The store has good variety of things for animals. The staff and managers have been helpful. The staff filled my online orders swiftly. The lack of grass and poop bags are the main issues for me as a pet store. Overall my experiences have been okay.

My boxer dog is an 8 months old puppy and has been difficult with food … I came to your store and asked for guidance to one of your employees… it was a young man and he suggested some type of food rather than some other, he took the time to review the ingredients and helped me to understand the difference from grown puppies and adult food… he was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and patient. Thank you to you young man… I don’t remember your name but you are awesome because the food you suggested has gotten the attention of my pup… he has been eating the new food without me begging… I still cannot believe the change of food worked so well. READ THIS BEFORE GROOMINGHold on hold on you got to be kidding me. Grooming at petco is a scam first they charge you for bath and hair cut for a standard price right. Then they charge you for material? So listen to this just because you pay for a bath don't mean you get shampoo with that. You pay for the cut right this girl come and tell me they charge for sharpening the scissor 👁 👁. Bro I almost lost it after that but no there's more she come and says that the blower " the blower" takes material charge too. You know why because they say this because they got to use it. The blower don't run on material unless you talking about the connection because if you do it sound like you charge me for a light bill to.

This store is further away from our house than another Petco, but the selection is always better AND the prices are lower. So it just makes sense for us to make the drive from Palm Bay up to Viera for the selection and price.

Reinaldo took my puppy in for her first grooming service! He was very sweet to her and gave her lots of pets. He explained the whole process before I left. I highly recommend Reinaldo to do your dogs grooming service at Petco!😊

Super unhelpful people that work here. Don't ask for help if you have children. Trying to expose my child to a ferret before I committ to getting one. It's a huge committment and a financial committment as well. The lady with the half dyed hair wont help you. Everything is a liability and she said don't have waivers.....trying to be a responsible mother and pet owner.....she also stated someone wanted to get the ferrets out to see if their child would have a reaction and she...specifically this employee....said no. This is RIDICULOUS. Very strange petco. Never experienced this before.

Great Place! Clean and Professional. Customer Service was amazing. Everyone was very informative and willing to explain the needs of the animals. Jeff really stood out as he went over and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great store. Would highly recommend.

No one was in that store to lend assistance! I needed canine first aid supplies. Asked the first associate I saw to just point me to the right aisle. She said I was interrupting her dog class (with one person) and to ask someone up front. No one was up front. I found what I needed and was looking for someone to check me out. Another team member came walking down the aisle, and with my hands full of unpaid merchandise, asked me”do you need help with something?”. I said yes, I’d like to purchase these products. She made a comment effectively telling me she wasn’t on duty, but I guess would do me the favor of letting me buy my stuff. Well, be assured I won’t bother them again.

If I could give this Petco a 0 star I would. To start off the employees were very rude. And also for the care that's done with the vaccines and more with a supposed to be licensed veterinarian.... when I asked for a specific signature from a liscended vet that I need done for all my Service Animals records. They would not sign so I did not go through with the service, which to me is proof of a non licensed vet. In the past I never had a problem with this. So to warn people about this to make sure the vet that is touching your fur babies to make sure they are licensed and to show proof. Because they would not at this time.

I've always had a good experience at all Petcos. At times, it can be just a LITTLE difficult to find an employee to help (short-staffed?) at this particular store, but other than that, I've found the store clean, well organized, easy to find stuff, quality products, and friendly employees!

Thank you Vivian! I stopped in today because I have a sick kitty with bad digestive issues and took her to the vet but after hours of researching I knew I had to start with getting her on a high quality protein diet but minimal ingredients because she could have food allergies and the foods the vets recommended and hills science is not great at all even though vets recommended it. So I asked the girl working in the store she said let me get the expert ..Vivian was amazing she agreed with me that that food the vets recommended were not good and she showed me the top of the line foods and explained why they would be good for my cat she was so knowledgeable and I know a lot from all my research but she knew much more! I told her she should be a pet nutritionist! Which is very important because the food we feed our pet babies is everything ! So I got the Nulo cat food and a few other to try as per her recommendations . As soon as I got home and gave my cat the new food she instantly felt better and was acting herself again! It was amazing!! She hasn’t been eating much and hiding for weeks she ate all her food and laid with me and purring 👍 Thank you Vivian for going above and beyond I will be shopping in that store for my pet needs and will always ask for Vivian! Give her a raise!

Best store ever. The girl who helped me move from Oregon about 6 months ago. SHE NEEDS A RAISE. SHE is so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I'm horrible with names but I know she's the only girl that moved from Oregon. She is amazing. I'll be back just to learn more from her about my Beardies..

It's fairly hit or miss these days. Maybe they will have the dry food today. Maybe they will have the canned food. Maybe they will have litter today. I have preferred brands and it's always a toss up whether my cats will get what they need.There's a push these days for customers to sign up for some club that has a monthly fee. It stinks standing in line listening to the long spiel they have to do.

Brandi did an amazing job with my pitbull Neo, it was his first time getting groomed and he smelled sooo good and his fur was fluffy and he seemed to really like the staff. They took such good care of my baby. They also had amazing customer service. I recommend getting your dog groomed here.

I highly recommend petco for your puppy training. Kat is our instructor, she is very knowledgeable about any puppy behavior issues. She is patient and fun to work with. She has helped with potty training, teething, and basic commands. Our puppy is 14 weeks and already knows sit, down, come, roll over and sit at your side. Can't wait to start the next set of classes!!!

The Manager and cashiers are awesome.I needed litter for my cat .When I stopped in what I needed was in a pile of other merchandise wrapped up in a tall pallet. I stopped in after work and needed to get on home........hopefully with the litter,The manager was unloading another pallet, I ask him about the litter I needed.He went to the pallet and unloaded it to where the litter was.He went out of his way during a busy time to help me.When he could have said come back later,like some places I have been.Thank you I really appreciate what he did. You are luck to have this out going ,friendly individual , because now days,in some businesses customer service is not what it use to be.
