As a snowbird, I have used the self serve dog wash twice and been very pleased both times. Today, I used a self serve dog wash in a similar type store in Chicago and this one is Melbourne is absolutely super! The people helped, the tub was clean and it was an enjoyable experience for me ( sorry, dog was not thrilled!) and having had a disaster experience today in Chicago I now know that Pet Supermarket is to be commended!! See you next winter!

Went to dog bath. Great place for washing your dogs. Low priced. Only thing was how dirty the floors are. Like they hadn't been swept or vacuumed in days. Other then that the employees were nice and helpful and the store seemed to be well stocked with pet supplies.

This store is new but it’s so clean and the employees are extremely kind and helpful. All of the animals look well taken care of and the store is always looking spectacular. I can’t wait to see how this store and its employees grow.

Amazing customer service. I came in for dog food and the gentleman working went and got it for me, carried it to the register and then to my car. Such a help with 3 small kids!! Thank you!

We went to a number of different pet stores looking for fish and supplies, and this store was by FAR the best! Not only was the entire staff super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, but the store was also the cleanest and the animals seemed happier and better cared for.

Purchased a Russian Tortoise and it had shell damage and covered in feces and hadn't been cleaned since it was brought there I believe biased on how much there was and how crusted it was... This store may appear new and nice but the team members appear to not care, Spoke to the Assistant Manager she was very concerned and told me she was going to tell her boss and look into why this poor tortoise was neglected by their staff.
