Hazel just had her first day at K9 Kampus and she LOVED it! We were very nervous to leave her at first because she is only 7 months old and has not been around other dogs before (aside from her sister at home). Those worries turned out to be unfounded because she had an amazing day playing in the pool and making new friends. The staff was extremely friendly and generous with their time, answering our questions and explaining how her evaluation would go, which helped us to know they are careful with approving dogs for daycare and that Hazel would be safe with them. We also saw other pets getting dropped off, and I loved that they took a lot of care to know and engage with each dog individually by name. Hazel was so tired when we picked her up that she just layed in her bed for the rest of the evening! She will definitely be back, and I would recommend K9 Kampus to anyone who thinks their dog might have some fun at daycare.

We researched daycare places for dogs for a few months before choosing K9 Kampus. Our baby (Angus) loves playing with his pals and even getting a bath when he needs it. We are very happy and we don't have to worry about Angus when we drop him off because we know he is in good care.

I can’t say enough about this company and its staff ! They are fantastic ! I had Trevor the owner , train my puppy for me and he helped me so much ! His new business with all the services they offer ! Is so great to have in the Melbourne area ! They are truly caring individuals and always look to please ! You and your fur baby will not be disappointed! Just completely grateful! As I am ! Love , love , love the whole family and staff ! My pup looks forward to going to play with her friends ! My dog Hank loves going to “school” to play with his friends at K9 Kampus. Whenever I drop him off, whether it’s for daycare or boarding, I never have to worry if he’s having a good time. I know this because Hank passes out the minute we get home 😂. The staff is incredible and caring, and I’d recommend this place to any dog parent.

We love K9 Kampus for daycare and boarding! Our dog is always excited to go and play! He is always greeted by name as soon as we walk in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate their communication even if it’s just a text to ask if I want his nails trimmed because they noticed they are getting long. I am also glad that they monitor vaccinations so closely.Knowing our dog enjoys going and is being well cared for is such a relief when we need to leave him for any period of time and that makes this dog mom very happy!

Very good first visit. Greeted in a friendly manner and my pet as an initial camper received a report card that gave me a review of observance of her play and behavior. I felt reassured she had some fun. She was happy and energetic when I picked her up. Nice staff too, who took the time to show they cared and that is one of the reasons we will be back for regular day care.

Rover has been coming here regularly for a really long time and he always enjoys his visits! The staff is super friendly and I feel very comfortable boarding him here occasionally too. The introduction of the mobile app for booking has been fantastic!

We took our furbaby for first visit and evaluation today. It went well. We plan to get him acclimated in case he needs to board. He had a great first day. I know that it is hard to leave your dog but it is Kinder to find him a safe place in case of emergency.

Avoid this place if you value your dog. My dog was injured while being boarded a few days there. He never received medical care until I picked him up. I don’t know how the staff overlooked the multiple lacerations that were bleeding on a dog with short white hair but they did. Friendly front house staff but they need more training. The owner was quick to shirk any responsibility and even lied about the incident. Very sad. Barkhingham Palace or Dog Spot are much safer options.

I really loved this daycare, until they sold. They had 3 day specials and my pups were on their 3rd day of stay when I received a phone call stating they would not honor the 3 day special anymore. I had to pay the regular rate even though they took my request at beginning of the week. Also, I noticed my dogs weren't eating like they normally do. One of my goldens came home with a scratch across his nose and no one had any comments on it. I just started noticing small changes daily. If you brought your pup in 1 minute prior to 7 am, you would be charged extra. A lot of little things that add up to 1 big thing. Why would you buy a business and then try to fix it when it wasn't broken. My pups wont be there anymore. Too many issues. Chaos.

Darlene is a excellent trainer. I have been training with Luke a year and a half now. it’s amazing how well he is doing. Darlene is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind at the same time stern with the pups. Luke absolutely loves her. He gets so excited to go to class. I plan on continuing his training with Darlene.I signed up my pup for training with Darlene. My experience was wonderful, she shared a lot with me over the phone. Called me back right away and I was able to sign my baby up for classes starting in January. Very pleasant experience.1/11/2022I love Luke’s training classes with Darlene and so does Luke. We look forward to her class every week. Darlene is a Dog Whisperer she is a Excellent trainer. I plan on continuing her training classes. They are a lot of fun and great discipline for both of Us.

We are going to stop taking our dog here. If your dog gets a report card after some behavior issues they give you, I feel its a liability so Cooper wont nibble anymore ankles at K9 Kampus...

I have been taking my husky there for years. For daycare and boarding. Very friendly and attentive. I trust them to take care of my baby because the minute they notice something unusual about her, I am notified and I know they take good care of her.

