Absolutely terrible experience. The guy was very unprofessional and outright rude. We arrived at 8:20, no one welcomed us into the store, and we left at 8:54. Receipt says 8:52 on it. In and out before closing. But John was going on and on about how he was supposed to clock out several minutes ago, and how he was going over his hours, and how it was our fault he'd get written up for it. Overall very rude experience. I don't think I'll be shopping at this location again. If you close at 9pm don't complain if we're out by then! Otherwise change your hours to say you close at 8:45. I should have left the cart there, have him put everything away and left without spending a dime at this location!

Well-deserved review. First time there and the only reason was because, per their website, they had 6 straw bales in stock (see attached screenshot taken today). The guy "helping" me had the absolute worst attitude when I asked if they had any in the back. Literally, as if I offended him. So, in the end I was forced to pay for another straw bale from a different manufacture not of the one I wanted (which was more expensive). The cashier simply said, "yeah, sometimes the website is off". Really? Then why not art least give me the discount because of YOUR inaccurate information?-NEVER again. Between the horrible attitude from the guy and dismal way the cashier handling the situation, I will not go back. Should have just gone to the Fellsmere location. Not cool at all!

This place is loaded with almost everything you need for farm,garden, lawn, pets, including animal feed for just about every species.Great customer service and well stocked on items.The downfall is getting to the location from the east, there is no turn into the store and the next turn is no U-Turn.The parking lot is not trailer parking friendly.

Was just here im.old bad knees asked for help to locate a clasp and lady said she just started but would call for someone 10-15 mins I'm walking around looking could not find what I need so I decided since I could not find help and no one come to help me that I was leaving. On way out there were 2 people at register I asked one to give message to Manger that I'm leaving and no one come to help me. Bald guy instantaneous became argumentative and saying he went back there n I wasn't there. I said if you were back there you didn't look hard as I was there n never seen you. Then a lady that walked out about same time said anymore this store is very unhelpful n gives her a hard time when she must get hay.Stay away until corporate gets involved n cleans house and gets people that want to work in retail and be helpful as the a$$ clowns that are here now do not!!!

Great looking store. Brand new. Great prices on hard to find items. Things haven't been able to find other places. Only downfall this store has from my experience is the access and parking lot.. seems like they lacked on the design here one entrance from the south bound lane and trying to leave the store getting on to Wickham road. Be ready to have major patience getting out of there.. everything else is great.

Not as good as Lowes or Home Depot. Prices are high, selection is limited unless you are buying a water trough for horses. Not sure how they even compete to stay in business. They DO NOT offer a guarantee on their plants. If it dies tomorrow, you are out of luck. I will not shop here again due to this policy and I why would I when all the other stores, Ace hardware, Northern, Home Depot, Lowes, Sams, Walmart, Pikes, etc stand behind their products. Too much competition out there not to fall in line.

I had a great experience shopping here the other week. Peggy was super helpful in getting me all set up for my baby chicks. She had great recommendations and helped me find the best products for me. Also, Brittany was really nice at the checkout. Great store and staff.

They carry all things animals need including the animals, well baby chicks (so cute) lawn and garden care included and they even have toys for the little ones, did I mention snacks?? Not just your everyday options the kind you might find in places that rhythm with smacker carrell

Nice location and super friendly staff, good for farm supplies and animal feed. They have a great selection of work wear and boots. Good for buying things for power equipment and animal cages. They supply fencing for farm use and large water tanks. Clean store and well organized. It is well worth visiting...

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and their selection is, in general, quite good. The quality of their hay, however, is awful. I bought a couple bales of coastal here because the feed store was closed, and they were full of sticks, tree leaves, and pecans. It's a great option for everything else, but stick to the local feed stores for hay.

There was a lot more there than I expected them to offer. There's a large variety of chicks if you're interested in a chicken coop and they had a lot of clothing and home decor. Of course the normal items were there hay, tools, and normal things you would need on a farm. The customer service was great and the lines move quickly.

