Staff is friendly knowledgeable and listen to your needs. They ask questions to better understand your pets needs. The manager Kevin is great. Definitely recommend this Pet Supermarket over all the others in the area

Went to this location yesterday Tuesday February 6th around 430pm. My children and I were shopping and my 6year old son knocked over a small display. Employee was extremely rude. I told her what happened and she said, I know! And actually cursed at me, under her breath when I was walking away. When I confronted her, she didnt even deny it. I asked for a manager and she was just as rude. Told me, we don't usually have people knocking over our stuff. All the while I was working on picking it up. After fixing structure I left never to return again. Unbelievable how we were treated.

I LOVE Pet Supermarket, as I used to work for them! They are a great company with very good core values. The lack of customer service has gone down a tad, but it's probably a generational thing. The location of this Pet Supermarket is great. It's also very clean and well taken care of. The employees are mediocre attitudes are mediocre. You can tell they don't really want to work, but moreso "have to work". Overall though, it's a nice store.

Love this place got our new baby from them. And he is beautiful also got some toys for my dog buster. Love their treat program sign up and save some money and earn points to get free things doesn't get any better.

Always an awesome place to go for all my pets needs. Worms, crickets , cat food and treats. There's also a wide variety of fish and fish supplies for your tank needs. Employees are very helpful and friendly staff.. always a great experience every visit.. and nice it's close to home...

If you have a cat, they sell the best cat toy in existence: it's called "Da Bird".It's two large feathers attached to a string on a stick, but at the head of the feather part, there is a fishing swivel - essentially, it allows the feathers to spin while it travels through the air and it sounds and seems JUST LIKE A BIRD! :DOur cats absolutely love it. They are so-so with other toys, but will play with this for hours. If you have a cat, do them a solid and get them "Da Bird" today! And if not, it also makes an awesome gift for the cat lover in your life! (;

I got a bunny on 2/13/22 and he passed away 2/18/22. Nothing happened that I know of. He acted just fine. Not sure if he was sick or not. I’m just heartbroken.

These stores are usually not crowded, and even if they are the staff still manages to find time for me. I don't have to hunt someone down. The last few times I've been into this store I was greeted, helped and even thanked for shopping there (which isn't required obviously, but is nice to hear). I don't usually make it all the way around the store with every visit because if I did I would go broke! The parts of the store I do manage to experience have been well stocked and clean, and it's not hard to get what I need and get going. I've been very happy with the liveliness of the crickets! Lately that has been an issue for me from all different pet stores, chains and stand alone stores, but feeder bugs here have been great! Just a good store to pop into if you need supplies, a new buddy or just want something different to do 👍 PS. Halloween crab is doing awesome!

I was in here this past Friday with my young son. I was only running in to grab one thing, which always turns into my little guy wanting to see all of the animals. On our walk through the store the assistant manager joined us and spent so much time walking around with us and letting my son see and interact with different animals, teaching him their names and things they eat. We didn’t ask for his assistance but the time he took with us was so amazing. My boy, like most young ones has a lot of questions and a lot of energy and the assistant manager was so calm and patient and cool with all of it. It was really a sweet, pleasant experience. He also spent a long time talking with me about the fish and habitats which I’ve been wanting to set back up for years but haven’t felt confident in doing so [my last tank was a sad disaster!].As we were finishing up one of the other associates working that night, a really sweet young lady, came and took the Quaker parrot out for my son to see. This was particularly special because my son is super afraid of birds but he got this super calm and pleasant interaction that alleviated his phobia and had him begging me to buy one 😂 such a win! She was also so patient and let him have all the time he wanted with that bird.They are so amazing. I can’t rate their customer service high enough nor can I give fridays experience enough stars. I wish I knew their names to properly credit them, but hopefully they see this and they know who they are! Thank you so much!We are definitely gonna be back for everything our cat and future pets need AND to finally set up a fish tank again.

This was my first time here. I adopted a cat and needed some supplies.Very nice and extremely clean store. Large variety of items for most common pets. They had birds and rabbits on display. I was able to find what I needed.Good customer service. I joined their points club because I'll definitely go back. Oh and it's right next to Publix so that too is a plus.

Currently shopping around for new puppy supplies. Ive shopped online and in several different chain stores. Although everyone at every store was nice and all the stores clean enough and well stocked, Pet Supermarket had all that and slightly lower prices and way cuter toys and dog bowls. I wish it was closer to me because I prefer to look for my pet supplies here. Everyone is nice, its easy to shop, clean and a much better selection of products.

They have a great selection of fresh water fish - the tanks are clean and the fish are healthy. The gentleman who helped us pick out our latest fish family members was very knowledgeable and very helpful.We’ve had the fish over two weeks now and none of them have died and they are adjusting very well to their new home. We hope to have them for a few years to come.we received great service at the checkout as well.

