The Pharmacy is the worst.The tech with the most seniority has the worst attitude. She has had it for years.The current pharmacist is a complete dud. No help, no willingness to help.AVOID this location if you can.Healthcare is costly enough without the bad attitudes on display here, there are other options.

No Stars at all!!! Waited in drive thru for literally waited like 25 min in drive thru ! Horrible customer service! I ended up going in and the girl proceeded to grab a pile of refills to put in the bins while they were 6 cars deep in drive thru and had 5 people inside waiting! I ended up walking out! With nothing I came from!!

Zero stars if I could. Have to wait forever in line, staff not friendly. We dropped off a prescription, and never heard from them for three days so finally went back in hoping it was ready. They told us they didn't have it and they were just expecting us to come in to tell us, no phone call to us to inform or anything. Terrible experience.

My kids and I got our flu shots today and the staff was great. Even though they were very short staffed and busy they were very efficient and friendly. The Pharmacist was very sweet and patient with my kids when she gave them their shots.

Rocket scientists working at Walgreens today. Wanted to buy 4 pks of cigs & use a coupon for each…”you can’t do that”…the colored hair gal says. Funny tho, I go to other Walgreens around town & do the same thing & don’t have to go thru the lunacy of showing my license & paying for each one.But that’s not the half of it…have ordered online for curb side multiple times…order is either not ready or missing items once I get home & unpack. The guy that usually works at night seems to be much more knowledgeable and better at solving issues. However, the Mgr (w/braids) tonight seem to be more accepting of what I was trying to accomplish…I swear ppl that were vaccinated have gone retarded! Avoid this Walgreens like the plague unless u need sunscreen or beach stuff. Hopefully, you won’t need any assistance. Good luck ppl, you’ve been warned by a resident of Indi who frequents this location because my bf is a lazy surfer!!

I was running a fever due to an infection. My doctor kindly sent the prescription in at 4 am, and the pharmacy opens at 9 am. I showed up around 9:30 am, there was no line and the pharmacy staff was clearly working to fill prescriptions.I asked the lady at the counter if they could kindly expedite my meds, as I was running a very high fever and needed them right away.She was SO rude to me. Told me there were other prescriptions ahead of mine (again, I was the only person there) and I needed to wait my turn.Again I pleaded, and she then was quite rude to me.I asked to speak with the pharmacist, who she reluctantly grabbed after presumably whispering to him that I was a difficult customer.He told me the same thing, that I had to wait my turn BUT he would work hard to get the prescription filled in about 15 mins, which I appreciated and thanked him for.He did fill the prescription quickly after that and even called me to follow up, make sure I understood how to take the meds and he wished me well.Moral of the story, a little empathy goes a long way, and can make a difference in someone’s life.The pharmacist was professional and kind, and, unfortunately, the female pharmacy staff was not helpful and rude. Perhaps Walgreens should teach some employees how to be decent.

The staff was super helpful and friendly: they helped me to locate what I was looking for easily. The pharmacist also was able to use my insurance card to give me free Covid test kits saving 35 usd!

Pharmacy staff was phenomenal. I wish I knew everyone’s name but Mark was amazing he gave me my flu shot, everyone else was so great as well. Very friendly and went above and beyond. They were extremely busy, but still took the time for great customer service. They all deserve raises, top notch care and service. Thank you!

Have been going to this store for roughly 18 months and have done business with Walgreens in New Hampshire, Maine and New York for over 20 years. Don’t know what happened to the help in this store but the quality of help has gone downhill over the past 6 months. Had to pick up a script and they couldn’t enter our new insurance information, told them I’d pay cash and use Good RX for discount and was told it’s not worth using well as it turns out I could have saved 9 dollars on the script. If you’re going to provide information give good information in other words don’t lie to the customer.

Went into this location for the 2nd time with my brother who is 18 . My brother has a cold right now so we tried to purchase some Nyquil. He was denied the purchase because he did not have id and was told that we could purchase it if we came back with his physical id. We drove to his house and then drove back, where we were then greeted by unbelievably bad customer service which we mainly received by an employee named Pablo. My brother was denied the purchase again because now my little brother who was also with us and I were required to show our ids. He explained to me that this was because of a policy which he would not quote and I believe that he wanted to just give us a hard time. We ended up having to get my father to come in and purchase it even though my brother is 18 and my father was also greeted with poor customer service that resulted in all of us feeling extreme discomfort and deeply discouraged all of us to come back.

The service was absolutely terrible from Pablo. It took me three trips just for them to say I can’t get medicine even though I’m 18 and I showed them my ID. Definitely never going back to this Walgreens ever again. If you ever go to this Walgreens make sure Pablo is not working first.

Erika is the best! She was so kind and helpful in the cosmetics department.Erika not only helped me with my cosmetic purchases she noticed the difference in how my makeup was applied a week later when I brought my mom in for help. She was so kind and helpful to my mother and I can't thank her enough! She's a keeper Walgreens!

Most of the bad reviews are because people parked in their lot and got towed. That being said there are 20 signs all over saying you will be towed if you park here for the beach....I've been coming to this Walgreen's for 7 years now and it is always clean, friendly, and well stocked.

We showed up for our covid vaccine appointment and they refused to vaccinate us because there were not enough appointments for the day. They could have at least canceled the appointment instead of waiting for us to show up and then refusing to give the vaccine.

Went in today to drop off a Fed Ex envelope. They called for assistance in photo THREE times while I waited. (I guess photo is where they do the Fed Ex dropoffs). Finally a woman appeared and informed me I would have to wait a "few more minutes" because she was still on her lunch break and she swiftly disappeared behind a door. Wow.

I received my Covid test on Friday at 430pm. The lab still does not have my results 5 days later!!! DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST AT WALGREENS! They are sending you test to a thrid party AEGIS SCIENCE CORPORATION and they clearly do not have the manpower or resources to be able to get the test results out in a timely manner.

I use this store and pharmacy for everything and find the personnel in all departments to be very helpful especially the ones in the pharmacy where I have to shop often. They really act like they care how you are feeling.and know me by my first name which is a rarity these days in retail!!
