Terrible management and customer service!!! My dogs leash broke because the quality I guess is not good. It was a very expensive leash and when I went to complain he said that my dog bit it. Attached are pictures, WHERE IS THE BITE-MARKS ?

This place is heaven for dog lovers. The service here is fantastic and the product is unique and makes my little girl stand out at the park. We had a small issue with one of the pieces that we had gotten for our dog, and we were received cordially, and we were accommodated. We walked out with a new leash for my dog. I love that the product is easy to wash and keep clean, specially because my girl likes to roll around. Must visit this location. 10 across the board.

I love these products. They are different and fashionable. So many people always stop me and ask me where I got my dog’s collar, leash and harness from. Also, the items are extremely durable and well-made. I bought full set in 2019 and they are still going strong. We had a minor issue with the clip for the leash and they honored an exchange with the 5-year warranty. The staff is always friendly! I bought my set at Brickell City Center (now closed) but I’ve been to the store in Lincoln Road & Aventura, and both have treated me very well.

So I was sitting at Starbucks on Lincoln road today and I saw an employee of this company harassing children for sitting too close to this businesses door. This business should be avoided they forgot the sidewalk in front of their store is city property and be ashamed of themselves.

The bag dispenser zipper broke within a month and the bag dispenser slided off the leash handle. Overall, the quality is not terrible; however, I would consider these issues before purchasing another pricey dog leash and collar like these ones.

WONDER WHY NO PHONE NUMBER? THERE’s A REASON FOR THAT - This company is AWFUL. I ordered a leash at their online store $165 June 21. It’s October and I realized - never got it no follow up. Charged immediately. Contacted the info@ - twice. No reply. Notice this business has no phone number? There is a reason for that.
