actually you will be charged.They should ad a pop-up note that the stylist will increase this basic price based on their assessment of the work without a limit. This means the estimated price given on the website is just a minimum, and you won't know the actual final price.If I had known, I would have sought to find out the real and final price without bringing my dog in, perhaps over the phone. In summary, do not take the prices on the website at face value. THEY ARE NOT REAL

I wanted to get big bag of food for my dogs and cats and the elevator has ben of service for more than a month at this position and the second one more than 4 months please do something . Also i use Ocu litter and now this location doesn't carry it

Great selection of products for all kinds of pets. Good bargains. My dog loves the store so I love it too. My dog has also been bathed and groomed there, getting an extra under grooming to give him a summer cut! He loves to get bathed and groomed there as the staff is very sweet. We now get baths monthly at Petco! He's a happy dog!

Frankie our groomer was wonderful with our Lucy (shihzu). He did exactly as we asked and his gentle manner was obvious from the minute we met him. I would highly recommend Frankie. Thank you Frankie!

Great service all around! I dropped my dog Bentley off to get groomed and the grooming manager was really nice and I could tell she loved her job. When I went to pick her up and pay for the service even the gentleman ringing me up was super nice as I was having a bum day it made my day better. Thank you Petco and thank you to the gentleman who gave my dogs some treats for the road on V-Day. I will be back and my dog looks great!

I’m glad to see a lot of positive reviews on here, but I took my dog there last week and I’m embarrassed to admit that I just realized the whiskers on one side of his face have been cut off. I’m so disturbed by this and don’t know if this was a mistake or something sick. Either way, that’s wrong and I won’t be going back.

In the middle of the day only one cashier employee at the front of the store with another no where to be found until way later. Went in to buy crickets on the day they receive the shipment only to find a huge boat load of dead ones which is a great way to spread illness and disease amongst them all. Which is probably why most of mine died within a few days. Don't trust this store for good quality crickets to feed your reptile. You will regret it.

I visited several different Petco locations and this one is the worst. I paid max $80 from last my 10 visit and this location gave me $163 for grooming. When I schedule appointment I saw price was $46 because it was just shower and dry. When I went to pick up my dog they told me price is $163. They added so many things. This is the closest Petco to my location that’s why I scheduled second time. This time they rescheduled my appointment 2 hours before. I don’t know other’s experience but this location is the worst for me.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for the grooming. This was my pets first grooming experience & she came out super scared & anxious. From the start, we were greeted very unpleasantly by the stylist Jessica. I understand some individuals may be animal-people & not great with human interaction but I should’ve just cancelled & left. Decided to leave my pet, 30 min after I left her, I had a question about the service so I called & Jessica picked up the phone. Super rude, sarcastic tone, & awful attitude. It took 3 hours & a half to groom my dog to which when she was brought out, she was happy to see me so she pulled the leash & Jessica looked extremely annoyed by it. My dog came out wet, hair shedding, & I was told she was too nervous to get her nail trimmed. She has had her nail trimmed at another facility where they said she behaved great. With the attitude of the stylist, I can only imagine my dog felt very uncomfortable & understandably cried constantly. Animals need to feel secure around you. If this is the only stylist available, don’t do it. Keep looking for another grooming service.

South Beach Petco never has any baskets, when asked to talked to the manager, he left. I will not go there anymore after 10 years.
