Update: Ive got to say this store has the Most Unfriendly and Rude, Employee's in this area. Yall definitely win 1st Prize for the worst Customer service around. Every Single time I walk into this store I am.never ever Greeted Ever. I am however followed around Like I am a person who steals...Yall make it to where nobody wants to stop and shop. I wont anymore at this location unless Its life or death. Yall need some serious customer Service Training. So it's 8:01 pm and the young lady said we had to leave the store that they were closed! They don't close at 8pm. They close at 9 pm. I spend alot of money at Dollar General and to be asked to leave whenthey are NOT closed Is Mind Blowing!!!

What a joy to enter this store! Upon entering I realized and commented that I had forgotten my mask. As I turned to leave, an assistant handed me a fresh unused mask! Then upon checking out, a different store clerk spoke of positive experiences with living. She made me laugh at a time when we all desperately needed some humor. Thank you, Dollar General!

There are lots of things to buy! Unfortunately the stuff is all over the place and not very organized. The sale rack is good and the options and prices are great. Customer service is good of you can find someone who is working!

I left a bag behind so, I called the store to let them know that I will be back to get it the following day. I simply stated that if the store wasn't so impersonal that people wouldn't be leaving bags behind so, Nancy ( the store manager) hung up on me. I then returned to the store immediately and let her know that I will be contacting the corporate office and she got more attitude. I don't see how this big chain allows rude behavior especially from their people who run the store. I have my own business and I would terminate anyone who disrespects my customers! I will never shop in any Dollar General stores again due to this experience. Family dollar is right next door

Great service but cashier did her best to handle multipule customers. Kudos for effort but boos for management for not hiring more staff. Hey it makes for more money and room for more customers.

Great Dollar general 👍. Just be careful as people from out of town tend to speed up the ramp coming into the shared parking lot with Harvey's. Also very steep ramp with lots of gouges in the pavement from bottoming out. Go slowly coming in.

This store was crowded because there were boxes, waiting to go on shekves, half blocking aisles. They were busy with customers and finally opened a second register after there were 10 or more people in line waiting to check out. This store seems to be under staffed. But, the current employees were helpful and kind. Also, it seems like the Keystone DG has always had these same problems. I thought that's why they built the new building.

You guys really need to open the products inside of your GM totes with something other than a box cutter. It's not a universal tool and your stock team needs coaching.

Clean store but disrespectful employees , I had asked a worker if she could help my husband he was interested in looking at the cell phones because he wanted to buy one and she told me that she couldn't help him because she was busy and all she was doing was standing in front of a register that was not even open .

They carded my 66 year old mother in front of my 38 year old sister but wouldn't sell her cigarettes because her I'd was expired. Then refused to sell my sister the cigarettes because she knew it was for my mother. How stupid is that?
