Love that I can call and take both of my doodles in to get groomed. The doodles are beautifully groomed. They have never come home with ttoo short of a cut or any booboos. Our groomer is great with them.

Katie does such beautiful work with a perfectly balanced cut in a relaxed atmosphere. There are always adorable and healthy doggie treats and the staff is wonderful to work with!

Had my dog sparky groomed there multiple times with Kinsey. She does a wonderful job and I'd highly recommend her to anyone who cares about they're dogs being treated and groomed correctly. She's very knowledgeable and professional and sparky and I always look forward to going back there every month.

I was a customer of this location for about three years. I have encountered several groomers, most of which were great. Turnover picked up the last few months, and I was scheduled with new groomers. On my last visit, when I picked up my dog, they told me he had fallen about 5ft out of the cage he was in. They said he jumped, and knowing my dog, I didn't believe this to be the case, but after seeing he had no injuries, I felt better and chalked it up to an accident. The groomer was very sincere and felt bad, but what was surprising to me was that the owner was standing right next to her during this interaction, and never said a word to me. Never apologized for the incident, or asked if anything was okay. I even went to schedule another appointment with the groomer, only to be told that she was also leaving.The receptionist scheduled me with another groomer, but they only had weekday availability and I could only do weekend. The owner said at this point that they weren't sure if they would have appointments on weekends anymore due to staffing issues, and that she would call me back herself to get me scheduled. I never heard from her again. So much for "customer service".I would reconsider bringing your dog here.

Love coming here to get birthday treats for my dog. She got a pup cake this time. They make such fun and beautifully decorated cookies and have an awesome cookie bar. My dog loves it. Staff is always super nice.

Very professional establishment. I ordered my puppy a cake and treats for her 1st birthday. SHE LOVED IT! I haven't tried their grooming services yet, but I always see dogs in there, so I assume that they have good business. I will bring my puppy there for grooming one day.

I had taken my husky to Woof Gang for grooming. They shaved his top coat (which you’re not supposed to do to a Husky) and cut his hair unevenly. Literally a 1 1/2 inch difference in length between his left and right side. My wife picked up our dog and paid the shop. One I saw the botched grooming I requested a refund and they never responded to my request. DO NOT bring your dog here for grooming as they DON’T have experienced groomers at this location.

Took my dog here and he looks like a completely different dog. He looks absolutely horrible. This is the worst haircut he's ever had. He was the most adorable dog you could ever imagine, and they completely ruined all of his cutest features. He looks so scary. The groomer was also not nice like the lady that was there some months ago. This newer guy was pretty mean, not expressive, and didn't show any care for dogs. The quality of his grooming is what I would expect at a Petsmart, not at an expensive shop.0/10. Will not recommend to anybody.

I recently brought my two mini goldendoodles here to be groomed and I am above and beyond happy with every aspect of this business. Everyone is extremely kind and caring!!! Ciera groomed both of my girls, one being very social and the other being very anxious. She was so patient and understanding and I just cannot say enough great things about them. They are a little bit more expensive then previous groomers but honestly The customer service and care that we receive here makes it well worth it!!!! The best, 12/10 recommend.

After my miniature poodle was attacked last year, he has been notoriously hard to groom and I could no longer manage to do it myself. I contacted Woof Gang and they said they would work with him. We brought him in at 11 and he was ready by 2. I cannot praise them enough for working with our boy. The lobby area has food, homemade treats, and accessories. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this place for special dog treats. They always have a wide assortment of healthy options as well as cute novelty treats for my pampered pooches. They also offer free samples of pet foods if your looking to switch brands. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I can't say enough good things about these ladies.

I made appointments for two of my dogs for grooming. The time and date, was 9:30 and 11:45. I arrived at 9:35 with both of my dogs. As soon as I walked into an empty store, with no other customers, Immediately, I was told I'm late and they have a strict no late policy.She kept repeating this and I said, "please don't say that to me, I would like to talk to the manager."I told him that even if you don't take me now, I still have an 11:45 appt, can I come back for that? I asked him again, can I still bring my dog back for the 11:45? I said, "all I need is a yes or a no." He said,"no."Merry Christmas, woof store, not a deserving welcome to a disabled veteran with PTSD, amputations, etc.No, I don't thank you for your service because I'll never be back. How rude!

We have gone here for our Russell Terrier, Puck for the past few years. There is no other groomer that we would use. They are the very best in Wellington and probably the USA. Very kind and Puck's little tail is wagging the entire time he is there. Thank you.
