🍄 Reinaldo 🍄 is by far the best Pet Groomer that we have ever had. He will always be our go to from now on for both or small Shih-Tzus Buddy & Bonnie. He recently cut my boy dog’s hair and did everything I asked for. He made me feel comfortable with the process and even followed up after the cut to ensure he got everything. Petco Grooming is a great place just make sure you choose the right people!!!

First visit with my husky for de shed and wash. Came out great, did amazing job on his pads and we will definitely be back. Will be asking for the same groomer so hope he is there. Very positive, quick and efficient service.

We walked in for a Nail trim and The groomer, Joe was very accommodating and said he could also do a bathe for our dog. We were very please as our dog’s nails had gotten very long. We will bring our dog , Chuck to see Joe again . We traveled from Mims to Viera because we were very unhappy with the Titusville location.

Reinaldo was our groomer today. Our goldendoodle, Kai, is a friendly but a SUPER high energy pup. Not the easiest pup to wrangle. This was his first groom. Reinaldo took the time to learn about Kai and gave him the attention he needed. I was so nervous about taking our pup for his first groom, but so glad I found this groomer. Our boy was happy and healthy leaving and Reinaldo gave us updates along the way and reassured us many times. We will be coming back for years to come. 5 stars ++++

Horrible discrimination. My dogs nails are getting too long. All we asked for was a nail trim. By a professional. So it wouldn’t hurt for her to walk on concrete. They denied service due to her being over 12 years old. She is a very healthy vibrant dog. How could u say no to this dog. And not help her. Don’t go to corporate businesses if possible. They don’t care about u or your pet.

Your staff went over and above to assist me. I needed to have my dogs nails clipped but did not have his shot records with me. My fault they called my old vet.(My fault.) The they looked up the telephone nuber for my new vet and called them. This saved me a lot of time and trouble. Kudos to your staff!

Lady at the front desk was pleasant and also informative. She made my pet feel comfortable and explained the grooming process so I knew when I could expect to pick up my pet. My pet's cut was superb! He looked like a show dog. He was also happy when I picked him up.

Groomer (long dark hair pulled back in pony tail) was not at all friendly. We specifically told her that we wanted his hair long enough to not show any pink skin because of the FL sun. He is white and susceptible to skin cancer if burned. She showed us the stock paper on hair length...we wanted it short, but long enough to protect him. He is skinned! His whole body is pink. His eyelashes are gone, his nose was red and irritated along the length. We believe she did what was fast and convenient for her...not our pet. He is a therapy dog and even she said he was really good. My husband was livid and her response was that she did what we wanted. We use Petco when traveling and it has always been positive until now. She should not be grooming or interacting with dogs. He looks a disaster and she was unfriendly. Hope she is not allowed to harm any more beloved pets!

My request was to clip my dog's claws. The employee at the desk was very friendly, helpful and attentive. My dog was attentive and not emotionally upset. The claws are well clipped except for the right front paw! This nail is very long today.

The groomer that was working Sara is amazing!! I've been in there a few times and her recommendations have been spot on from shampoo, brushes to a way to thin out my dogs butt hair! I actually only use the dog washing station that they have but she's always answered my questions and been super helpful!

Sara and the grooming staff are the best and we feel so comfortable knowing that our Chocolate miniature schnauzer named Cocoa is in their care. My husband dropped my Shepherd/Husky mix off at 3pm for her appointment. The groomer called us at 6:30pm and stated that (1) our dog wasn't completely dry because she didn't handle the blow dryer well and (2) she was unable to deshed our dog. My husband promptly went to pick her up, and he was told that the groomer didn't have time to deshed the dog despite her being there for over 3.5 hours. All she did was bathe our dog, which is a far cry from what we wanted. She really needed to be deshedded and have her nails trim (which weren't done either). When he got her, she was very wet and didn't look brushed at all. He paid $69 (after the 20% coupon) for just a bath for our dog. We are really upset about this experience.

We LOVE Petco grooming in Viera. Our English bulldog gets so excited when she realizes we are headed to Petco. She loves her groomer and gets so excited to see her. We have been taking our bulldog there for years now and get five star service everytime!