I have been shopping with TSC for over ten years. My experience has overall always been pleasant.Pros: Reasonably priced, cheerful staff, a plethora of products to choose from, hours of operation.Cons: Insufficient register's and cashier's if more than a couple people in line extending check-out time which is usually slow anyways, although staff is cheerful the majority are not familiar with a lot of products and stock and when asked the usual response is either 'I don't know' or 'I'm new' when it should be 'I'm not familiar with that but let me go find out for you'. I also phoned an order in recently and got there to find it was never pulled and everything had to be pulled. Thankfully, the gentleman was nice enough to pull everything for me. It was a waste of time though phoning in.Overall, positive experiences this store just needs a little fine tuning.

Great store, clean, well organized, good customer service. Surprised to find home decor. I would never think to shop Tractor Supply for home decor, they have a lot of Farm House decor. Reasonably priced.The only problem is you can't see it from the street, so you do need directions.

I just want to say Ramon is such an awesome employee I went to the store on 192 in West Melbourne. I went in there to go buy a few things. And when I came out of the store my trailer had a flat tire. So I went back in the store I could not find a rim and tire to put on my trailer. So I went back outside to start making phone calls and Ramon was walking out to his car and asked me if everything was okay. I told him the situation and went back in the store with me and he went and found me a rim and tire. After I paid for it he went out and help me put my tire on. He is a great employee to tractor supply. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you!!

Tractor Supply is great. The staff is super friendly and they had the best prices I have seen on dog flea collars and pet food storage containers. Even found a couple items I had not seen elsewhere. I need to stop more often.

As we stood at the registered, wanting to ask if they carried a product we got ignored by the cashier for over 3 minutes as she was to busy admiring her friends diamond & socializing about her up coming wedding. We weren't even acknowledged until we started to walk out the door and we kept right on walking. Not good customer service.

I have used Tractor Supply for our dog's food (4 Nutrition, fantastic), and I signed up for the curb-side, touchless pickup. This was going to be extra convenient for me, because I just had a knee operation and having to lift a 45lb bag of food into my pickup was a nono. I order, the app says it's ready, I tell the app "On my way". Get to the store, hit "I'm Here", and wait...and wait...finally after a while I walk into the store, and see my dog-food sitting on a hand truck with my name on it. I show the cash register lady my app and she says "Well it doesn't show as you saying you are here." She proceeds to want to take the dog food out for me, but seeing she was 5' tall at best, I said No, I would take it. I told her the app doesn't work, and that I could've just as easily came in and bought the food but because of my knee I thought a man would be there to lift it in the truck...Needless to say not happy.

I went to get propane there and I was the absolutely worst Experience I have Had in 40 years. I had to Chase somebody down just to find out they were too busy, only 2 people in the store mind you, And then she asked of it was raining and I told her it was sprinkling and she rolled her eyes again and gave me no answer it was at that point I told her I was going somewhere else to purchase my propane to h*** with them screw them you can keep your propane and everything in the store

I arrived at 8:30 to buy some fence posts. The person in charge said the outside doors were already locked so I couldn't purchase them, even though they close at 9 pm. I guess I will take my business to a different store. I wish we had an Rural King in Brevard County.

I LOVE Tractor Supply. Like seriously, if they sold groceries, I would shop exclusively there. That being said it seems more and more at this location they are out of stock on a lot of items. My bunny only likes or will only use the Cozy N Fresh litter, TSC is the only place to buy it and they never have it in stock. It was a way better store when Chuck was there. He had great customer skills and was very knowledgeable.

Be careful ordering online for instore pickup. You will get an email when your product ships to your store. Then you will get an email that says your item has arrived. This means the item is physically at the store but not ready for pick up. You will get an email stating your item is ready to be picked up.

This is a quite little place with a good selection of work boots. My 16-year-old son just got his first job, and it's in construction. He needed boots, so he waa happy to find a style and color he liked.

I've never had a problem with this location. The employees are very helpful . Also there price s are much better then most other feed stores . No they don't have everything there not a freaking wal mart it's a small feed and tool store they can't carry everything if you need something they can order it in.

I needed a new self propelled mower and Tractor Supply had the one I wanted in stock at a good price. They didn't have one in the box but they had 2 new ones already assembled. Two gentlemen who worked there were nice enough to take down one of them and remove the hardware from the handle and fit it into the trunk of my car. If you want friendly professional service I suggest making the trip to Tractor Supply. They have a lot of excellent gift ideas for the outdoorsman in your life.
