It was a struggle didn’t know how to handle Luna the pit-bull due to her situation! With Ms. kim’s help we have been able to diligently control Luna and has shown amazing improvement since we started! I see a new dog and I’m so glad we had ms. Kim to help with all corrections. Came here for a large fish tank and stand that we needed ASAP after ours cracked in the night. Luckily they had exactly one in stock that fit our needs. I went to the register to find someone who could help us and was told to push the button back by the fish, so I did. The older woman who came to aid us was immediately rude. She expressed her frustration that she had to walk across the store to the button when she just came from where she'd need to get a trolley. I was just following instructions. She was then very unfriendly while helping us load the tank (floor model). When I expressed concern about what I thought was a crack, she became exasperated and basically told me it was nothing. She then acted like I was making her life difficult when I asked her to look at it closer. It was just some silicone so we continued with the sale. She rushed us to the register and throughout the loading process. I'm honestly surprised something didn't get broken in the process. The tank and stand are great; the service was terrible and I got the impression that the check out girl was embarrassed by the lack of customer service exhibited by this team member. Do not recommend. I'll stick to Petco in the future.

Like the variety of special food they offer. Grooming services have been wonderful. The Petsmart off of Evans Road has worked out perfectly over the years of going. Alex has been Zeus’s groomer and we have been really happy with the service 🌼🌺🌸

Less than pleasant Check-In Experience with Grooming Services.My first visit to this PetSmart location for my puppy's grooming service. Despite the brief encounter, the staff member’s demeanor was less than welcoming, leaving me unsure about leaving my pet in their care. I believe a positive atmosphere is a must in a pet care facility and hope this feedback encourages a friendlier environment for all.

The staff was non-responsive and not exactly helpful. We went in with our senior dog looking for soft treats. We asked the associate for help after we walked around aimlessly for several minutes. She told us that our only option was "down there" - we went "down there" and the only thing we found was raw hide!

We've gone to PetSmart twice for grooming and both times they neglected the ears and nails of our dog, saying that they 'couldn't get around to grinding the dog's nails or plucking their ears'. Ear plucking is very important for this breed.We've tried to do a good job on our own, but twice after their grooming our dog has ended up with ear infections before our next scheduled grooming. So now we're taking the dog to the vet to do her ears properly, costing even more, and will no longer continue visiting PetSmart Groomers.Anyone have a line on good, local groomers?

Had my Miniature Schnauzer groomed at this location today.Pros: Lots of availability and friendly staff. Cons: My dog’s haircut looks unfinished. For paying $77 I had hoped the cut would have turned out better.It’s difficult to see in the photos, but it looks like they just stopped trying about halfway through his face. I get it that dogs can get antsy during cuts, although we’re usually told he does quite well during grooming. But if this was the case for this particular appointment, I feel like we should have been told so our expectations would be set.

Saw an ad on TV for a Holiday Special $20 off when you spend $100, and well, since our dog food cost nearly that, we took advantage and also stocked up on some toys for Christmas. We also discovered a great deal on Tidy Cats litter better than Chewy, so double score!

There is a very amazing person named Carrie that will absolutely take care of any of your pets in the grooming department just ask for her. She will not only love cuddle spoil your canine companion but also she always provides spectacular results!!!

I just bought (two) 2 bags of purina pro + with joint care. I found huge bugs in the bags. My dogs bags food are not left opened. They are contained in closed containers. I am so upset. I put them in ab closed garbage bag and tossed them. I sprayed the container with alcohol and sealed the container. How horrible, I will never purchase food there again. I usually purchase from Chewy. But I got 2(two) small bags to insure my girl liked it. I am so disappointed in so many ways.

Clean, orderly and convenient. You can buy exactly what your pet eats instead of paying for the packaging of all differentthings he doesn't like that will only go to waste.This is where I do my shopping when it comes to my beloved cats. Both of my cats were adopted from Petsmart. Thank you.

I go for the aquarium department. It's very good. Their tanks are clean and well maintained. The fish selection is varied and healthy. Plus, the decor and tank choices are huge with good sales a lot. I'm there often and look forward to seeing new stuff. Plus, it gives me a reason to go to Chico's for lunch. All around, a fun time is had! Very helpful and knowledgeable about fish, btw.