We love bringing our dog to K9 Kampus! The staff are very friendly and knew our dog by name after her first visit, showing they actually care. They are very attentive to the dogs and we have never had an issue with injury or sickness. Overall we feel confident and never worry when we drop Lucy off for a day or overnight visit!

Experience with K-9 Kampus has been superb from initial contact and culminating with the Grand dog's temperament evaluation. The staff is helpful, courteous, and Professional at all times. This is a well-run establishment and the dogs are happy to be at this facility. I can't believe I am actually saying this, but Teddy made instant friends on his very first day! It was beautiful to see him romping around the complex.

I bring our 2 little mini dachshunds here anytime we have to be away with out them. The staff are always friendly and sweet to our babies. They get to play all day. I like that they are very thorough in making sure every dog that stays there are healthy and have a good demeanor.Our fur babies always come home happy pups after their stay. I always recommend this place.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. they have everything from boarding to daycare, training and grooming, and basically everything else dog related you can think of. the staff is phenomenal, and you can tell they 100% care about the dogs. Colleen, Rachael, and Logan are wonderful examples of their great employees. they are always willing to answer any questions you have about the facility, and are proactive about communicating potential issues to the pet parents. my dog can be a bit of a handful and likes to mount. I had to board my dog for a few days and they were great about communicating when my dog was acting a fool and needed to be put back in the boarding area to settle down for a bit to ensure no fights/spats broke out. I used to take my dog to a daycare in palm bay, and had an issue with them not communicating things. they ended up kicking my dog out of daycare for being "aggressive" but refused to give me any additional info or show me camera footage so I could seek training, despite the fact that they have cameras all over the place. while my dog hasn't had any issues like that at this facility, there were cameras in the boarding area so I could see my pup when he was sleeping at night, so I imagine if there ever were any issues, they'd be more than willing to show camera footage if need be.

I am honestly so thankful we found k9 Kampus. We have a Sheepadoodle who we started with puppy training. Logan, the trainer is fantastic and patient— he even helped on our little guys first full grooming session after another local groomer had turned us away. Our puppy definitely was nervous about grooming and strangers and Paige, the groomer, has been working with him for months now and she spends so much time and even gives him breaks to rest. It’s amazing to see how far he has come with the team there. You can truly tell the staff here cares about the animals! Thank you k9 Kampus for all you do!

We have Darlene as the trainer in the Puppy Class. As dog parents for over 50 years now we are pawMAZED at how much WE have learned! Darlene gives very clear instruction and takes the time to explain why each method of training is effective. Our Hobie is a pretty quick learner, so I really feel like it’s the human parents who are really getting the training lol. Darlene very personable but runs a no nonsense classroom which we appreciate in that we really are getting the most out of each class.

Gabby loves to come and. Play with all the other dogs. She gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot and runs to the door. And when I pick her up and bring her home, She is so tired that she climbs into the recliner and hardly wants to even eat her supper.I want to bring her more often more regularly because she enjoys it so much and the staff is so helpfulThank you for being so patient with all the dogs. They all really look so happy and they all seem to be engaged playing whenever I watch them play outside.

I have used them for both daycare and boarding. They are always great to deal with. The staff is always friendly and answer any questions! Their online scheduling is phenomenal and communication from the staff in general, but mostly when my dog is there is great! My dog is sweet but is still a puppy and rambunctious and they handle him well and help get his energy out! He comes home from both daycare and boarding and just naps, but is always so excited to go back! He loves it! Thank you for all you and your staff do!My only critique is when boarding, i wish there were other options for pick up on holidays other than being charged the equivalent to an additional stay to pick up your pets early in the morning. I understand Holidays are busy and also understand being "closed" on big holidays, but Labor Day and smaller holidays like that, where almost all businessss are open, I don't understand an additional charge to get my dog. Perhaps a small 30 min- 1 hour window to pick up without a fee, at the time you normally open just for boarding pick up for those of us that got delayed or got in too late to pick up the day before? I very rarely board over a holiday, this was a strange circumstance for me, but would be nice to have an option other than automatic large charges for holidays to pick up my dog, other than the big ones such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.Again, K9 Kampus is wonderful and the holiday boarding, although frustrating, isn't a deal breaker for us.

This is a well thought out facility. The dogs are supervised and cared for by a knowledgeable & trained staff. The small dogs have a seperate play area from the larger dogs. There are outside play area's, this is broken into 4 areas. They offer grooming, kennels for overnight. I was impressed with the feed prep room, every dog has it's own food storage box. I wish that I had taken pictures.

Director is good...but no social distancing or masks and many people crammed together. But so far she is really knowledgeable about training a dog...like a dog whisperer..lol..but disappointing that safety during a pandemic is not even an issue.
