Absolutely disgusting a vile living conditions for these poor puppies! Wire grid bottom cages are unsafe for puppies and can cause injury they're also incredibly uncomfortable. The cages they have their poor dogs crammed into are WAY TOO SMALL also. It's bad enough they're coming from puppy mills which results in poor genetic health but they're also further abusing them by shoving them into teeny tiny grid bottom cages. This store needs to change it's standards of how they treat dogs or get shut down.

1 week ago today I bought a another yorkie puppy from puppies plus. We. Also purchased another puppy 1 year ago. Christmas, we are very, very pleased with the quality of the puppies and the care that they receive while they're at the store I Highly highly recommend this pet shop and Serena. The manager is a very sweet great person to deal with.

I am not usually a fan of puppy stores like this, but these dogs seemed healthy, and the stores policy of not letting you touch the puppies until certain vaccinations seemed smart to me. Prices of puppies have skyrocketed over the years, so you may do better elsewhere while also considering adopting at a shelter. But we did see some nice pups here, and it was convenient at the mall.

I got my Yorkie at Puppies Plus and they are truly the best. I had to wait about 7 days after I purchased them but the wait was worth it. I got them a year apart.. my vet was impressed with their checkups.

Doodles, pomskys, any mix of the sort are not kc registered, so Howre you going about that one?It takes one kc research for it to tell you doodles will never be kc reg as they’re unreliable in looks and they’re never bred consistently.Getting a German shepherd puppy in Jan from a trusted reliable breeder who is health testing, temperament testing, and life long insurance.

My wife personally knows the owner and these dogs are NOT from puppy mills. They are ALL from private breeders. She actually felt safer getting our Yorkie here than from a private breeder she didn't know. We agree it's best to adopt but if you enjoy a certain breed and you can't get it then it's okay to shop. My wife has rescued hundreds of animals in her lifetime. Since she's allergic to animals she got a Yorkshire Terrier here. Jami is among the most awesome dogs in the world!! Actually, she is the most AWESOME dog in the world!

Horrible place. Tiny wire cages with no beds. They say that the puppies get adopted really fast so they are not in the cages for very long. This is no excuse for not providing beds and places to play. A grassy yard would be great. The cages are tiny with multiple dogs in them. They claim that their store is registered or authorized by the AKC. The AKC does not do that. They don't register individual stores. The place smells of urine and feces and you can smell it from several feet away from the store. They are definitely puppy mill puppies. The poor puppies are often sold sick or with emotional stress. This shows when you see the puppies circling their cages over and over. Please do not purchase from them.

Kim helped me through the process of adding 2 fur babies into the Maysonet household!! She was fantastic, she truly went above and beyond to explain the purchase process and allowed me to spend the time I needed to get to know my new babies. What impressed me the most during my last visit was that by the time I had arrived, she was already clocked out but stayed an additional hour answering my questions and concerns. Kim should be given a reward for willingly volunteering her time this past Saturday to help me understand why I couldn’t take my babies home yet. I cant wait to bring Lola and Pepe home!!! We had a great experience at Puppies Plus! Our basset hound is healthy and happy. We were helped throughout the entire sale process since we could not pick up the puppy right away because it was for a surprise.Whenever I call with a question or concern I am helped promptly and professionally. I was given pointers on training the puppy. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. I would love to go back and be able to purchase another basset one day. Thank you Puppies Plus! :-)

Sad that puppies are in cages with no padding or blanket. A couple were sitting in their bowls. And expensive—up to $3,500. They were cute!

Alanah was very helpful and answered every question I had about the puppy I chose. Also, one of the gentlemen there, but I cannot remember his name. I didn't feel rushed at all when spending time with the 2 puppies I looked at. I cannot wait to pick up my pomsky, hopefully this week!!

Got mini shnauzer here .she is lovely pup.store got all the paperwork done and vet checks before they let her go home.she seemed healthy at the store .we had to wait for home certification for about 5 days ,due to Thanksgiving time vet took a while.took pup home she did not feel well,got scared for a little one and took her to vet ,they checked her for all possible illnesses and she apparently was just stressed and had diarreah and blood in her stool because of that.nothing physically wrong with her...only thing is after spending so much on her did not expect to have this problem at all in the beginning and pay for vet....Only thing I am unhappy with is that they mixed up my papaerwork and gave me wrong pup pedigree;( I wish I could have original and official papers for my dog.

I went in twice. Was VERY interested in purchasing a puppy. On second trip in brought my family. Two young girls working there who were friendly but seemed to be chatty to each other (normal for their age) but I got the impression I was bothering them by asking so many questions. But when I’m about to spend 3k I have a lot of questions. Who wouldn’t? I asked to see a puppy and was told I couldn’t take one out unless I was ready to buy one that day. I had the money but the point is how do I know if I want to buy a puppy I’ve never got the opportunity to “meet”. For this reason I’ve been speaking directly to breeders and it has been way cheaper in price! Save yourself time and find a breeder. I never felt like I was bothering any breeder I’ve spoken to. I felt like they must get 2 million people looking to hold a puppy because of the mall location- but when someone comes in with the money and wants to see a puppy don’t give impression I’ve got to buy it or can’t take it out. I give the four stars because they do keep it very clean and the puppy’s are appearing to be well cared for. So in terms of other puppy stores this place is extremely clean and I’d recommend it if you want to shop at a puppy store. My aunt owned a Bishon from them that she had for 14 years. No problems at all with the puppy and as he grew was trained to be a therapy dog.

