Knowledge is powerI encourage you strongly to stay away from “Angel” the dental hygienist for dogs. There was no nurturing energy about her & she had the door closed while “cleaning” my dogs teeth. She could only do half of my dogs mouth but CHARGED me full price for less than 15 min. My dog is 15 and I have been getting her teeth holistically cleaned since age 4. I called Angel 3-4 times afterward and when we finally spoke, she refused to refund me any money. Our pets are our children and if you love your animal, my advice is get services by someone who is heart centered and genuinely loves animals. I should have looked at the Google reviews first. Lesson learned.

I went in looking for a good probiotic for our German Shepherd after our third trip from the vet. Luke would have very bad bouts of diarrhea . We changed his food several times. Had medication from the vet. Nothing worked. Luke was refusing to eat and was loosing so much weight you could feel his bones. The ladies at Natural Pet knew just what to do. We put Luke on the raw diet they prescribed with a couple of other things they recommend and within a couple of days Luke was better. A couple of months later, he has gained all his weight back. His coat is shiny. He looks amazing! We have our energetic boy back. We didn't think he would make it to his second birthday next week and truly believe the ladies at Natural Pet saved Luke's life .

They are VERY helpful and if one worker doesn’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone who does. Yes, the prices are a little high, but isn’t everything? It’s not like their products are cheap China products. Jennifer is very knowledgeable. And not all employees are as knowledgeable. Someone complained that someone “didn’t know anything”, did they ever think that they are new, haven’t worked there long, etc. And yes, the hours are a little inconvenient for working people, yet are open on Saturdays. As for the one complaining about them not having what you need all the time, it’s not the employees’ fault. There’s a shortage of a LOT of things these days. Shortages everywhere on everything, from production to shipping, yet no shortage on prices rising. Loving that Biden economy.

Great healthy products. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I contribute my dog living 2 more years after being diagnosed with kidney disease. We changed her diet and added supplements. She seemed happier within weeks of the changes. Finally had to put her down at the ripe old age af 17. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for pet food.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, especially to improve or maintain a happy, healthy dog or cat. If your fur baby is struggling with allergies, stomach issues, chronic diarrhea, or any issues, these people will help you! They love working there and are super friendly! Most of all, they care about all fur babies! I highly recommend this pet shop!

This is a really nice store with a large selection of quality products. But what makes it even better is the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will help you develop a program for your dog taking your preferences into account. Michelle has been absolutely wonderful.

Today was my first time here and I instantly felt welcomed. I accidentally stumbled upon this store because this is where Incredible Pets used to be, and I thought it was still there. Instead, I am at this beautiful boutique of a store and I am blown away by the natural and healthy food choices for fur babies. I also got a lot of free samples and helpful advice from the lovely women working there. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on and hopefully I can bring my cats here one day.

Small boutique-style store but packed with lots of goodies for your four legged friends. Prices are little above average, but it is important to note that they carry very high quality products and it is worth a few extra cents to support a local business instead of the monopoly big box stores.Very friendly and knowledgeable employees who are always willing to give my pup a sample of a new product. Genuinely care for the customer and their pet.

I have known Lee, the owner to be very passionate, highly knowledgeable, and caring about animal care. She totally loves what she does and takes time with pet owners in educating them on how to manage their pets using the holistic and natural approach. A lot of her customers that I've interacted with, swears that Lee saved their dog or cat by coming to the store and taking Lee's advise. I love the store! This is the best place to shop for pet nutritional needs. They're very knowledgeable . They have raw and organic pet food and treats as well as toys, vitamins, and other items. They will order things that I need, and the staff always bends over backwards to help me. So glad to have an excellent pet store with food that is actually healthy for my pets here in town!

I called on 2/14 to find out if open next day and told them I had a Reward coupon for $15. They answered yes with hours. Went in today 2/15 and thought my reward was good. It expired yesterday!! I made a mistake on the date and they did not do all they could either; did not ask me last night to check coupon. No they don’t have to but is only good customer service to do so. I have been a customer for years! I’m taking my business somewhere else. Only way I would continue shopping there is if owner gave me the $15 I deserve. Have you ever been late on a bill? Same difference.

This lady raised my dog from the dead. From my dogs first vet visit, I was told to put the dog down. I'd brought her to vets all over Brevard and all they would prescribe were antibiotics and steroids. Also found a holistic vet who would inject her with a serum mixed with her blood to no avail... and expensive! When I found Lee at Natural Pet she changed my dogs life for the better. Through her knowledgeable guidance she turned my dogs health around. My dogs life expectancy was 5-7 years. My dog lived to 9 years 10 months.Don't just take my word for it, check Natural Pet out for yourself.

I shopped here for about two years and had to go elsewhere. I was consistently ordering large amounts of Raw cat food for my six cats. They closed for around a month (give or take a week or so) and that was NOT convenient when you're trying to feed six cats and raw food is not easy to get in Brevard County. Once they re-opened I explained to the new staff that I had a special order of almost $200 ever three weeks. They could never get it right. They kept trying to sell me lamb to make up for missing items and I kept having to tell them lamb makes my cats sick. The whole energy of the store changed from being helpful to being made to feel like you were a pain in the ass. I spend a lot of money on feeding six cats and don't need to be made to feel like I'm an intrusion. Lee the owner is knowledgable but once the store re-opened I never saw her again. I took my business elsewhere.
