I brought my puppy Lucky in today to be groomed and they did a great job. Lucky's hair had been butchered by my mother and i was worried that it could not be fixed but they did a great job at correcting it.

Carol and Autumn did an excellent job caring for my baby! Dixie looks beautiful!! Carol followed my wishes and took time to listen to our needs. I just moved to Melbourne and was a bit nervous leaving Dixie at a new groomers. The groom took 3hrs. and when I returned to pick her up, she was happy, calm, and not scared at all. The price for the full groom with teeth brushing was cheaper than my old groomers, so we’re happy campers! Great job Pampered Pets!

I have groomed with Carol before and loved her technique and demeanor towards the animals. She knows her stuff!! I went in to check out her shop and seen her interact with her clients and their beloved pets. I never seen her mistreat an animal at all. Or else I wouldn’t support her business. I am brutally honest. Carol and Sue definitely know how to groom and know customer service and satisfaction! I may work for a different grooming company, but if you want quality work done in a shop in record time...call Carol!!

I was very disappointed with the grooming done on my Maltese/ Shitzu. Not the correct cut for the breed and very poorly done. Some bald spots and very uneven cutting. He has also been intensely itching ever since.

This is the best shop ever! Carol and Sue are very careful and take great care in grooming your pets. My dog and cat love going to see them. This is a first as they used to be afraid to go. Their work is top notch and professional. Would highly recommend this friendly and clean place.

My daughter works here and is known for her safe and caring handling of any animal. She use to own her own business in MS where she was very successful and pleased all her customers. She speaks very highly of Carol and her abilities of grooming and customer service. That says a lot. Emily enjoys working for Carol and Sue. So, with that being said, I will recommend Pampered Pets to anyone who loves their pet and wants them in good, loving hands.

I used to love taking my dogs to get groomed by Cindy because she was always so nice, gentle, and listened to exactly how you wanted their hair cut. But she got bought out by a woman named Carol, she was so rough with my little 9 lb dog. She grabbed her by the chin hair! And I explained exactly how I wanted their hair cut but she didn't listen at all and rushed me out and said I'd have to come back to get their hair fixed, so I went back the next day and she started to get annoyed. I even noticed that she nicked one of my dogs with the clippers. If you do think about going to Pampered Pets please ask if Cindy will be there.

Dino has his nails done here. Great work by Sue! She’s amazing! Dino doesn’t like having his paws touched but she was excellent to get him calm and ready to go! Will be back and highly recommend for anyone’s pet needs.

I used to go to Cindy but was so beyond pleased with Carol the new owner. She was so great with my dog who has anxiety. She also squeezed me in because of an urgent need. She was able to help me when no one else would and She did it with a smile. She also helped my cousin with grooming her rabbit. I can't say enough great things about carol. Everyone should take their pets to her!!!!

I’m torn on this review. I have only been here twice and I just love how they treat my dog which is why I am torn and why I am upset I had to find a back up groomer. They are patient, kind, you can tell they love animals and are good at what they do! I genuinely have so many good things to say about them from that regard. They were even willing to sit down and show me how to do nail trimmings myself - such great people!!!Unfortunately after the first cut, I haven’t had the best experiences. It took 3 weeks of calling numerous times and leaving voicemails for someone to call me back to get an appointment. COVID may have something to do with it, but they didn’t mention that it was causing delays. I requested the same cut as last time (which they did PERFECT Initially). Instead, they gave him a different breeds cut knowing it wasn’t what I asked for and didn’t trim his legs. I was disappointed with how he looked and they were willing to fix it but I was late for work and didn’t have time to redo it. It’s fine, their kind attitude outweighs one bad cut, but if I am being honest I was expecting some discount for the troubles. I knew she was committed and felt bad bc she begged me to give them another shot.However recently it was time for another cut, I wanted to give them another chance but I have yet to hear back after leaving VMs. I am not giving up on them because I loved them that much, but I found another groomer that I hire instead if they don’t call me back within a day or two for scheduling an appointment.Recommendation: book your appointment while you are there picking up your pet. That way you don’t have to worry about trying to get in touch with them to coordinate your next grooming.

First place I took my two cats for their first grooming work and incredibly happy with all three experiences thus far. Very caring, helpful, and very courteous to your needs. As a heads up, they are currently cash only; however, the service is worth every dollar and I will continue to spend them here.

I scheduled an appointment for my dog 2 weeks ahead. I called up to make sure i had the correct time and the lady lost my appointment. When it was time to go the lady insisted shed rather go to the air show then do her job. We left and when we came back my dog was in a cage soaking wet. His nails were split and he smelled like garbage. A 3 hour groom was finished in 45 minutes tops. If I could leave half a star I wouldn't. Highly recommend if you want to pay 80 bucks to have your pet thrown into a cage mop wet.

After taking my dog here on a Friday she has been lethargic and extremely sore to the touch from her shoulders to her hips for going on the three day now. If you care about the well-being of your pet don't use this place.
