The staffers including Taylor are very friendly understanding and love our dogs. AND it shows! The dogs are good around them. Clara and Tia Maria really are happy going to these grommers and I appreciate the kindess and understanding they exhibit to the dogs.

Rebecca has been grooming JD since his first appointment after his first shots in 2021. She is an outstanding dog groomer or as we call her JD’s Fur stylist! She takes excellent care of my furbaby, JD’s coat is always shining , his teeth sparkling, his ears clean, and his paws pads are all wellMaintained. I'm beyond pleased with the wonderful job she does. Thanks to Rebecca, JD always leaves the salon looking and feeling his best. Highly recommended!

The service on the grooming department is always great. The team is very friendly and you can see they enjoy taking care of our dogs.The only bad thing is that you cannot book for all services online and they never answer the phone. I'm glad this time they called me back to schedule the appointment

I wish I could give this experience, and store itself, more than 5 stars 🌟! When my fur baby hears "Petco" and "Kassandra" she gets sooo excited! She knows she's about to see people who love loving on her, and maybe even a treat! I'm so grateful for them there!

If I could give them no stars I would. I booked an appointment to have my dog groomed two months in advance. I wrote on the pre check that she had a history of seizures. I walked into the appointment and they told me that they couldn’t groom her due to the seizure history and not actively being on medication even though her last seizure was more than a few years ago. Very unprofessional staff and unorganized facility. Two months to review her paperwork and ask about the medication but they wait until I walk in the door to tell me they can’t do it.

Grooming with Petco is a bit expensive and after his normal groomer left, he was always damp when we picked him up or wet, not soaking but we had to towel dry more than a few times.

Our groomer Gabby does a fantastic job grooming our girl. She is 13 now and going to the salon is not her favorite, but Gabby does a great job at making her as comfortable as possible and cuts her perfectly! She takes her time to listen to our requests and read through all her notes. She is fantastic and we will continue to use her services in the future:)

Do not waste your time or money! I brought my 10 month old Yorkie mix here to be groomed on 2 different occasions. Both times I was told they were unable to groom her because she was too scared and wouldn’t hold still. They ended up only giving her a bath and I was charged 60$. That is a ridiculously expensive bath that I could’ve done myself. After the first time this happened I would’ve expected them to call me and let me know the situation instead of charging me so much for nothing again. They suggested I get sedation meds from the Vet so I did. I tried to make another appointment with them but they never answer the phone and did not return 2 messages I left them. Apparently you can only book online. So I took my dog to another groomer and she said my dog was fine. Just normal puppy behavior so the sedation wasn’t necessary. They just have no patience at Petco. I highly recommend going to see Alex at Fabulous Furr Dog Grooming instead. She is amazing!

Susan is just the greatest! She and the team always greet my pup by name even when we just come into shop and don’t have a grooming appointment! Everyone there really just loves their job and you can tell! They always take extra care in cutting his hair perfectly, and he just looks so cute after! I’m so thankful for this Petco team!!

I am so very pleased with Taylor. She is always excited to see my Copper. She fusses and loves on him. What mom doesn't want to leave their puppy with someone you know loves him too. He comes back to me happy,soft, short toe nails and smelling good. The honest truth though is that Taylor is why we come back.

Our dogs nails look great. No sharp edges and cut nice and short. The groomer who helped us, though, went above and beyond!! Our dog Mystery, got very nervous when we entered the store and somehow got out of her harness. Our groomer (sorry I didn't catch her name), came right over when she saw us struggling. She sat down on the floor and Mystery came right over and nuzzled her so we were able to get the harness tightened and put back on her. She was absolutely amazing!!

Becky, our groomer, is the BEST. Not only does she do a beautiful job of grooming Vanna, but she has worked dilligently to calm Vanna's fears of having anything done to her face. She's also been very thoughtful of the distance I drive and makes every effort to schedule Vanna when the traffic on the 95 is low. We love Rebecca.

When we drop our pup off with Rebecca, we know that she will be safe and given the best care. Our Wilson was a rescue who was neglected and not trusting of strangers at all. We brought him to Sarah for his first grooming and have been bringing him to her(even when she was working in Viera) ever since. She is caring, efficient and always has a kind word even if he acts out a little. Firmness is sometimes needed. We would not think of taking our Wilson to anyone else.

I took both my pups to get their nails trimmed and I was happy but it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I’ve being calling for the past two weeks different times to get someone to answer I even left a voicemail with someone in customer service which was a bit rude too and never got a call back like the girl said they would call. This is the reason why I’m giving a bad review they should have a better answering service, since online it’s difficult to make appointment just for nail trimming.

I tried to call and get my mother's dog an appointment but due to his age, they denied taking him. But they didn't ask that question in the original line up. I offered the information after she made the appointment already. I dislike that, extremely. And all the other local groomers are booked. No wonder you always have openings
