Krysten has groomed my dogs for a long long time. They are always beautifully groomed and smell amazing. There is NOTHING wrong with this facility or with Krysten’s treatment of the animals. My dogs love coming here.

I personally have pet sat for Vannah Rose many many times. Her cats are so friendly and no where near feral. Her cat, Scotty, who is the orange one, is the most timid out of all of them, but he is still so sweet again NO WHERE NEAR FERAL!! Selene and Kingston, the other two kitties, are both very social and love people so much and are both so gentle. Vannah rose contacted them prior to the service- also durning the service and was not informed of any bad behavior and told them if possible many times based of behavior “ If - the pets were so violent why not stop the service - also why take sharp tools toward a “feral “cat ? Also why not stop the grooming to seek medical attention ? but instead they held them for 8 hours . Should not claim to groom cats if you cannot tell the difference between scared cats who are overwhelmed sitting for such long periods compared to feral street cats who usually-have no medical history -aren’t fixed . which they obtained medical records days prior. I would never ever bring my own cats here and I’m glad I was warned , do not bring your own here - They should only stick to dogs . Also photos were uploaded to show these “feral “ cats which are just truly sweet cats who were harmed. Which yes it’s bad the groomer was harmed however - the groomer could’ve prevented it taking proper precautions by stopping the procedure , calling the owner anything then what has happened .

I’d like to highly recommend this place to anybody that want to board their dogs and cats. They take great care of our lovely pets, my dog was there for 4 nights and we were keep informed with messages and pictures the whole time.

My cats Stormi and Smokey love coming here to get their nails trimmed and mats shaved! It’s a very calming environment and Krysten takes her time and comforts the cats. It’s clean and smells good in the facility. I also noticed she has pet friendly essential oils diffusing to help calm the animals! Really adds to the spa experience. So cute!

I’m not really sure what’s up with the recent reviews, it seems a group of friends that haven’t actually been here are leaving bad reviews and that isn’t honest or in good faith. Me and my wife have been here many times for all of our animals and have always had the most beautiful grooming done. They love Krysten! My advice for anyone reading this is to ignore the recent bad reviews as they seem contrived based on a single friend’s experience, and that just isn’t right. Thank you for the beautiful grooming services! Keep it up!!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! It is super cute and spotless inside. The owner is awesome and it is obvious she really cares about your pet. It was also very easy to set an appointment. We will definitely be returning!

Calliope before and after. Kristen and staff do a lovely job!! Calliope is NOT a fan of grooming and they still have her! I'm grateful and as long as they'll have us I'll never take her anywhere else!!! I highly recommend!!!!

The very first thing I noticed about this place was how clean and professional it looked when I walked in the door. It was like a 5-star establishment for pets, and it was perfect since my pets are spoiled to the max. I have brought my dogs to places in North Fort Pierce, Vero Beach & Sebastian. There is absolutely no comparison to this place when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, grooming, boarding, and the attention my pets get from the owner Krysten. It shows that she cares so much for what she does and her love of animals. They love to go to their personal spa and get their 5-star treatment from her. It is very important to know that my pets are in such good hands when they are away from home. They come out of there like their going to a dog show on how perfect & beautiful they look. So if you want the very best groomer, and 5-star facility for your pets, from the Space Coast to the Treasure Coast, go see Krysten at Pampered Paws Pet Spa! Your gonna love her!!!!!!

I haven't brought my animals yet but I stopped by to have a look at the facility. I have to say it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and informative on the service they offer. I heard good things about this place from close friends of mine who have taken their pets there. All in all I have to say I will be bringing my cats there from now on..

The owner did have proper response time great personality - good shop set up. I believe great service 4 Dogs.. Other then that I unfortunately believe - they should NOT be grooming CATS. I called - well informed them of my cats personalities . Even informing that I had a very scared cat (one years old) . That HAD to be groomed . Also my older cat who had been groomed before , which was confirmed by old profile . never had ANY prior issues to grooming . Prior to this visit been informed “he’s good , just won’t let me clip his nails which that’s fine never made a fuss over having to have nails clipped or trims especially the morning of my service I made that clear just go off their behavior ! Assured me that “I’ve been grooming cats 20 years I love them I could do them all day so fast / Easy. ” even when I warned of my one year old kitties - the scared personality type was assured by groomer .I felt my kitties were in great hands trusting them very well. I sent a detailed message morning of > inferring that “IF” my cats behavior allows to cut nails and “IF” my cats behavior allows to do trim but at the bare minimum wash- once again warning of my scared kittiespersonality / age 1 year old which they seen on records sent!Dropped my cats off a 8am - didn’t see them till 4pm. On arrival Instant Shame towards stating “at my age I should be bathing GOOD cats.” “ I’m too old “ Implying my cats to be so bad. Also Claiming my cats attacked her many times durning nail trimmings / cuts . Showing me the harm on her which is not okay - However if they showed bad behavior durning the wash why bring out sharp tools on scared cats when I informed “if possible due to their behavior today ?” ? Even scolding me about “informing properly on cats behavior, to groomers ? Because“ other groomers would give me so much trouble “. Even questioning how long I’ve had my own cats ! Reminding me my cats behaviors were bad. Which I feel is all so unprofessional and does not reflect many years of cat service . I’ve never had violent behavior problems with my kitties - or with them towards other people. Never been scratched or bitten by them :| SO > obviously they were over afraid -scared ;Instead of seeing the cats fear forcing/ causing pain toward the cats and the groomer .. If my cats did not want to get nails trimmed or was scared durning a shave the work should not been done especially since I said “if “ possible to do . I have my cats at home painfully walking around . Bloody paw pads blood on face by the eyes from scratching / bloody nails , unevenly cut . (I wish I could attach photos of the end result for their grooming )My larger trained cat had dried pee on his bottom when returned to me and essentially still needs to be cleaned again after a 260 service due to smell > patchy shaved fur > uneven nails . Once again they only should’ve been washed if they were “too bad” why bring out clippers or scissors on a scared cat when the client said ( if possible due to their behavior) . Then to go complain to the customer— just unprofessional if they claimed to be so custom to cats grooming > Many cats are not easy to groom or take many visits to get custom to grooming so to be discouraged to take my one year old baby cats to a groomer again by these shared statements above ^ sad.“I’m overall sad for my babies to be left in such a disposition and did not see the full job till I was home cause the uncomfortable position of shame I was placed in the shop . The woman had a great shop however I do not appreciate this service - wish I did not bring my cats in the first place. She should’ve made clear that she only takes well trained cats not agreed to take my one year old kittens / or brought sharp tools to them - if the cats are acting violent do not take sharp tools upon them to result in patchy job resulting hurt - uneven nails .This not only has cost me but now will lead to further vet bills due to cats having bodily harm to face and paws who knows what else -stick to dogs please.

