Love this PetCo and the amazing grooming staff . They have always been so friendly and have taken great care of my baby girl. My goldendoodle looks forward to our visits with them and all the pets and love she gets from staff.

The grooming staff is incompetent to most standards. If your dog doesn’t stand there with its tail between their legs, they don’t care to do their grooming. My fault I went there on a busy day to get my dog groomed, and he is a two-year-old boy. He needs to be told what to do, which should be a part of the job. So they cancel my dog from every Petco.

My initial experience in the store was very pleasant as usual but unfortunately the employee that checked us out made a complete mess out of a simple even exchange. Fortunately, I went in the following day and the manager Duane was able to fix everything beyond my expectation! Duane was amazing with everything. That location is very lucky to have him as a manager.

The two people working the customer service and cashier area were extremely helpful when I came to the store a $10 online credit. They went above and beyond especially the woman. She did everything to track the order and assure I got the credit back to my account. Also the customer service agent on the phone was very professional and helpful in assuring I was issued the credit. I was very satisfied with both of these employees who work for Petco. Will definitely shop there for all my pet needs.Kenneth Shaw

I would have given 5 stars, but I looked online for a dog crate for a puppy. It said they had it for pickup this day but didn't have the same size after I got there the same day. Ended up getting what my firbaby needed elsewhere, so I could sleep in bed.

The female employee was rude and disrespectful. My husband and I were interested in both the ferrets when I asked if we could hold them she told me no they only let possible buyers hold them an walked away. She never asked me if I wanted to purchase them nothing just assumed and walked away. We will never come back here and they lost a $800 sale because of an employee that couldn’t take the time to help us or answer any questions we had.

Terrible customer service. I came to Petco today and there were only 2 customers in the store so I went to the 2 cashiers at the front and asked for help to buy a fish. I was told they would be there shortly. 20 min later I was still waiting so I walked to the front of the store again and the 2 employees were still at the front rearranging and restocking. At this point, I was the only customer in the store yet they could not be bothered to help me. I will not be back to Petco if this is how they treat customers.

Excellent team members,friendly customer service, and very clean. I, however, have a bearded dragon for which I go and get crickets for every few days, I would appreciate it if there were more pre loaded bags of crickets when I came in. Some days they have them, some days they don't. Hence, 4 stars, and not 5. I will continue to shop here though because of the people though. Good job Petco!

Love all the employees. We come here weekly for training and our stubborn Teddy Roosevelt Rat Terrier actually listened to the trainer. The trainer was like a magic man. She helped us through everything. Also just shopping is great, very clean for a pet store. Everything has it's place! Plus the animals are super cute!

After spending over $100 on a bag of dog food and a toy I see a "public user fee" call to find out this is for the "upkeep of the hammock shopping plaza."I'm sorry ? Honestly it's not about the extra fee , it's the principle. Things like that go back to the owner. Not your customers. It's a scam to make more money so I will not be supporting Petco or any other stores in the area. Funny how it's not noted anywhere , they just casually put it on there. I don't know who needs to hear this but it is not on your customers to pay for the upkeep of a place they already pay and support a establishment. Didn't get the cashier's name because I could careless but she was rude and talked over me. Maybe they can use the money to buy better attitudes for their employees .

Staff that started helping us with our fish and accessory’s, looked very sloppy. (Unshaven, clothes looked dirty, & not very resourceful on knowledge of fish). My wife and I both questioned if he really worked there but later did find out he was in fact a staff member.

Every time I try to get my dogs nails cut at this location unfortunately they are too booked and too busy to take my dog for a nail cut. I have tried four different occasions. It makes it not even worth it to have the reward program. If you can’t even get your dogs nails cut but if I go online and sign up for a bath, they’re able to squeeze the dog in for appointments. I went there early this morning at 10:20 to see if I can get my dogs nails cut and the tech explained to me that there’s nobody available to take the dog and I could probably come back tomorrow. I decided to drive to Viera because I’m getting frustrated that my local Petco can never assist me I’m getting my dogs mouth cut. At the Viera location there was only two groomers this morning and they were very happy to help me get my dog nails cut. It took five minutes and they went back to assisting appointments that they already had. So now, when I need to get my dogs nails cut, I will drive the 30 minutes to Viera, even though there is a location that is five minutes away from my house. I just want to express how several people that I know that go to that location can never be assisted.

Great Place. Everyone treats Bugsy Like he's a celebrity and fight to get a chance to groom him or even pet him. Every single employee stops what their doing to come over and say hi. Thank you all for loving Bugsy the way you do.

Went in today to get crickets and other things. They took 20+ minutes, turns out no one was getting my crickets. Even when I asked them first and paid for them at the register (like they told me to do).The nice person at the register helped me after I mentioned that I was waiting for so long. Almost all workers (which were quite a lot) seemed lazy and did not care about customers. I walked out frustrated and disappointed.

Well, hi-diddly-ho, neighborinos! I can't help but notice the doodly-sweet prices at this store, they're just dandy! But, oh golly, every time I scoodily-scoot in and out, I get a case of the frownie-wownies seeing the employees. Not a whole lot of smile-diddly-iles, and that just tells my diddly that they might be work-a-doodling a tad too hard. Now, I don't point my finger-diddly-inger at them, no siree. It's the higher-ups, the management and the district manager-doodly, that need a friendly neighborino talk. I'm praying for a change-a-roo for these fine folks; I want to see them happy as clams, spreading cheer like jelly on toast. So come on, leaders, let's do the neighborly thing and make things better-diddly-etter for everyone!

Stores website is the biggest pain to use. To get best price you have to order online for curbside pick up. Half the time website crashes and it will not compete the order. Great staff they understand and apply online order discounts in store.

There is always a fecal trail leading into this place. Dogs have to poo, I get it, but then people walk through it and the whole entrance is dotted with tracks of poo. Just makes me not want to go anywhere near there. The times I have braved it, they have plenty of pet stuff for whatever you have, just mind the spots as you head in.

Petco has a good selection of cat, dog, small animal, and fish items. Our local store offers grooming and vet services which makes it easy to get a check up and shop for pet essentials in one place. They can be a little pricey but the pet rewards card is a good deal offering lower prices for items and cash off rewards.

LOVE the groomers here. As an owner of a large, long-haired senior dog, I have had more than a few groomer horror stories, but these guys are absolutely wonderful. All of the grooming staff is super nice and accommodating. Gabbie is our go to and always treats my dog like her own, but all of the staff are great!As far as the Petco itself, it's pretty standard. I haven't had any issues. I buy food and treats from there all the time.

I do not recommend fish from this Petco. We learned that their source modifies them genetically for color, which caused growth disorders for both of the glo fish we bought and, sadly, we watched them deteriorate and eventually die in an aquarium with excellent water conditions and all other fish remaining healthy. It was very unfortunate and lesson learned.

Rebecca is the best doodle groomer around. She listens to the owners and builds a rapport with the animals. She makes them feel comfortable and takes the time needed. I wouldn't take my goldendoodle to anyone else. Everyone in the store is always kind and helpful.

Wow,,thank you Tiffany!Story: I called for a last minute procedure. Tiffany answered, said yes, but by the time I arrived she only had minutes before closing. Kindly she took care of my Harley Girl with a smile. Tiffany is super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. While Tiffany was busy I had time to chat with Lauren and ask some questions about Petco. She was also very friendly and knowledgable.
