Virginia did a great job with Tinker. He was all clean and trimmed the way I like. No stress for him - all went well.The only think I do not like is the signature I give covers their right to take photos of my pet and use them any way they want. Seriously? Ridiculous that the only way they will groom my dog is if I give them rights to use my dog’s photo.WARNING: if you have a really cute dog, you may one day see him or her on advertising for PetSmart without any foreknowledge, permissions or compensation.

I love PetSmart grooming! Carrie is the Best! She always listens to my grooming needs and requests and is very gentle with my dog. Grooming is a very difficult occupation. It's back breaking work, but Carrie makes it look easy. I have never had cause to complain over the 7 years I have been taking my shih tzu to PetSmart for grooming. I would definitely recommend PetSmart for your grooming needs and even more so, Carrie, for her amazing work!

I will use this service repeatedly!We're full-time RVers, so reviews are important. We were located on Patrick AFB and my 2 yorkies needed grooming. I chose this location bc if the good reviews about A groomer named Virginia. I contacted her ahead of time to discuss some particulars about my dogs. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and accomadating. At the appt, she was ready and very nice to chat with.She groomed my dogs perfectly. My dogs enjoyed the experience. They pranced around all evening long, as if to say, "I'm so pretty".🙂

We took out to rambunctious boys for grooming, our schnauzer sometime gets a bit overstimulated at the groomers, they were both calm and relaxed. The hair cut was spot on....
