I’ve lived in the area 4 years and I’ve shopped here often. I’ve never experienced the superb service, consecutively, the way I do here, ANYWHERE! There is a guy that runs that place so perfectly, His name is Donald I believe, he’s the sweetest & so serious about doing his job exactly right. It’s something you don’t see often. And when he is not there, the woman who work the register are so nice and just refreshingly friendly & courteous as if it’s just second nature. I’m not sure if these workers go through training to be this good, or if they just happen to be lucky with the staff they have there, but I sure do think there bosses should be made aware of just how spectacular the service is and I can honestly say I never, not once ever had even the slightest problem in that store. I hope the staff gets the credit they deserve!!

Went in for a special on hair care and went to check out and it didn't ring up correctly. Cashier was very helpful in getting the info to charge the correct price all with a very pleasant attitude.

This is my pharmacy. I love using the drive through to pick up my prescriptions. During these Covid 19 months that has been very convenient. The sales representatives always speak when you enter the front door. Good place, if they could price the over the counter drugs in the Wal-Mart range it would be nice.

Always have a good experience in the store front. The pharmacy is almost always great. I believe Alicia(?) is the person who usually helps me and she's always lovely. I have, however, also dealt with an unpleasant and unhelpful male Pharmacist whose name I cannot recall. Called seeking information that for whatever reason he did not want to give out. Instead, ran me in a rude, short roundabout conversation without answering the question. Then he shortly asked if I needed anything else on his end. When I repeated the question he finally divulged the info. Just needed the for cash price on a med. That's it.

I was given counterfeit money as cash back and the manager basically told me that it wasn't their problem and they get their money from brinks. That is irrelevant if their cashier's are taking counterfeit money. They could have shown some loyalty to a long time customer and made it right the manger however took zero responsibility for it.

A couple of months ago my daughter became ill. A college student away from home(NY) for the first time ever, was sent off miles away from home with her insurance card and pharmacy card( with instructions on how to use). There was an issue where the card was not accepted and in the condition she was in paying for the medication out of pocket was the best solution at the time. I called the pharmacy afterwards and spoke to Devon, she took her time, looked into the situation and found out what the issue was and it was resolved. Thank you for your patience and dedication. It did not go unnoticed!!!

Refused to accommodate me for my COVID test because my RV wouldn't fit under the awning. In the email confirmation it specifically said to call if I don't drive or need accomodations and they can accommodate me but refused.

Absolutely the worst customer service. If I could give this no stars I would. The two female technicians that I've dealt with are rude, dismissive and unpleasant. Also extremely unprofessional looking with multi- colored hair and claw nails. Never greeted in a pleasant manner- How do people like this have jobs in customer service? Oh that's right....diploma mill technicians

Went there to add money to my prepaid card, but when using my app to deposit money, i can choose a free way to deposit my money. But today I'm not they don't it. First time trying this Walgreens, they just straight refused me. Said they don't do it at that store. Well, I had no problems at Walgreens on Babcock just like no problems at cvs on Babcock but for some reason i come to Palm Bay and get refused service. I'll go else where

My husband tried to buy cigarettes, and because of the fact that they were closing in less than 10 minutes- they refused to serve him. They wouldnt even let him inside the store.We go to this walgreens quite often and im very disappointed in how my husband was treated by the employees.

Needed 48 count Sudafed and pharmacy technician told me they didn't have it but Troy, who I believe is a maintenance maybe was walking by and heard conversation and pointed out what I was looking for to the tech. which I was very grateful for... having to show my license and be national database for this stuff is embarrassing enough...so it's my preference to only have to go through that as few times as possible, not have to stop at another Walgreens and get another lessor count pack due to the inattentiveness/lack of product placement location knowledge who IMHO didn't look hard enough (and I was the only customer at the counter)My wife worked at corporate 15 yrs and bugs me to leave feedback...So... thank you Troy

Kind of poor cust svc...when i called to check if a prescription was ready & asked to have some over-the-counter items added to the order because a friend was going to pick it up for me they kept transferring me to a dept that never picked up. I explained to the girl that answered the phone what happened & she transferred me again & the same thing happened. THen I finally did get somebody & he did not sound like he would know what I wanted. I'll let you know later the outcome of this experience.

The best Walgreens is on Minton Rd.The staff are always helpful.I always pick up my meds, without a problem.Cecila,Pharmacy Manger,always explains my meds or if i have a question she there to answer.Her Staff is truly the best.From A-Z they are the best.

Pretty pathetic of walgreens to charge me $427 for 6 viagra tablet when Sam's club only charged me $38. What a rip off. I'll never go there for any reason ever again

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists are rude and I will have my RX's sent to CVS. I never had a good experience there and customer service is poor.

When I took photo there, the server's altitude is bad. I really wear a black cloth suitable for photo, they asked me to change with bad altitude.

The worst Walgreens in the area. The strore is okay, but the pharmacy is often slow and cannot keep its promises. A few times I have to come back due to slow filling process.
