And it is the most convenient price efficient place that I can be able to do this by these products Cleaning supplies and dog boo. Pretty much anything you need for your household. They have at a good prize and always the smile their face. And I always greeted out at the door.

I love going to my local Dollar General Store the customer service that was through the price everything is fantastic I visit Dollar General at least four times a week if not more and every time I go I find something different to buy it's my favorite shopping store

This store has turned into a real craphole. I am so tired of hearing because of covid They can no longer run their stores in an orderly fashion then I asked the manager at several of the stores in the central Florida area and they say Dollar General corporate does not give them enough hours to stock and clean the stores properly shame on Dollar General I have always loved a Dollar General and had made the comment that I could live anywhere in the country as long as there was a Dollar General that is becoming less true as the days go by

This is a great location with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is very busy so they are always stocking the shelves, not just on their truck days. They do their best to keep the rolltainers off the floor and out of the way, but it's such a small business space that it seems like they are always there.

Well the prices are incredible which more than makes it worth shopping there. Unfortunately, I've been in there many times and only once have I not had to wait in the checkout line for less than 15 minutes, which is especially when I'm only purchasing 3 or 4 items.I also don't find store particularly clean or organize, it often looks rummaged through.And though I am well aware of how their pricing works (that being said if they can't offer you a significant savings they don't carry it), it's still frustrating but they don't carry a larger variety of items but as I said I do understand.

The cashier I had was great, her personality was the best I've seen in a long time. Its hard dealing with the public in that kind of work, and although she had a long line she was friendly and the smile never left her face. Her customers were good too, so I'm sure that helped. I'd shop there again that's for sure

Had multiple items that were priced marked as clearance and they were not on clearance at all. I even asked the manager about it and she said no. 0 effort whatsoever.

What rude employees. They offer Western Union, service for phone doesn't work inside well, step outside to reload the information with employees knowledge and they lock the doors on you 3 minutes before 10pm. What a great place! And how terrific these employees are.. May you enjoy the compliant filing with corporate as you discriminated against a disabled person who was trying to get help.

Staff are mean and aggressive. Scary vibes from some men working there. I won’t be back. “Short staffed” and hating their job should not be taken out on customers. I don’t like waiting in line longer for employees complaining.

Nice new store. Very large in size and quality of merchandise.. they have a lot of items that you can't find at other DG stores. This location does have a self-checkout lane as well and it is up and running at the time of this post. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The quality of DG products are as always--very fairly priced and great quality.. all-in-all I gave this brand new location a 5 star rating bc it truly and fairly deserves it. Our brand-new location is such a welcomed establishment to our quiet little town of Hawthorne. Its definitely got everything all wrapped up into one store without having to drive into either Gainesville or Ocala.

Usually I have a very good experience at the store. Today was the exception. They wanted me to walk back to the clearance aisle to show them where I got this particular item that said it was 50% off. Obviously they couldn't find it so I had it taken off my bill. It would be better if someone spoke better English.

I love shopping at this location. The staff are so caring and friendly. They are knowledgeable and willing to help. The manager, Kim, hires people with enthusiasm and empathy. They always have amazing deals, especially after holidays.

VERY rude management disregards what the corporate office ensures to a customer. When lines get long. A rude woman named Tina likes to gesture to waiting customers like it's the current customer's fault & not her own for moving so slow. If you have a problem with the total all she does is repeat "I CAN CANCEL THE WHOLE THING IF YOU WANT ME TO!!!". This EXACT play by play has happened to me on several occasions....I strongly suggest u keep right on going to the Family Dollar right down the street!!!(Coming from a BIG D.G. customer too)

They need corporate to seriously consider upgrading the system... It constantly is freezing up and shutting down and that makes forna very unconditional and stressful thing... Because the cashiers get blamed for what they have no control over its unfair other than that it was as usual a great experience

Unlike any other dollar store I've ever been to. This one is completely focused on the second part of it's name in that it is actually a General Store, full of a wide variety of daily essentials

Unfriendly employees and management was just as lippy and short. I left my 78.24 $ In groceries on the counter and walked out. I wiil.not pay for that kind of service. $78.24 in groceries and I want to pay with $100.00 bill. I was told we don't do that here and when I said it will only be 25.00 or less out of the till the manager said "what do we look like, a f-ing bank".

The Melrose store is awesome! I'm a new couponer and they are very accommodating and helpful. Awesome experience! I will be visiting this location again!
