The store looks great, and is set up nicely! The problem is, NONE of the employees greeted us neither when we walked in or even as they walked past us in the isles. Not sure if it’s because we are black, or because they’re just all rude and have low morale as Walmart employees. But being basically ignored by EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, even the ones at self check out? REALLY WALMART?!

Nice to see Paul at the deli. I know I'm getting it exactly how I like without 5 minutes of me being shown different slices of meat at different thicknesses. (No disrespect to the other workers there but when you're in a rush, you're in a rush)He always puts on fresh gloves and makes sure the cutter is clean, which takes little time at all. Overall, I love this deli, there's a few other great employees at this deli but paul and the older women with the black hair are very professional and quick.

Ran in for some meals in the freezer section. Good selection at reasonable prices. No wait to be checked out. The cashier was speedy and pleasant.

This store has really improved in the past 8 months, the employees are helpful and friendly and the self checkout works perfect. They even carry products that the "popular" grocery across the road doesn't carry at their locations. I am very happy with this location.Would give 5 stars but they added a large section of liquor pick up parking and i never see anyone using that service.

Not sure how the associate of the month obtains this status with the attitude he has. My dog food was two dollars more than the price listed on the shelf. I didn’t care about the money, just wanted to let them know. I hand this guy my receipt, he gives me an attitude, telling me that I read the price wrong. When I show him a picture of the shelf, he says “I don’t even know what you showed me, throwing your phone in my face” like that. WHOA. I wasn’t the least bit angry,… that is until that attitude came out.Conversation ended. Took my receipt and left. Glad I don’t need assistance when I go to this store.

Normally I shop here for quick items. Last night I called ahead of time and asked if the coin star was working. The lady put me on hold and I assume checked considering she came back and told me that yes it is up and running. Every couple months my daughter saves up her change (my change lol) and we go cash it in and add it to her savings. We'll I went up there to cash it in for her after confirming the coin start worked. When I got to the store it was frozen I asked if they could fix it she laughed and said it never works. So I told her I just called and was told it was working that's why I came up here she laughed again and then proceeded to ignore me after I asked why it was funny I have now drove here and used gas and time to come here because I called and was told it worked. She said well you can go publix. And proceeded to ignore me again this was at 8pm on 10/2/23 I belive the lady's name was Alida or something close to that spelling.

I know I'm not saying a lot but this Walmart is "people of Walmart"all by itself.Other than the crackheads sleeping or stoned under the trees in the parking lot, the speakers playing techno dance music as you walk into the store are blown and beside the terrible taste in music, need to be turned off.I've been to nicer Walmarts in shadier areas.

We went there to pick up a few items. It was busy. Very clean, shelves were stocked. The bakery and dessert section had alot of wonderful items to choose from. Decision was strawberry and cheese Danish and multi flavor 6 pack of cheese cake.

Along with all the basic foodstuffs, this Walmart also had lots of organic fresh fruit such as bananas, apples, and various berries, i.e., blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. They also had all the other basic things like toiletries including...shampoo, conditioner, even make-up! I got everything in this little neighborhood market I went in after and beyond! :-)

Do NOT use their curbside pickup without inspecting each individual item and verifying the receipt!We received 3 tiny rotten sweet potatoes, a bruised onion, and a carton of eggs with was MISSING AN EGG (really??).We drove back to the store, and politely asked to speak to the manager in order to express our concerns regarding their lack of quality control.The manager was dismissive and condescending, and she didn't so much as offer an apology. When I expressed concerns about any possible discrepancies on my receipt vs what we received, she literally laughed in my face.We exchanged the items, left the store, and immediately contacted corporate. I will be avoiding this place like the plague in the future.TIP FOR FL TRANSPLANTS: I believe Kroger is offering grocery delivery in this area despite the lack of a physical location. I've shopped Kroger in other states, and they're far superior to Walmart in every way. Might be worth looking into if you're as frustrated with Walmart as I am.

Very good store w/helpful workers! This visit was the only one I've ever came at a time ( between 7:30 & 8pm) where they had pallets almost down every isle which made it a little hard for me to navigate since I use the handicap cart, but the workers were more than happy to get me anything I needed if I couldn't get down an isle. Some people might have complained or been frustrated but the workers are always ready to help if u just ask 😊 Love that store!

I shopped very early before much of the stock was done. But Dante was very nice and welcoming and was able to assist me with getting what I needed from the stock room. A+ goes out to him for his help!!

It’s a normal market. Staff is usually polite-ish. Younger gen is usually snarky and rude. Deff use the scan and go buy keep the receipt up on your phone bc the attendant usually looks at you like your stealing

The customer service is the absolute worst. None of the employees there can bring themselves to even dignifying me. When I went to refill my water bottles, there was a pallet blocking me. I had to move it myself to get my water refills. Honestly they should just fire everybody there anyway. I get better customer service from the machines there.

Love this Walmart. Usually have everything in stock. Seems mostly fresh! Pick up is fast. Never waited more than 10 minutes to get my grocery’s! The big Walmart I’ve waited over an hour! The Staff is very friendly and helpful! Customer service close at 8:00 so If you want to cash any checks need to get there before 8! Murphy gas station is right out front for our Convenience

I asked the older team lead/manager where the spray paint would be and she got an attitude and told me they didn't carry spray paint. Thats fine, just don't get an attitude with customers. She was also being very snippy with the employees she was managing.

Store layout good. Fully stocked shelves. Two lines for checking out that was not self checkout. I find it difficult to self check when you are buying wine or beer... someone still needs to assist me.

Excellent experience. I'm driving from Lake Washington, but so worth it. I will never shop 1000 Wickham Walmart again. I waited 2 days for groceries and never got them.They have to management scheduling for the volume of the shoppers. Recieved other customers groceries not to mention old produce and missing items.This location is worth the drive for me. Great jobTaylor Family