Horrible experience. Rushing to get me out with papers. Puppy in bad condition not even bathed.. I guess I should of known issues would come. Horrible costumer service been trying to reach a manager or supervisor for 4 days no response. I got the dog around 8pm..following day and every day after that called stating the puppy was not good. Itching uncontrollable, crying , irritated, coughing, sneezing, no response whatsover. Finally able to take to vet and they said he was not in good condition to take back to store. Girl very dimissive took the dog back not even eye contact or conversation. Call the next day to see how he is doing guy says I think he is taking antibiotics. States no text back from manager but then says oh she is here giving shots. Still no call or response after 4 days. At this point thinking if I should get money back, feel bad for the horrible conditions of the puppies. Have not heard good things about this place.

Our baby Luna just turned 6 months old this week and it just occurred to me that I did not leave a positive review for Puppies Plus. It was very difficult to find a reasonably priced cavalier In prime health for my young son. They did not disappoint and she is the joy of our life. Thank you for all that the price included and the above and beyond service. Looking forward to adding more to the family in the future.

Initial purchase was great. Took my puppy to her first visit the next day and she was diagnosed with luxation of both patellars grade 2. dropped paperwork off at the store and was told that the owner was not available and may not be due to a trip. There is a time limit on the warranty, not that I'm giving her up, but the clock stopped the day I submitted the paperwork, which was just two days after I purchased her. Awaiting a response from the owner or a representative.

I understand the negative comments come from a place of good intentions but it’s really not cool to slam someone’s business based on feelings and not knowing ANY of the facts. It is not a “puppy mill” and they do not buy from “puppy mills”. We bought a Havanese puppy from them and they were very transparent with us on her history and where she came from. She came from a reputable breeder as they all do at puppy’s plus. They were very thorough with making sure she was 100% healthy, with proof, before giving her over to us along with a 1 year guarantee against any defect what so ever. I physically watched them take some of the dogs out so they can play together in a designated area. The bottom line is this, if a family like us who were looking for a specific breed with AKC papers either go to a breeder or a puppy store. I am very glad we chose to go through puppies plus as we are very very very happy with our puppy and were very happy with their professionalism and how they run their operation

Alexi is an asset to this store. He has the patience of a saint. The associates all very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a million questions and Alexi answered all of them. We did end up getting the cutest puppy. Alexi is the definition a good customer service which has been lost in today environment.. Kudos!!!

I went into the store and there were no price listings. There was a QR code to scan and go to their website. I scan the code and go home. Go to the website, no pricing. Call the store and they say they can’t give prices over the phone. Meanwhile at the top of the website there is a link that says easy financing. I click on it and the first thing it asks is “How much do you want to finance?” Well how the hell am I supposed to know? I made need some and I may not it would depend on the price 🤪 Oh well they lost out on at least a few Gs they were about to get from me. I’m going somewhere where they tell you the price of the thing they are selling. This store is dumb.

Backyard breeders or puppy mills aren't able to supply you with AKC pedigree papers . That's what I got when I bought a Maltese puppy from puppies plus a year ago. Most beautiful healthiest dog I've had, the dog came with papers proving that it came from a breeder with paper showing the family history going back 16 Generations to me that's not a backyard breeder. I have the name of the breeder and did some research on them yes it is business but ran very well I'm very happy with my purchase. A lot of people say it's better to adopt I will agree, but if you're looking for a specific size or breed dog this is the place to go. and you get what you pay for.

I promise the staff are nothing but friendly. I was happy that the have a safety precaution before handling any puppies. I look forward to taking my pup home.

Well, I want to say that at the beginning everything was fine and the staff was really friendly and efficient. When we decided to get our dog from them it was because a friend of us got one from this store and everything was smooth and they had an excellent experience. However, since April when I decided to go and get a puppy from them and to this day (May11,2021) and keeps going because their updated was that probably on Friday the dog will be clear from the vet, I still don’t get the puppy. I was able to finance my puppy, but on this month (May) it will be my first payment and I still don’t have my puppy. The problem is that the store said when we bought it that they need to make some test to the puppy so we can take it home and we agree because we wanted the puppy to be safe and healthy. However, at the time of sale the salesperson told us, it will take one to two weeks which we agree. It’s been more than two weeks and every time they call us they say the puppy is still not clear and still comes positive for parasites. I want to say they follow up with us , but two or three times I had to call them because it was already 5 pm and they won’t call me. I’m just a little concern about this because it makes you doubt. I agree that they can take their time to make sure their puppies get out of the store healthy and safe, but I think they may need to arrange the way how they sell this dog because they may need to do all the their follow ups with the vet before putting them available for the costumers and also tell your costumers that it could take a month or more to release the puppies, so the costumer can make a decision of continuing with the purchase or not. I hope I can get my puppy which it is a Golden Retriever this week. My wife and I, even took two weeks off from work so we can adapt him to the house and my other dogs, but our puppy was not able to come home within those weeks. I will give them 2 starts for now, I hope everything gets resolve and the puppy comes safe and healthy.

I've been working with animals for over 10 years now. Everyone in the rescue industry AND reputable breeding industry KNOW that reputable breeders will absolutely not sell to pet stores. I know it's a quick way to get a puppy you want, but it's worth the wait and investment of researching a good breeder who does health testing and only has a few litters a year. It will be around the same price anyway. Reputable breeders will also guarantee their puppies against any health issues. This is obviously a puppy mill situation and these puppies are gotten from backyard breeders. Good breeders charge what this place charges, so either rescue a pup or do your research and find a good breeder. Not to mention the puppies here look sick, undersocialized and stressed. Theyre not meant to be kept in small cages with no bedding and barely any human or animal socialization, no matter "how quickly they end up getting adopted." It's so sad but the only way to shut places like these down is to stop buying from them. Do your research and spend your money on a breeder looking to better the breed you want. Just because a few people get lucky and get healthy pups from here, it's just not worth the risk of possibly getting a sick puppy with poor genetics or offering your support for places like this.