Great full service pet salon and boarding. Kristen the owner is always there and pays attention to details and client wishes. My dog was a rescue and I was concerned when we first started taking her because she didn't trust anyone. Kristen was patient with my pup and they did okay. She's been able to gain trust enough to do my babies face now (not something my baby wants touched). Always a good cut. Very happy to have this service.

They WILL NOT answer the phone under any circumstances. They are mostly under staffed and a bit rude when you drop off and pick up your furry friend. The cut was meeh and very obviously rushed, several missing areas not cut well. I dropped my girl off the moment they opened and it still took over 5 hours for a standard cut (nothing special). They also cut her snout with the clippers and said she was “fighting” she was bleeding when I returned! I have never known or had any groomer tell me she has been difficult. Only how she is calm and tranquil when getting cut. They also said when I dropped her off to “don’t call us, we will call you.” really doesn’t matter because they will not pick up the phone anyways 💁🏽‍♂️To top the experience off the guy over charged by $15 saying she is not a mini size dog. Her birth certificate says she is a mini for crying out loud 🙄 ( I had it with me when arriving so…)Anyways,We will not be returning to this place of business unfortunately. Hope you have better luck with your furry friend🍀🙏🏼UPDATE:Looks like they replied saying that picking up the phone is not a standard business procedure... it’s unclear to me how you would do solid business if you don’t pick up your phone?No mention was made about injury to my pet, 5 hour service and over charging after quoted price was agreed on. I am not even concerned very much about the phone thing anyway.I would revise my review but its obvious the owner feels these business practices are acceptable and sustainable. I would not agree on that reasoning.

My dogs love this place! The owner is super sweet and loves her customers. She is meticulous with the grooming and customizes it to the individual dog's needs. Pampered Paws is different than the typical groomers because it is a spa; the dogs truly get pampered. I have taken my dogs to other places that seem chaotic and overly busy, but at this place the appointments are staggered, so each dog receives lots of attention and feels relaxed. My dogs get so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. I made them reoccurring monthly appointments because Pampered Paws is newer, and I know that this place is going to explode with business once the word starts spreading. Plus, it is surprisingly affordable.

Just moved to this area was nervous to have to find new groomer for my puppy. But this place is the best! It is meticulous clean , and well kept. She is so loving and caring to your pet. Best of all her she is the best groomer I have ever been to . My puppy looks wonderful after each cut. I am a forever customer!

Krysten and Robert were accommodating from beginning to end. I just happened to drive by and I saw the sign from the road. I stopped in initially just to get some information about the services that were offered and was blown away by how clean and modern the facilities were. After speaking with Krysten about the different products they use and some of the other services they offer including rain drop therapy (which I hadn't heard of) utilizing Young Living Essential oils, I was sold. She was able to schedule me for a next day appointment. My pit bull pup Nicki was seen the very next day for a wash and nail clipping. She smelled amazing and her coat is still soft and super shiny! It's such a cute, quaint, and inviting space. The prices are reasonable as well. I'll be coming back for sure. Thanks again!

Very clean and super nice owner, she was able to get both my pit bulls in for a 7 day board the same day I stop. Very nice shop and both my dogs were well looked after and happy. Will definitely board here again, possibly get bathed also if she is up to the challenge of bathing 2 pits over 80 pounds.

The service was very good. It was very clean and had large boarding suites instead of the typical tiny ones you usually found for boarding animals. They board both cats and dogs. I personally like that all the equipment is very modern and new. The owner is a veteran and a local business which i prefer. I have a chihuahua mix and she is difficult to deal with I am glad I have a place I can drop her off for a full service.

Love this place! Sophia always looks great after her groom. The facility is clean and I love the diffusers with essential oils, it creates a calm enviroment. My Sophia can be a handful because she can be yappy around other dogs and they always take care of her here. Sophia always leaves happy too.

Krysten is wonderful. Her team accommodate for my leash/dog reactive husky. They allow the earliest appointment and sooth him before they trim his nails. My boston/boxer is so shaky and skittish but Krysten's team is patient and sooth him too while taking a different tool to get his nails done quickly. Thanks!

We took our 4 month old little Shih Tzu to Ally there. We have had bad experiences in the past at other dog salons with past dogs and were a bit nervous. But our puppy loved Ally from day one and has received the cutest cuts! We are so happy with the cuts and love she always shows our girl..