Friendly staff, able to help me a lot.Got my Betta and all the supplies for her and she's doing great! Was able to grab some toys for my sugar glider and he's been having lots of fun with them! Definitely will be back

I take my children here often. Both my children are special needs in different ways. Each time we are there the crew treats us very well and I have too say that the small animals are very awesome too. I do wish they had more small animals like lizards, mice and etc. We very much like this pet store.

EXTREMELY poor customer service! I’ve never been into THIS store, even though it’s closest to home I always end up at a different pet store. Today after going into this store for the first time I appreciate that I ALWAYS forget it’s there! I dropped my pup off at her groomers and thought I would get her a new harness for when I picked her up. I walked and and didn’t LOVE any of the choices bet kept looking until I chose one (hung on the hook at 18.99). I took it to the Register and the cashier said it would be $30+, I said, no that’s not right (thinking he was kidding around as some cashiers do). He said again that the total is correct as the harness was $28.99. I said that isn’t correct it’s hung on a peg for 18.99. He followed me to show him, he saw it and walked back to the register calling the manager up front. As he told her “she said this is 18.99 but it is ringing 28.99” (like he didn’t just walk over to see it for himself). The manager goes to look and says that’s for xsmall not medium. (Granted it wasn’t the first peg as xsmalls are generally hung on, it was the 3rd back as mediums are generally hung on). The cashier looks at me and says “YOU read the wrong tag”. No, no I didn’t, more than one MEDIUM was hung on the peg at 18.99 and he saw it for himself but now that the manager is involved it’s totally my fault for not reading closely enough. That’s all beside the fact that for the print I selected there was ZERO price tags for ANY size that said 28.99. YOU stocked the shelf wrong or didn’t change your stickers, don’t talk down to a customer when YOU looked at the same spot it was picked from and saw it priced as 18.99 for yourself. So between the cashier grossly trying to make it my issue and the manager not even trying to help I walked away. No “I’m sorry that’s been hung incorrectly” nothing helpful of any kind just a bold “YOU read the wrong tag”! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will gladly continue to forget that this store is here and continue to frequent the pet shops further from me.

Came in to return some rock with my 5 year old daughter that we got for her aquarium, when we walked in a few people were in line and we also wanted to take a quick look at the fish in the store. When we returned less then 5 minutes later to the front counter to return our rock we purchased last week the store manager Kevin somehow accused me of coming in, taking the rock off the shelf and trying to return it to him (mind you he is holding my receipt from last week) I told him you have my receipt from last week, it’s also an $8 bag of rock why would I steal such a thing? He said because I didn’t come straight to him with my product that I took it off the shelf and returned it for money. I told him to check his cameras and learn some customer service while doing so. I will not be back to any pet supermarket establishment after such an experience.

Today went to the Pet Supermarket to get fish for our store fish tank, while waiting our turn, noticed that the lady before us, despite the employee's best efforts to be helpful and inquire about her fish tank and its needs, kept insisting on just give me what I want, I want this one and that one (pointing to the fish). The employee continued to be informative and helpful and accommodating despite the customer's best efforts to be rude and demanding. The employee finally got the manager to assist the customer, the manager in turn asked the same questions of the customers in attempt to insure the customer was getting what was best for the fish tank as well as the fish and the customer. After the customer checked out, the same employee came to assist me. Inquiring how his day was going, he responded its going okay! Bravo to Anthony for not allowing someone else's bad day to ruin his day. 5 Star Customer Service from the staff at Pet Supermarket #176 ! We will definitely be back and recommend this Pet Supermarket for their service and kindness. Remember your bad day doesn't have to become their bad day!

Always hard to get help. More than enough employees are always around, up at the register and the store is never busy, maybe 2, including me, customers in the whole store. But, I wait for help in the fish dept and always end up walking back up front to find someone. Very frustrating and is consistent. I even walk in, let them know at the registers I need help with fish, walk back and still end up going back up front to remind them there's no one back there and I need assistance. They really need to work on customer service badly.... Their pricing is also inflated compared to other local pet shops, for live animals, food and supplies. I don't think they're going to last in this location much longer....

VERY high prices for the same quality brands carried by the big box stores and most grocers. But it was very clean, kind of a strange layout as far as animal type of grouping ( merchandise) goes. I wasn't impressed at all. Probably will stick to my usual pet supplies stores, Kmart, pet smart, Sam's club.

I made a purchase and asked when they would have something similar. The next day, they received the shipment. I spoke with them, they were ever so nice, and went back to pick it up. Very professional and friendly. Great service!
